"What happened to customer service"
Bed not made first morning. Found a shirt from a previous guest in my bed. Restaurant service was poor (waiting for service, wrong food delivered, slow, etc.) The front desk, however, was very polite and helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A hotel that needs updating"
Booked a 7 day stay. The hotel staff was pleasant and very accomodating. The interior of the hotel itself is very lack lustre. There was an overwhelming stench like a section 8 house whose carpet has seen to many empoverished families. The wall paper seemed old and looked like it was peeling. Room decor was acceptable but rooms were definitely smaller […] than the competition. Several area of the hotel looked like they needed maintanance. Overall I'd give this hotel a 2.5. If they spent some money on the interior it would be a great hotel Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Awesome place to stay!"
The only thing we didn't like was the king room was a little small and the towels were very stiff. Everything else was amazing! Would definitely stay there again!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"$$$ 27.00 to park your car overnight. $$$"
The hotel is just okay, the location is pretty much what you're paying for. Only had two very small pillows on the bed, but they did provide more when asked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went to Cincy for a Reds game and the walk was only about 5 minutes. The only bad thing that they don't tell you about when you book the hotel is that […] you have to pay to park. I wouldn't mind paying a little, but $27.00 is highway robbery. It would have been cheaper just to use the stadium parking. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"disappointed, total let down."
Did not receive a warm welcome from staff. Total let down, my wife and I expected more from this hotel with the high cost of the room to include valet parking. This hotel stay experience set a horrible tone for us celebrating our Wedding Anniversary. We enjoyed the city of Cincinnati, but we will never stay at this hotel again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Long check in"
Far too long of wait to get bags out of car. Parked on the road for 10minutes. Even longer to check once inside. No fridge in room. Desk too big in room. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

the matenience worker was very helpful when our a/c unit wasnt working properly. We were at Oktoberfest and it was so close, but not too close where it would have been annoying dealing with the crowds. The pool deck was very nice and relaxing even without a suit.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Ready for updates"
The hotel was okay overall. Room and hotel in general is ready for some update. The room walls had patch holes that have not been painted. Pool was closed.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great location, sad that it is so ran down."
Pro-The location was amazing and the staff were great. Con-If I had a superior room, then I would not want to see a standard. I could not see out of the windows. Mold in the shower and the tub was stained or dirty. Tons of dust under the bed. The Bistro, smelled like a can of beer. Again, the location could not have been better though. "Worst hotel I think I've stayed in"
The bed was missing a bed skirt, the hotel was dirty, the phone in the room didn't work, the pillows were tiny and the room wasn't even cheap. Topped off by an hour waiting on valet for my car... Just needs a complete overhaul.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Dated and Worn Out"

"One of our favorite getaways"
Very nice stay in Cincinnati. It was a little difficult leaving the hotel to walk anywhere with the construction next door. Wasn't crazy about staying on the 23rd floor, but it was quiet. Surprisingly slept well with the small pillows.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It doesn't seem as if any of my requests were passed along to the Hotel. we were supposed to be in a room next to another couple and they were slated to be 2 floors away. I thought it was fairly high priced for the quality. We were also led to believe we were going to be in a newly remodeled tower, and I don't believe that was the case.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I find it redicilious you have to pay to park to stay at the hotel!!!! And, to have to pay more than double of what we have to pay to park on our own is nonsense!!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We last stayed at this hotel 4 years ago..great pool, clean rooms, nice area of town. Much to our dismay it has really gone down since then. The gift shop has been replaced with vending machines, pool loungers replaced with plastic chairs, pool restrooms had mold and peeling paper on the walls, and bachelor party crowd at the pool with large coolers […] made it awkward for families. The hotel carpets were dirty and buckled, odd smell throughout lobby and the just-cleaned room spelled of strong chemicals. The only two pillows on bed were smaller than the throw pillows on our couch, and if you have need more than two towels or two washcloths, you have to ask for it. The area near the hotel is under renovation, so lots of vacant buildings and closed sidewalks due to construction. Homeless person approached friends of ours in the hotel bar. Really disappointed as it seems the merger of the two properties has contributed to its demise. Won't be back to this hotel again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"watch your card"
Ok hotel, watch your credit cards because they added charges we didn't even make. And still arguin to get the money back!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was adequate but there was a grey ring in the toilet. The valets were nice but didn't seem to know anything about the area. I have never panhandled so many times on one weekend!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"High expectation, Low quality."
Bad experience but they tried to fix it. The bathtub was full of water, drain closed and faucet leaking. Almost overflowing when we arrived. Rooms smell old and moldy, overall dingy carpets and the picture frames even had mold spots inside the glass. They switched our room and comped the valet. I would not recommend this hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Dirty, dirty , dirty. The smell hits you right in the face as soon as you walk in and stays with you every where you go. The carpet are stained and smell moldy. The rooms are not great. Room service is no longer available, even though the menus say it is. The kitchen closes at ten and not midnight. They charge for WiFi. Do not go here! Only good thing […] about them is they gave me a refund because our bed was dirty when we get to the hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Worked for a last minute stay"
Our stay was convenient for what we needed- just passing through and we needed a place to rest our head. I had stayed at this hotel years ago for business and thought it was good then. "Middle of the Road Hotel"
Hotel was good but nothing special. Room was a bit smaller than i would have liked and the bathroom was a little dingy/old feeling. I was bummed to find out there was not a mini fridge, I had to double check to make sure it was not advertised. Valet parking is the only form of hotel parking. "Needs to be renovated."
This seems to be an older hotel. With some major room renovations this could be a fabulous hotel. Great city views from rooms. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants. OK. Convenient. really needs and update of the entire facilityGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Room was very clean and brightly decorated. It was not the best view as construction was going on next door. Overall I feel it was a good value for the money spent. The pool also seemed to be a very popular spot throughout he day. Very close to very thing downtown including the stadiums.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very nice hotel. No problems. Great location. Will stay here again. Decent price.Genuine Expedia guest review
No washcloths or soap in the room. View was the top of a roof. The staff were very friendly and the lobby area was very nice--rooms were more comparable to a motel than a hotel. Not worth the price of the room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
So we stopped at the Bar after the game on 8/16/14 to get something to eat and drink, the place had a nice crowd, but only one barmaid and no servers at all, we sat for 15 minutes then went across the street to another hotel and had a great time.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good price- but still, not great for the money"
We chose the Millennium for both its convenient location and good price. But be warned-- they charge $27/night for parking (no other good parking option) and $8/day for use of the internet. Housekeeping failed to clean our room the first night we were there. We mentioned it to the front desk- they eventually brought us some extra coffee packets & shampoos. […] There's currently construction all around-- so take earplugs. They pull out the jackhammers first thing in the morning. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

We drove into the entrance to drop our bags off, before parking the car ourselves. We were greeted by valets that told us to move our car out of the entrance. The lobby was a disaster. There were lots of people openly drinking (and getting drunk) while waiting on line for over 45 minutes to check-in. There were also lots of late-teen/early 20yo beauty […] pageant contestants running around in gaggles. After the 45 minute line to check-in, we waited for 3 elevators to get to our room, while hotel staff pushed their way onto the elevators first. I also witnessed two straight 20-yo male guests making homophobic comments while a young family was in the elevator. Once we finally got to our room there were no towels and about 20 minutes into our stay a housekeeper knocked, asking if we wanted our room cleaned. After attending a Red's game, we came back to the hotel to drunk 20-yos running the hallways after midnight. We checked out the next day to get as far away from this hotel as possible (and had to wait 20 minutes to do that). We will never come back. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Nice Downtown Hotel"
Walking distance to Paul Brown Stadium, Fountain Square, and the Banks, very convenient. This was our second "annual" staycation. Lots to do downtown in August in Cincy!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to walk downtown"
The hotel over all was ok. Just needs some updates. Staff was very helpful at check in.Genuine Expedia guest review
~Hotel excellently located. Staff very friendly. My only problem was a malfunctioning remote control, which was replaced (I overheard another guest complaining that his clogged drain was never attended to). Overall the place appears a little worn: stains on the carpet in the lobby and in the hallways, for example. It has a strange atmosphere: when you […] walk through the front doors, what appears to be the reception area to the right is completely empty, and you walk through the lobby to another area to check in, and there is a lot of empty restaurant space directly adjacent to the bar area, which by contrast feels confined. One of the elevators had a minor malfunction, in that it didn't properly record which floor it was on, though this didn't affect getting where I wanted to go. My criticism of the place is based less on practical things than on aesthetics. The place seems tired, as if it were last decorated in the early-90s. In addition, you pay extra to use the Wi-Fi, which seems superfluous in this era (I've been in small chain motels in Kansas that have free Wi-Fi). If you bring a car, it's more economical, by about two-fifths, to park in the garage around the corner and walk half a block than to pay for the hotel's valet parking. I was comfortable there, and the location can't be beat, but you get the feeling that they do things on the cheap. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Should have stayed at a Super 8."
When we called for reservations, we were told that the kitchen/bar would be open until midnite and we were pleased since we knew we would be arriving quite late due to poor traveling conditions. We got in at 11:00 p.m. Both bar and kitchen were already closed, but were told we could probably order pizza delivery through the Front Desk. Seriously? No, […] thanks. Then, we got up to the room and spent an uncomfortable night because we could not regulate the A/C - oh yeah, and did I mention we were starving? In the morning, we opened the Room Service menu in the room and made our selections. We called them in an - surprise! - they didn't offer room service any more . For the price? EPIC FAIL! Don't bother. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Below average; like a highway motel"
Although this is a big downtown hotel (30 stories), very convenient to the ballpark, fountain square and other attractions, it was a serious disappointment, with outdated fixtures, rusted plumbing, small and inconvenient waiting areas by the elevators (which produced a lot of crowding), limited dining options which all close early, leaving you no food […] source except for lousy vending machines that take your money and refuse to give you food. The rooftop pool was pleasant, but not suitable for lap swimming. The buffet breakfast is very tasty. The in room coffee maker had no carafe, rendering it useless, and had only coffee, no tea. Housekeeping staff were very nice, and helpful. But overall, it felt more like a highway motel than an upscale downtown hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
