I have never complained about the conditon of the hotel room for this place until now. The room was very neat, and cleaned however the smell of smoke was the worse ever I have experienced. I thought it would go away if we ran the air for awhile. We left and came back that night very late. I woke up very early becasue of the stale smoke smell. It was […] even in the pillows and comforter. The walls were yellow and the window was very dirty. We left earlier than planned because of this. I am very dissappointed. I hope the hotel can improve. I read many reviews on this hotel and became very worried about the rooms I just booked. There were people complaining about everything under the sun. Well to my surprise these reviews did either one of two things... 1. Lowered my expectations or 2. Made me realize that people oy take the time to "review" something of it was bad, not good. So I'm here […] to tell you that the hotel is fine!! The rooms are small, but we weren't in the room that much.. We went shopping, eating, drinking, gambling (they have a shuttle to and from hotel), and even caught a reds/cards game! Besides the casino, EVERYTHING was within walking distance! In our rooms there were no bugs or unclean sheets/floors/bathrooms. The lobby was nice and the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was great! The front desk made check in and check out simple, quick, and easy! I would not count this hotel out for your stay or for a future stay for me! FYI: we were in the south tower.. Upon checking into the hotel and settling into our room, I thought we had found a diamond in the rough. The price was outstanding, the staff was helpful and the room was beautiful. Hours later after the baseball game let out, we found no guest service at the bar or front desk, apparently there is no food available after 11 on a friday night in a major […] city. Also, when we went to try to get some sleep for our drive the next day, we realized that the walls were paper thin and all the people coming and going and partying in their rooms could be heard crystal clear. The only way to drown it out for a little bit of sleep was to download a white noise app on my phone and blast it next to our heads. Read more

Really amazed how poor the service was. We pulled into the hotel and was informed that valet parking was full but I could park the car down the street myself and if I could hurry and unload they would appreciate it. Called room service and received a message that they were too busy,leave a number and they'll call me back. Apparently they were really […] really busy because I never received that call. We were within walking distance of the ball stadium. The room was very clean, comfortable, and larger than most places we have stayed. We were very pleased and will be staying there again in a couple of months.

I've stayed here three time over three years. It is ideally located and the rates are low, but you get what you pay for. The rooms, even the ones that have been renovated are rough around the edges. I would stay here again, but it could stand some sprucing-up.

Great location at a very good price. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Needed fresh set of towels, had them delivered in less than 10 minutes. Key for first room did not work. Had a new room in one quick visit to the front desk. Already talking about staying here again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Millennium in Cincinnati. Parking was confusing but I'm used to having parking available at the hotel. Big cities must have different parking ideas. Overall very pleased with my stay.

The hotel had problems with the elevator, and one time, it took me about ten minutes to get to the lobby because the elevator would get down to the fourth floor and then go all the way to the top of the hotel. Really concerned why the bed had a sheet of plywood between the mattress and the box springs. It is a trick I have seen used to support a bed set that has lost it's usable life.
