Breakfast attendant did extras for us so our son (with severe food allergies) would have something to eat. Only real negative of our stay was that the doors to the rooms were on the outside and the block of rooms with interior doors didn't have indoor access to the lobby/breakfast area... an since it was cold weather... not as convenient as other Hamptons. The water in the shower never got hot. We only stayed the one night. Came to town for a funeral.

Rooms faced outside and had to park far from room. Will pay more attention next time. Room was not as comfy as other Hampton Inns. Staff were extremely nice.

staff was friendly and had easy access to the US Space and Rocket Center. Very Clean rooms. Hampton Inns, for us, has never let us down.

The location of the Hampton Hotel is great for everything my friends and I wanted to do. The staff was very friendly. The morning breakfast was very good. I enjoyed that if you are on the go, you can get a grab bag. The gym was excellent. I enjoyed the quietness of the location. I hope to stay here again. This hotel met all my expectations.

Very relaxing and comfortable. Hotel was updating cable programming which created several service interruptions. overall stay was great. Highly recommend.

Except for the woman who originally checked me in (she was distant, unfriendly, and lied about availability on the first floor), everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great!
