Running a motel myself, I found that the housekeepers need to be trained right in cleaning the rooms. There was crumbs behind the night stands, the bathroom floor had hair on it..Also in the bathroom the edges of the walls, around the toilet and the sink had toothpaste on it because it was not cleaned good. I would not stay at this hotel again. Area did not feel safe at all. All the homeless and druggies came out at night. The room looked nice, the staff were friendly. Had trouble getting on wireless and the IT person I was referred to was very helpful, even though it took a long time to get me on. When I got back home, we changed settings on my computer that did not allow me to get back on my own wireless. I requested a room in the back of the hotel to be away from the large street it's located on. There was so much large truck traffic in the back that it woke me up several times. Very convenient for traveling, right off the highway. Great room, breakfast was better than expected with lots of choices (hot & cold). Room was clean, comfortable and quiet even though the highway was right outside the door. Will book this hotel for our return trip home!

We found the rooms to look and feel rundown that no upkeep maintenance was done really. The rooms looked old and bulky. This hotel could definitely benefit from a renovation. The room was decent, but the tile on the bathroom floor was worn, and the floor of the bathtub looked dirty from all the years of use. In the morning at breakfast the lady at the front desk was neither cheery nor pleasant. I won't be staying again.

The room was small but comfortable except that the air flow from the heating/AC unit blows across the beds which causes an uncomfortable draft.

The only good thing about the stay was quick access to the I-40. We did have a nice walk through the neighborhood and found a good Vietnamese restaurant nearby. The front desk could not provide extra towels when requested and was staffed with inexperienced personnel.

I was on the lower floor and I could hear the creaking ceiling of people walking on the upstairs level. I was switched to the upstairs room, I was glad there was less noise. However, the room had a musty smell and little bit of smoke. I chose this hotel because it was close to where I needed to go.
