Embassy Suites Boston Waltham

Great hotel. The rooms were spacious with two separate rooms and a door that closes between them. Breakfast was way above average - cooked to order omelets, french toast and pancakes and plenty of seating. The people were helpful and very nice. A 12-minute drive into Boston. Will definitely stay there again!

The customer service was great and the rooms were clean. The breakfast they serve in the morning is amazing! I wish it was a little easier to get into Boston but that is might fault. The only thing I would say is that the beds were not very comfortable. The sheets were almost rough to the touch. Other than that, I really enjoyed the Embassy Suites.

The breakfast was outstanding!!! Above and beyond! Made to order omeletes, french toast, pancakes. Anything you wanted they had! The room was not too clean, there were smudges on the pictures hanging in the room and something spilled on the couch and the rug didn't appear to have been vaccummed, the bathroom was ok. My stay was cozy and peaceful at the Embassy Suites in Boston, MA. The rooms were a nice size and clean. I like the separate living room. I didn't want to leave the room. Breakfast was awesome. It wasn't your regular croissant and juice. The chef cooked the breakfast to your liking such as an omellet or pancakes. Delicious! The scenery inside the hotel […] was breathe taking. I took plenty of pictures. The accounting area did a great job helping with my credit card issue. I really appreciated it. It's difficult to find a hotel that accomodates a family of 2 adults and 3 big kids. This hotel does. The hotel was close enough to all the colleges we needed to visit;the room was very spacious (2 double beds and a pull out couch), free parking and free breakfast were included, and the staff was great. We love Embassy Suites. Wil stay there again.

Me and my family stayed while visiting Boston for the weekend. Service was wonderful and rooms well kept. Beds were a little uncomfortable but cleanliness of room made up for it. Staff was very polite and helpful. Cooked breakfast was an added plus. Food was awesome as well as drinks and dinner and the bar downstairs. Would stay again.

It was great. Pool, hot tub, room, bar area...disaapointed in the 2 hr free food and drinks. Didn't include free alcohol like other Embassey Suites we stayed at. Not their fault. MA state law! Just didn't know.

This was a great hotel and I have already recommended it to friends. The location was super easy to find, the rooms were big and were truly 1 bedroom suites, the breakfast was top-notch and included something for everybody, and the pool facilities were clean and very well lit. I met family there for a quick weekend trip and there was plenty of space […] for us to congregate in the rooms and we enjoyed the time the kids got to spend in the pool. We will definitely be back. Excellent. Only down side was that the workout room was warm for workout standards. AC was on but it did not blow much, if any, cooler air over to the treadmill area. If you stayed on the weights side, you had some cooler air.

First time at an Embassy Suites, very nice, only 2 issues. The noise level from outside by the corridors in the suite area only,the bedroom was quiet. Hotel was full, and although the breakfast was a great variety, it was quite chaotic, not enough seating and understaffed. Would return, and would recoomend.

I love this hotel -- convenient quick trip to Riverside MBTA to avoid traffic in and out of Boston Clean, service is great, very comfortabkle. Only thing is that heating and cooling don't actualy respond to the thermostat in the room. In the summer, cooling is activated only by motion in the room, so you return to a hot room which then gradually turns […] cooler. IN the winter, heat seems to go down overnight no matter what you do. Don't avoid the hotel -- just be aware of this quirk. Staff is wonderful. Read more

We had a wonderful time at the Embassy Suites, Waltham. Our room was great, the kids had a blast and the cook-to-order breakfast was great. The only thing I'd ask is for the heat in the pool to be turned up. It was quite chilly and as a result, we didn't stay in very long, but the hot tub ended up as a good alternative!

We really liked our stay. The hotel surpassed our expections and gave great value. The free breakfast saved us money going out to eat. Figure that into the cost as a savings!

We found a good deal on Hotels.com, so we opted to stay here instead of the more expensive hotels in downtown Boston. It was an easy 15 minute freeway drive to downtown and we saved $100's of dollars to stay in a nice hotel!
