Terrible experience to say the least. We reserved 3 rooms online but when we arrived there was only 1 available. Also the room wasn't even cleaned prior to us walking in the door. It was just a horrible experience this time around.

woils not stay here again. the room smelled of smoke, the shower drain was slow, the towels were cheap and hard and when the housekeeper asked if we needed anything and we asked her to change the sheets she asked why? didn't y'all just check in yesterday? that's unacceptable

The baseboards were filthy. The room has not had a thorough cleaning in a long time. I won't be staying there again. I am disappointed with AAA giving it 2 stars.

Good location, friendly, helpful front desk staff. The cleaning crew not so much, no new towels, waited til late in the day to clean the room.

Bathroom was dirty and shower didn't work. Checked out early and only good part was that all my money was refunded but only after I contacted the manager. Staff was awful.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! The staff cleaning and doing maintenace around the hotel were very nice too. Beds were comfortable and room was large. No issues, would stay there again. Plus, they had a washer and dryer that I so desperatly needed at that time! Very good stay!

Has a smell when you walk in the room smell is unknown but I believe the carpet needs changing, the housekeeper was elderly do.o can believe she is limited but she true...overall I would suggested you go across the bridge to the Marriott or right next door to the Radisson

Although check-in time was 3pm, no rooms were ready. Room clean. Bath surround had mold on grout. Lots of cigarette butts in green areas that were not picked up by cleaning staff. Wifi weak. Rooms were quiet. Close to campus.

This is an older property, so don't expect too much. The rooms have been partially renovated and the mattress, pillows, and linens were all above what you would expect from a property in this price range. Even though this hotel is near the interstate, it was pretty quiet. The rooms could use some updating, but overall was pretty clean. Only complaint would be the musty smell in the room.

This hotel says they have non-smoking rooms but the room we stayed in reeked of smoke. We were told we would have to come to front desk for towels at which point we were told we left do not disturb sign out so that's why housekeeping didn't come. It's possible we did leave sign out Saturday so no argument there. However when we returned to room Sunday night we would have had to remove do not disturb sign to use room key and we did not have to do that since sign was attached with velcro to the door INSIDE the room. We booked a non-smoking room but had to change rooms due to the cigarette smoke odor in the room (they said it was a non-smoking room). The second room also had a very musty odor. The entry door was rusty at the bottom and you had to kick it to get it to open.
