For a budget stay, the room was very large and clean. There was a roomy tiled bathroom sink area separate from the commode and shower. Good TV and friendly staff at both check-in and check-out.

The shower ceiling had spots of mold and don't look under the soap dish holder. I do not think they ever clean under there. You talk about mold. There was atleast 2 inches. We will never stay there again.

This hotel states that they have cribs you can use. Turns out this is not true. We even checked two days before we checked in to make sure. We were told that they don't have cribs but they do have pack-n-plays. This turned out to not be true either. Therefore we were without a place for our baby to sleep. I have stayed at La Quinta inn on Greenway before, A very nice Hotel, but the one on Thomas is not good, I found a Cereal box by the side of the bed, the carpets smell and were in need to be replaced. .Will not stay there again when I return.

Good room for the price. The only problem was the sheer curtains on the first floor. The drapes were just panels that did not close. My husband had to use his suspenders to clip the drapes closed or there was a clear view in our room from outside.

The neighborhood had some sketchy people around. We walked to the nearby gas station to get treats and a few drinks and there were some people walking by that would to be good if you were alone. The bed was just ok, the bedspread had a big hole in it. I would not stay here again. We stayed one night.

The hotel was acceptable. I was there for 5 nights and it was a bit noisy 3 of those 5 nights. One night, guests left dogs in their car that started barking at 4 a.m. Another night a set of guests checked out at 5 a.m. and made a great deal of noise exiting their room and walking down the hall. It was close to the US Airway Center where I was going, That was great. Very clean and one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. However, I do wish they would have had a mini frig & microwave in the rooms. Denny's and Starbucks are located on the same lot so that was a big plus.

Desk clerk was very nice. Bed was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient for our needs. Other than that, it was very disappointing. The bathroom was shabby, the floors were dirty. It was very noisy. We could hear everything outside and in the room above us. Next time we will try another hotel.

I've stayed here before and found it acceptable. However there are a few notable complaints. 1st is the pungent musty room smell. This hotel needs to air our the rooms! 2nd, I did not discover the necessary electrical outlets were not working until the morning I was getting ready for a business show. Its a real nice way to find out that your laptop […] didn't charge after all. In a panic, I contacted the font desk who found me another room to dry my hair. Wet hair and a panic grab of my things is not the way I set up! Very inconvenient and the whole delay caused me to be late for my show. My disability restricted me to the bottom floor. This hotel upgraded me to a suite so I was closer to the office and front door. They didn't have to do that, but realized my condition and felt my stay would be more comfortable there. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was ok. I was booked for 3 nights - I left 10 minutes after arrival. The only reason I stayed 10 minutes, was to use the wifi and book another hotel and to photograph the room. Which reminds me, I need to post those pictures and call hotels.com.

Other company people got a room with the same smell, and the bath tub was clogged, filling up with water and hair, it was disguisting.
