The elevator is really slow....... the carpet of the rooms are not in good condition. The bed sheets and pillow aren't clean ...saw hair and stain (did not get wash well), behind side table bed (little bit of garbage)...

Nice, clean updated room for our stop-over with family of four. Snappy check-in, the helpful attendant had a good recommendation for Chinese food delivery. Kids enjoyed the pool. The TV had HDMI input in addition to analog options which is nice. The pet area looked amazingly clean. I went to this hotel because it states there would be a hot breakfast. Well the breakfast was just a continental breakfast with make your own waffles that were tasteless. The hotel room was clean but I thought it had a fridge but it did not. I probably wouldn't not say here again because I don't feel I got what I paid for.

I was very dissappointed with the room. It had such a strong odor of pet urine that it got in our hair ond on our clothes. The carpet was dirty when we checked in and it had the same pebbles and dirt on it when we left.. You couldn't walk barefoot as it was hard on your feet. Also the room was comfortable but unclean. Mostly the floors. At first I was walking around bare footed, then my feet turned black. The staff was cordial and helpful. When the faucet in the bathroom would not shut off, they immediately sent out the repairman to fix it. For our family, the only difficulty was that the pool was not easy for our 3 year old. Accessibility to the highway and the airport was a plus.

I was in Reno for a convention at the Grand Sierra Resort. Rather than pay for a room at the resort, I chose to stay at the less expensive La Quinta. A small room was all I needed. The room was clean, but the bathroom sink was clogged. I called the office, and they took care of that while I was out for the evening. The beds are a little soft for my […] tastes. The Hotel is definitely good for the price. I checked in and the hotel staff were good. The room although was neatly done, was missing soaps and coffee accessories. Later found out that the hand tissue roll was finished as well. So didnt like that too much. The housekeeping claimed that they had prepared the room "personally", yet there were 2 swimming trunks from a previous guest that were in the drawers, which was certainly akward. The morning front staff were very nice too and the breakfast was good too. Overall a good place for the price and comfort. Will surely come back again. Hopefully after reading a few things will be corrected. The only thing that could be a cause of concern is that this facility allows pets and the housekeeping quality looking at my comments is a bit questionable and with a kid, this could be a bit disconcerting. Very cordial gentleman checked us in. Had a bit of trouble getting internet and he called to get it corrected then verified that the service was indeed up and running. It only took minutes. Pleasant breakfast assortment for the continental breakfast. Easy on/off access to the freeway.

Close to airport, room clean, flat screen TV worked okay. Hot breakfest was the common choice of hot cereral or waffles, but I chose the yoghart, and went to Denny's(within walking distance). I hate to eat on styrofoam plates and bowls(all motels use them). I recommend the motel and would stay there again.
