I got back home and saw that I had 2 separate charges on my credit card. The day we check-in is the day that they changed to the Baymont Inn & Suites, so it took some time to get checked in because they had a new computer system but the staff was very friendly & Helpful, I should have known that there was going to be a problem but I thought since I […] was paying cash that I would be OK, not the case, so I called the Baymont Inn and they told me that they would not be able to help me because they no longer had any of the La Quinta computers so that I would have to call a 800# for assistance. "Run down and not well maintained. Very thin walls"
Fortunately, we were only in the hotel long enough to sleep. It was run down to the point that the rusted staircase didn't even look safe. The walls are very thin. So despite the fact that we didn't get to our room until around 2:00am, our sleep was over as soon as our neighbors began to wake, flush the toilet and start showering at 5:00am.Genuine Expedia guest review

When I went to check in they didn't have any rooms available. Then when I got a room it was supposed to be non smoking and it had a terrible smoke smell. I booked this hotel for an overnight add-on prior to checking into my hotel in Downtown St. Louis for the weekend. Since I was getting in late and did not want to pay the high price of my downtown hotel LaQuinta was my top pick. As expected I got in very late, and the overnight staff was wonderful. I was checked-in to my room and parked with no hassle. The good: when we checked in, the girl at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. I wish I had gotten her name so she could be recognized. The beds were comfy. The not so good: hallways were stained and wore. Not the cleanest but not filthy. Bathroom was tiny. The bad: Found trash on floor in bathroom. Instead of outside entrances being closed […] and requiring a room key to enter as designed, they were propped open, even at 130 am when we returned. "Stay, Park and Fly"

We used this hotel for a park and fly a week ago and I was quite pleasantly surprised at how nice it was for the rate that we were charged. I have stayed in other Stay, Park and Fly hotels in the area at twice the price and maybe just a tiny bit nicer facilities. Very clean inside and out, great staff from front desk to shuttle drivers. Another plus was their having a Denny's right there. I can also highly recommend this hotel.

We used this facility to do a park and fly to Destin, Florida. Everything about this place was top notch. The facility was clean, the staff was beyond great--from the front desk personnel to the shuttle driver, and the shuttle was quick and efficient both taking us and picking up from the airport. I highly recommend this facility.

I've used this location for a Park n Fly in the past. This time it was under the Baymont name and I did a reverse Park N Fly for the first time. I had no problem dropping off my car, but it was frustrating to arrive at 1:30 in the morning on my return to discover they had cancelled my reservation for no reason! They could have seen my car was still there. When shown my confirmation, the clerk said it was wrong because it was a La Quinta reservation, which is what the location was a few months ago, but apparently she hadn't been trained on that piece of knowledge. At least they still had a room to give me. I knocked off 3 points for the room cancellation incident, but added one back for upgrading the bedding, and the bed was comfortable. You now need to let them know at least an hour in advance of your arrival that you'll need the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle doesn't run 24 hours, so keep in mind you'll need to add a $20+ taxi fee to your budget if arriving/leaving during the night.

I stayed at the baymont inn from 7/18-7/21. Room was clean, beds were super comfortable! Front desk staff were nice and personable. The breakfast in the morning was basic but good (waffles were pretty good! ). The only negative comment I have to make was that the water pressure in the shower and sink was slow.. and the toilet seat was wobbly but that was fixed worth one phone call to the front desk. Pool was nice. . The room I had in particular was not totally renovated, but then again it wasn't out dated either. Overall it was a good experience! P.s. DO NOT go to the Dennys next door. It's filthy.

This hotel was formerly a La Quinta refurbished and still has those design elements. It is run down facility with fresh paint and new flowers out front. If you paint a pig it is still a pig. Door was broken when we went into our room. Noticed that toilet was running very slow. After several uses it quit draining at all. Front desk sent a guy to fix it, no luck. No other rooms available. We were welcome to use toilet near front desk. Wow how convenient that is. No refund because it was bought on Hotwire. If you use Hotwire be aware that it has a much higher rating there so it looks like a good deal. I guess you get what you pay for.
"A Series of Unfortunate Events"
When we arrived the phone lines and wireless internet were down (not necessarily their fault, but still annoying). When we woke the next morning not only where their phone lines and wireless down, but their entire computer system was down as well. They had to check us out of our hotel manually and ended up getting our bill wrong. The hotel room was run down and needed many updates, but it was clean at least. When we went down for our free breakfast the next morning, the line was so long (because they kept running out of things) that we ended up just leaving and getting breakfast somewhere else. Needless to say, we probably won't be staying here again.

We stayed for 2 nights. The guy at the front was very nice and the cleaning staff was friendly as well. They definitely need some updates to the facility. The air conditioning wasn't working well and the bathroom wall needed another coat of paint as well as new carpet in the bedroom. Overall for the price we paid it wasn't bad but not necessarily good either. We didn't go for breakfast so I can't comment on it but the kids loved the pool!

The hotel is pretty rundown and needs a lot of updates. The hallway smells and there are random places that are always wet. The bathroom in the room is VERY small and wasn't especially clean. It was a good thing that Denny's was right there because in the three days that we stayed they ran out of breakfast by 8:15 on the first day and they had pretty much nothing for the next two days. The breakfast was a joke! On the last day they only had cereal and apple juice,they had to go buy milk at the gas station for the cereal. We won't be staying here again and I will think long and hard about staying at another Baymont because our experience was not good at this one.
Day 1 - At check in guy at front desk upset and says this is his last day here so he really is in a bad mood bc he is not happy with company. My shower is stuck in the hot position. I tell the front desk gal, they say it will be fixed that day. I return at 6PM, ask the front desk. She looks at me and says, "I'm not sure." I say, "How will I know when it will be fixed?" She says, "Just try it and see." Nice customer service. And When I get back to my room at 6:5PM my room has still not been cleaned for the day. Awesome. Also the used toilet paper roll was a nice touch. Also the elevator is broken. Day 2 - cockroach, elevator still broken, I tell front desk. The lady has her old La Quintas shirt on with a piece of electrical tape - ELECTRICAL TAPE - over the name since they are transitioning to a Wyndham hotel. Ironically, I picked this hotel bc I thought it was up to Wyndham standards. Day 3 - get me out of here

My husband and I have been staying at this hotel at least once a year for the past 9 years or so. It was under a different name but has recently been changed over to a Baymont Inn & Suites. We stay here for the location as it is easy on and off the highway to visit family and friends living in the area. The staff is very friendly and stated that there would be updates made hopefully in the next year. These buildings are old and definitely show their age. However, the rooms are clean and comfortable, they have added new bedding already. It could use some updating in the free breakfast as there isn't a lot of room and if everybody comes at once, it is crowded and hard to navigate, but we are early risers and seldom have much of a problem. We will definitely stay here again next summer and look forward to seeing some changes.
