The hotel is old, but rooms were clean. Close to everything downtown.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Old but adequate."
Long lines to get checked in. People walking around lobby with beer bottles. Hotel is old & dingy. Wifi expensive & not included.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Our biggest complaint was that there are no refrigerators in the hotel rooms. They are clearly making an effort to renovate all over the hotel and the location is perfect.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Not worth it"
Service very bad. Understaffed. Not good and expensive room service food. Not clean. Lights in room didn't work. Slow valet. Won't stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location - still needs some updates"
It's a nice hotel in a great location. Clean room with comfortable bed. Good staff. My only complaint is heating system. Very old, noisy heating unit like you would find in a much cheaper hotel. The rest of the place seemed updated so I was very surprised.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This was one of the nicest, most well kept hotels I have ever stayed in. I would recommend this hotel and I would choose this hotel againGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Opening day 2014"
Our stay was really nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was ready when we arrived and they allowed us to keep our car in valet until after the game. Great time!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"I've stayed at better...alot better..."
I thought that the staff at front desk were very nice. The room was where the main issues were. The door to the bathroom was practically falling off the hinges not to mention the fact that a huge piece had broken off the left side. Shower seemed to be lacking in the hot water department. Bed had pillows that were more like travel pillows, only about […] the half the size of a real pillow. Bed seemed very bouncy more as though I was sleeping on a pull-out bed. Overall, a restless sleep and a not very refreshing stay. I've stayed in better. If you have the option of another hotel, I'd pick a different one. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Sheets looked like they had not been changed. Bathroom not clean. Old place needs money to fix up but you're already paying your housekeepers so clean the room! I won't be back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Yapping Dog and substandard rooms"
Next door to me was a dog that spent 30 minutes straight yapping loudly and scratching at the door. I finally went downstairs and asked to be moved. They did as I set my phone on the counter and played the recording from my room of the yapping rat dog. When I moved into my new room, it did not have the feel of a clean room. I never took my shoes off […] as the smell reminded me of a overstuffed vacuum and burnt rubber smell. Although I was warned of construction, it started so early that we checked out way before we planned and left. I will never stay here again as it is not worth the price you have to pay. Especially when there are hotels all around. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
It was a nice place to stay and we had a good time. They need to update the cable channels in the rooms.Genuine Expedia guest review
Had great stay. Can't beat the price. Stayed in the newly renovated north tower. Well worth the couple extra bucks. Also, very nice staff. Will definitely stay again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very clean, private."
We checked in & were never bothered agin. The room was very clean & comfortable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The rooms are in need of refurbishing, but are very acceptible and confortable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Dirty Linens. Rude staff."
Upon arrival I inspected the bed linens as I usually do as you can't be too careful with bed bugs these days. When glancing at the pillows I found that the pillow cases looked possibly stained. When I looked closer, these pillow cases were straight dirty from the last guests. They had make up on both sides. Make up does not stain, these were simply […] dirty. GROSS! After calling for housekeeping they shortly came to the door. The housekeeping staff was very rude. She barked to show her this dirt then proceeded to throw the dirty pillow cases on my luggage before she finished and stormed out of the room. RUDE! I was so not impressed! Among this issue, the room in general was rather gross. I was very dissapointed with this stay and will not choose Milennium in the future. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Looks better from the lobby"
This hotel was OK. It was impressive when you first came in. The staff was friendly for the most part (there was a rather rude valet). Everything was overpriced, but that was to be expected. The true disappointment was the room. It was small and uncomfortable. The walls had some visible cracking going on. The bed was uncomfortable. There was no wifi […] (seriously Millennium? The 1990's called and wanted their lack of technology back). Also the cable was terrible. There were very few channels and the pay-per-view stuff was horribly disappointing. Several of the pay-per-view movies that were being advertised weren't even available to rent and the interface was not intuitive at all and it seemed to back out for no reasons at all. "May have been nice once."
The lobby was barren, the shop fronts were vacant, the ballroom and meeting rooms were empty. It seemed like a ghost of what was once a nice facility. We had no information in our room about the hotel, its facilities, or neighboring attractions. The TV reception reminded me of the days of rabbit ears and aluminum foil. The phone by the bed didn't work […] and during a three night stay never got fixed. The in-wall heating/cooling unit was loud and cycled between too hot and too cold. The bathroom was broom closet sized. On the up side, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were far better than the industrial strength pillows we have come to expect from hotels. And the fitness room was decent sized and well appointed. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Don't stay here."
Being located across the street from the Convention Center was the only good thing about this hotel. The rooms were very small. The beds were also small. The TV didn't work and the room had a horrible smell to it.Genuine Expedia guest review
"perfect for duke convention center"
Charging for wifi is outdated. Rooms were smaller than expected. Parking near hotel is minimum $16/day. Staff was excellent. Location was perfect.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
W e would stay there again. Good value for the priceGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Meh, 'twas okay."
The room was a basic room. Repair was mostly okay. Hotel staff at the front desk during check-in was really sub-par but otherwise staff was fine. Pretty basic hotel room if you need one cheap.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very unsatisfied all the way around"
The hotel looks very nice from the outside, but the rooms were a different story altogether. The walls were actually dirty and had clearly gone unwashed. The drapes and comforters of both beds were torn. The bathroom floor had dirt in the corners of the room. The only personnel at the hotel that I found pleasant were the bellhops and valets, even though […] the valet was outrageously expensive (even at the admission of the front desk workers). After the room next to me was making noise until 3am, I had to call security three separate times for them to resolve the issue, resulting in no sleep. The location of the hotel is pretty convenient, especially if attending something at the convention center, but I would strongly recommend one of the neighboring hotels if it's at all possible. Good rate. Friendly staff.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Construction next door woke us early and kept us awake, hotel did not want to do anything for this inconvenience. Hotel is dated staff was underwhelming would not go back or recommend. Over all experience was pretty low.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to venue"
The overall service was good but the bed was uncomfortable. The hotel was close to the venue but I feel I over paid for room.Genuine Expedia guest review
construction next door at 6:45am sat morning bathtub gross. other than that okayGenuine Expedia guest review
"Way Too Expensive"
For $150 per night, there was no refrigerator, microwave, free parking, free wifi, free breakfast, the air conditioner would turn off in the middle of the night, and the beds weren't very comfortable. We could have gotten 5 times the amenities for half the cost elsewhere. My friends and I will never stay at a Millenium Hotel ever again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not worth the price."
The room we booked was not worth the price. The check-in was easy enough but upon seeing our room we were greatly disappointed. The bathroom was dingy, the shower was old and looked it. The sink was loose and actual faucet was not secure. The bed wasn't uncomfortable however after pulling back the sheets it was discovered that the mattress was very […] old and actually ripped. The hotel bar/restaurant was very dated and overpriced. We didn't say anything to management as there were none available upon check out. We will not stay at nor recommend this hotel. "Fine for a short stay, but nothing long term"
We booked a room for a Friday night and immediately checked around the room and bathroom area. The bathroom was actually decent, but the floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed ever before; which is interesting because then we opened the curtains and found a black t shirt behind the curtain on the ground. It really is the little things (like a clean […] floor!) that make paying more for a hotel worth it. Can't say I won't go back to the Westin after this stay. Another negative: 1 (flat) pillow per person and a duvet that's not covered w anything other than an actual sheet. Hate to sound negative, but just giving an honest review. The upside: people were nice, restaurant was decent and it was a nice night so we didn't have to be in the room long. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Overall nice place"
We were just here for relaxation, the room was nice and clean , the location was great and the bar and staff were great , we left something behind and they shipped it to us right away free of chargeGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Thehotel was clean and the staff was friendly. However, the hotels room decor, and room locks were antiquated. It's a throw back from the 1960's. Nothing has been updated except for a flat screen televison. My toal cost and the additional expense of parking wasabsorbant based on the amenties provided, the cost did not justify the means.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location, not much else"
The location is outstanding, right in the heart of downtown. Everything else is just meh. As all the review say, the furnishings are outdated (especially in the elevator and bathrooms.) They also cut corners; they don't used fitted sheets on the mattress or a duvet cover--they only use flat sheets. Other cons: internet and parking are not free. On […] my final day, they ran out of hot water. It was underwhelming but not disgusting. If you are a no frills person, you will be totally fine here. If you are looking for a little more, stay someplace else Tip: Street parking is free and easy to find from 5pm or 6pm until 8am--so you can save some parking costs that way. I easily found parking on Elm right outside the hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
I thought the hotel would be perfect with the skywalk to the convention center. That part was perfect. Check in with Vinny was great and then it went down from there. The beds were hard as rocks! So uncomfortable that it was difficult to sleep. We ran out of toilet paper. The ice machine on our floor didn't work and we had to go to 3 other floors to […] find one that did. Coffee maker didn't work. Yes housekeeping brought us the things we lacked or that were broken, but guests should not have to call for toilet paper! Last note... Room Service was delicious, but our tray was still in the hallway in the morning. I frequent downtown Cincinnati often and I will look for somewhere else to stay next time. "A good value. Great if you can get a online deal!"
The hotel was recently updated, clean, and the staff was friendly enough. Based on the price, it exceeded my expectations. If you can get a special rate on this hotel its an amazing deal.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The room was very clean but small. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The hotel is older but well kept.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not so great, but Downtown"
The hotel staff was nice, but the TV in the room did not work. It took 2+ hours to get it fixed. There were stains on the floor (looked like kool-aid).Genuine Expedia guest review

"Convenient to everything"
The staff was extremely helpful with directions and friendly. The rooms and condition of the hotel was dated which was sad due to the convenience of everything. We had to switch rooms due to the heater going out.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"good location but shop worn"
The location of this hotel is good, but if you can find a newer hotel in the same area book it. This hotel has had a lot of wear and tear. The bathrooms are out of date and very worn. The room was OK but obviously needed a makeover. The desk clerks were not the brightest or most helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hotel Lobby Nice But Not the Room"
Marble floors at the hotel were deceiving. The room was worn and uninviting. The heating/ac unit was noisy and the temperature difficult to manage. The staff did not seem invested in their job and were very curt and matter of fact in presentation.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Night Out in Cincinnati"
The location of the hotel was perfect - walking distance to the downtown attractions. Although the hotel is old, the lobby and rooms have been well maintained. The room size is smaller than new hotels, but location makes up for it.Genuine Expedia guest review
"convenient and classy"
I enjoyed the Millennium very much. Nice rooms, comfortable and quiet (except for the construction noise in the AM), courteous front desk.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Other than there being 1K kids in the hotel that caused quite the adventure when it came to catching the elevator it was a terrific stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Good accomodations, however, there should have been swome tea as well as coffee in the room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
