This is my third trip to this establishment and I will be back for more. This is the first ttime that the whole family of five was able to go and the room was quite comfortable for all of us. Plenty of room, great accomodations and extras! Staff is very very friendly and will go out of their way to help you in any way possible. We used the laundry […] room which was very clean, resonably priced and easy to use. Centrally located to everything in Colorado Springs and the area. Very, very clean room, new, nice decor. Quick check-in. Problem was the sounds of above neighbors walking around on creaky floors and other neighbors plumbing. Walls are just not insulated enough.

This is a noisy place. It's right next to what is essentially a six lane highway with loud trucks passing through at all hours. Add to that the fridge that was so loud when the compressor rang. The breakfast area was a mess. We had to clear and wipe down a table for ourselves. I had to ask for the eggs and tea on the "buffet" to be refilled. And why […] make me eat off of styrofoam plates with plastic forks? It's so wasteful. Also, when we checked in the front desk agent told me my room hadn't been paid for even though I booked through hotels.com. It was late, so I gave her a credit card to pay again and figured I'd work it out in the morning. The morning clerk told me the evening clerk had it all wrong because she was new. Come on. Why not train your staff before you let them deal with customers? The only thing that redeems this hotel and gets it an overall rating of 3 from me is that it had two separate bedrooms with queens and a pullout couch for significantly less money than I would have paid for two rooms at another hotel. Overall we found the stay to be good and would recommend to others. Our only complaint was we reserved the room for six people and it was not set up for six. We had to ask for linen and tableware for six.

Our first and last days (nights) of our vacation were spent at this hotel. The first night was in an old room. It felt dirty and I did not want to spend another night there. But we did. And it was great. The last night we got a renovated room. What a difference. I believe they are planning on renovating the rest of the hotel, but until then insist on […] a renovated room. I liked everything in this hotel. Nice room. Expedia does not show all the rooms which also has 2 queen beds. I like the breakfast , room and the location. Service was good. Very near to all the attractions and away from downtown.

Not as "Central" to downtown...Bed was very comfortable, pull-out was not, could feel springs! Pool not as big as pic depicted. Breakfast was very nice. Happy hour drinks only Monday - Wednesdays, this is not posted. Service was excellent though!

The room was a studio room. Big comfy bed and a sofa bed....worked out great. Our window shade fell off the track, but they were up to fix it in no time. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Pool was small but great. Breakfast was wonderfull too!

Superb value, it exceeds my expectations in may ways, with one issue - if the next door neighbor leaves his/her bathroom fan running (i.e shower at 6:00am & leaves the fan on) until the cleaning staff comes in the afternoon, it gets annoyingly noisy in my unit esp. in the bedroom areas for hours. :(

There was only two things that were very dissapointing with this Hotel. First, the free Internet access (premium high speed) was not very good (to slow) and by time very difficult to access (no service). When you need it and you can't count on it or it takes for ever to get on it and so on, not fun and very frustrating. Second, when your room is on […] the first floor and you have someone on the second floor above your room, you can hear them walking, late at night or very early in the morning, because the floor is craking a lot, not fun and very disturbing.
