It's an old hotel.. Sends like they've tried to keep up, but fall short. Carpet was ripped. Dead bug in a picture frame. Bed felt like a crib mattress... No support. Even the pillows were weird. Wouldn't go back. Brand new Hilton across the street or the best western. Disappointing

I enjoyed my stay, the beds were comfy and the breakfast was nice. The hotel is close to the airport, which is perfect for late runners. There is a steakhouse right next door in case you don't feel like going far for a meal. Thanks!

I was unaware that hotel has no elevator. It would be helpful to inform all potential guests to help in decision-making. Also, it would be great to offer rooms with microwave and refrigerator. We had a wonderful stay at the La Quinta. We were there for my graduation at Ashford University. The staff was very pleasant and used my name during check in and check out. I thought this was very nice and made me feel like a person, not just a customer. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.

A great location and a great price for stranded air travelers. I did miss the usual refrigerator and microwave. But I especially appreciated the very early breakfast - I was able to have breakfast before taking a 5am shuttle to the airport.

The place is decent for the price. We stayed overnight after a concert at the I Wireless Center. My only complaint would be that we asked for a non-smoking room and they put us in a smoking room. I've stayed at LaQuinta before, and it is usually a good value. My room in Moline was one of the best deals for hotel quality/cost ratio. My room was very clean and very comfortable, but near ice machine and smoking rooms. I could smell smoke in the hallway (but not in room), and I could easily hear the ice machine and people talking in the hallways. […] Luckily, people quieted down by 11:30pm. I could also hear the highway noise in my room facing the highway, but it helped like a sound machine to lull me to sleep. I paid $65 a night. My room had a mini fridge, microwave, a king size bed, and a flat screen tv. The bed was real comfortable. Everything was fine except the only thing I had a problem was that check out was at 12pm and at 930am we had two maids open our door and walk in. They never knocked or announced themselves. Staff seemed cranky and not annoyed when checking in. The room was old, and smelled of heavy air freshener.. The table in the room still had residue from the previous occupants. Breakfast was what you would expect, waffles cereal etc.. I won't stay here again.

I am on the road 70% of the time. I know hotels. I would rank this place as somewhere between poor and not so good. There was hair (not mine) on the bath tub, the bathroom floor, and on one of the two queen beds. I was fortunate to be able to sleep in the second bed after careful inspection. It would have been really nice if the walking area had somehow been shoveled and maybe a little ice melt had been spread. t was very slippery. This was a great hotel. Very nice staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great sheets. Perfect hotel if you are flying in and out. The shuttle service was perfect. I needed to print some documents and they have a computer and printer in the lobby. I didn't really eat breakfast but the coffee, juice, and fried cake were exactly what I needed. Basically an ok hotel but with one big issue. The smell of smoking was coming from several of the no smoking rooms and made its way into many other rooms. This is enough that we will not be going back.

I stayed for two nights. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly. However, the breakfast was worse than many lower priced hotels. The selection was very limited and the countertops were dirty. Their only hot breakfast was waffle machines. I had to search for butter to put on my waffles. It was in the mini fridge on the […] other side of a wall. In the fridge was a bowl of hard boiled eggs and one flavor of yogurt. There were a few types of cereal, a few types of bread/bagel and one type of plain dounut. There were no muffins or other pastries. There was a microwave, but no microwaveable items. All the plates were low quality styrofoam. The area around the waffle machines was dirty and full of drips. I asked the front desk to have someone clean it up. A woman came much later and removed trash but never did come out with a rag to wipe the counters or tables where guests were eating. Hotel very close to Quad Cities Airport. I graduated college at IWireless Center so this was a convenient hotel too. However, the second floor is a smoking floor, the stench was horrible. Our room did not smell yet there was an ashtray in the bathroom. I asked to be moved to a non-smoking room and was told I was in one. None of the rooms had "non-smoking" […] indicated. The cable was out for a day and a half due to "rain." Really?! Toilet did not flush properly. When I checked into the room there was a wad of hair in the toilet. Our stay was very accomodating and pleasing as compared to other hotels in other cities. The Staff were ALL very friendly and attentive especially LaLisa at the front desk - she was outstanding and offered great customer service, it was service with a smile, which is not often found these days. All were very willing to go above and beyond. Only thing […] is that the room that we stayed in 165, is directly across an ice machine, so we heard that throughout the night, but wasn't enough to make us crazy. Location was convenient to my business center. Fast food/gas on the left and steaks on the right...did not have to drive out of the hotel parking lot for food. That is the plus...the minus is need more parking spots, due to restaurant patrons taking several hotel spots.
