The hotel had positives and negatives. I called the hotel 3 times to get a room with a fire place. Was told on first call to call back later in the week. Second call to call day of check in. Called day of check in to be told that they would do there best to get me a room with fireplace. I didn't get a fireplace room I just got a regular room. i paid […] allot for the room I thought have staied in many hotels in Charlotte and paid more by far at this hotel for a little bit bigger room. I was told that they had oven's but they did not . The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Cindi at the front desk when we left seemed know what she was doing. Our accomodaton has the luxury and comfort of home. It was clean and convenient for access to the places we needed to go to.. The restaurants near the hotel were fantastic. The staff was helpful and friendly and were available 24/7. We had a wonderful time!!!

We had a terrific stay. Breakfast was always tasty and the dinners that they served Monday-Wednesday were a welcome addition! We have 3 dogs and they charge a one time cleaning fee per stay of $75 only! Much cheaper than hiring a pet sitter for the week! It is a slightly older establishment as you can tell by the appliances and the bathroom fixtures, […] but you can tell they do the best they can to maintain what they've got. The only problem we had was with other guests at 2 in the morning being very rude and loud, but I believe the front desk must have been called because this stopped within 10 minutes. We will stay here again. The Frontdesk staff where exceptional, and even let us put our things in our room early without charge after a long day of travel. Our stay at the Residence Inn was great. The staff at the front desk checked us in quickly, gave us details regarding the facilities, free breakfast, free dinner that evening and where we could find things in Charlotte. We would use this hotel again. I wanted a suite since my brother-in-law was staying with us for a visit with other family. We arrived about midnight SC time and we were taken care of.

This hotel was a little dated but clean. My mom was with me so we got the 2 bedroom suite and it was nice. The kitchen/living room divided the 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom had it's own bath. I would stay here again.

This hotel is unlike others. Most we stayed at are under one roof. This places is spreaded out in many buildings apartment like. It does not make it convenient, say at night you want to use business center or lobby. Room is clean and staff is very friendly. Stay away from Chili restaurant nearby, we got food poisoning after ding there.

The only negative thing I have to say about the room is the mattres needs to be replaced with a more comfortable newer one....I was not happy with the bed... But everything else was great.

There was two things that has to be addressed about the room. First the shower when you pull the knob on to turn the water on the whole unit pulls away from the wall including the faucet. Second the head of the bed seems to be lower than the foot making the head to low when sleeping. The fan in the bathroom makes entirely to much noise.

I didn't know what i was walking into with such a good price. The hotel staff was great and the rooms were really nice. i don't think the pictures on the website did it justice. The only thing i would work on is the gym, which left a lot to be desired.

This property is definitely dated, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed having a fireplace available with the cold temperatures we experienced while there. The free hot breakfast provided was better than what most hotels offer. While this property had free wi-fi property wide, it was extremely slow. The room is outdated. Not typical of quality of other Marriott operations. For example the ventilation system is very noisy, only one fan speed (high). The ceiling heater in the bathroom was disconnected. The room was clean. Moderate traffic noise from I-77.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Besonders die freundliche Personal und die Grosszügichkeit des Hotels ist auffallend. Alle Gäste bekamen drei Abende (Montag, Dienstag u. Mittwoch) Essen und trinken "on the house". Der Grillplatz aussen unter dem Baum ist Spitze. Da kann man sein eigenes Essen vorbereiten und muss nicht immer ins Lokal gehen.
