The stay was everything I wanted and expected. It was inexpensive and clean. It is a older structure but it was well taken care of and clean. No problems checking in, and even had a breakfast service. Utilitarian, but not at all bad.

This hotel was nasty!! The beds stunk, they smelled stale Iike they had been locked up in garage for month. There was a random dirty sock left in our room on the floor from a the previous customers, dirty towels left hanging on the back of the bathroom door. It's in an AWESOME location but everything else sucked!

The walls had stains on them, the light fixtures were cracked. Seems like everywhere you looked something was dirty or broken. The only part of the hotel that seemed decent was the pool. I will not be staying here again. It is worth the extra drive if you can find another place a little ways up the road.

Okay, I don't know where to start. We reserved a queen bed in a non smoking room.. we arrived and the only room they had for us was a two twin smoking and said they don't have a queen available. When we get to our room our key cards do not work, we return to the main office, recieve New keys and finally get to our room. 15minutes in our room, some other […] family comes into our room claiming the front desk gave them keys to this room saying it was theirs. We where terrified that others had access to our room. We called the front desk and all they could say was it was a simple mistake.. worst experience ever.. Convenient location, but not a nice hotel at all. Very disappointed in the maintenance and overall cleanliness of the hotel. Could hear the people in the room next to us having a normal conversation along with every tv show they watched.

Room cleaning staff very good; reception staff barely satisfactory. Several poor maintenance issues. BUT WORST OF ALL THE APPALLING BREAKFASTS - range on offer poor but constantly ran out of various items. We will avoid this chain in future if this is the standard. Certainly the worst experience we've had during our USA holiday.

From reading the previous reviews, I didn't expect much from this motel, but upon arrival, I was pleasently surprised. The room was clean, the breakfast was much more than we expected, the rates were terrific. The location couldn't have been better - easy to find, staff was courteous, there was a pool and a playground. I would stay again.

Arrived late but check-in was ok. Room on second floor facing in with no convenient parking.. Room was not dirty but showing excessive signs of wear (carpet, tile, furniture etc). Pretty old and run down. No A/C - just a noisy window A/C unit. Hot water was turned off and tub was backed up. Maintenance was slow about arriving and reception was grumpy about me calling to ask to get those things taken care of. Wasn't the worst ever, but definitely not pleasant.
