      Honestly, the rooms are not overly special. However, i was staying here for business and it suited my needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is free breakfast. You are only a few blocks away from the highway. There plenty of businesses and restaurants close by. The area is OK. It wasn't a terrible neighborhood nor was it a nicer neighborhood. I had a very good experience here. I've stayed at other places in nicer areas of Tracy. I'll still go back to Microtel Inn at Tracy again.

    Hotel was okay, continental breakfast was sub standard to other La Quinta locations we have stayed at. Mattress needed replacing as there was a definite hollow in the centre. This location is close to the I-5, but since there was no weather stripping around the door, excessive highway noise was a problem.

    When we got there, the location was good for either fast food or sit down. When we went to our room there was a group of about 7-10 guys drinking outside there room throughout the night, making it a bit uneasy to sleep. Not once did the hotel management come and intervine. When we got to the room, it seemed ok, until you went into the bathroom. That […] is where a strong, strong oder hit you. Have no clue what it was, if I had to guess, something moldy.     The stay was barely acceptable. Their was disgusting trash under the bed and we could hear the guests next door through the walls. The breakfast were good. The location was good but it is next to the freeway which has some constrution and can get noisy. The front desk was helpful .

    I read reviews saying this hotel was better than extended stay which is a few feet away. NOT TRUE! If you are traveling with a family I HIGHLY suggest Extended Stay.. the rooms are bigger. This hotel is older, not very spacious and their showers were awful.. I felt like I was packed in like a sardine. If you stay in the area definitely stay at Extended […] Stay America.     The price and location are great. The sink leaked, the toliet backed up. The floors in the bath were not clean. The room was freezing and it took several hours on the highest setting to warm it up.

    For the price it was a good experience. However, my sister and her husband, and brother and his pregnant wife stayed at the same hotel. Their rooms were not as nice and the beds not as comfortable. My only complaint was late night people waking me up at 2:30 in morning.

    This is the second time we have stayed @ this. Hotel. Both times we were breaking up the car ride between southern Oregon and southern CA. We didn't take advantage of any of the advertised amenities. Overall however this was a clean hotel.

Hand-sized hole in carpet near door, incompetent repair to bathtub, sink drained slowly - partially clogged, coffee maker present but lacking coffee pot, toilet seat loose, had to run shower on 100% hot and still barely hot enough, "outside corners" of walls needing spackle & paint, no microwave nor mini fridge in room. Desk staff […] a bit sketchy...had trouble finding me a street level room although the guy behind me was given one...I had put in my reservation 2 or 3 weeks prior, he was a walk-in. ??? Desk staff were minorities, I am white, the guy behind me was minority??? Is there some sort of discrimination afoot? The good points: TV and HVAC worked well. The bed was comfortable. This was slightly better than the Quality Inn across the street. When I stayed at the Quality Inn two years ago, the toilet seat was actually just hanging on by one bolt and the Inn did not supply soap & shampoo. Stockton motels seem way behind the times.     I was in the city for a day for an interview and I can honestly say that it suited me perfectly. The free breakfast set me up for my day and the staff was very friendly and helpful. If I find myself back in Stockton, you can bet I'll book here again.
