Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were great. The buffet breakfast was just okay to me. The later you arrive back at the hotel, there is not much parking up close to the hotel. Then again the hotel has hosts weddings and so guests not staying at the hotel occupy most of the parking.Genuine Expedia guest review

However, we offer options such as room service and also at Tamarindo's Margarita Bar & Cantina and at the Vista Bar & Starbucks Coffee Lounge. The bar of soap are all located at the credenza bathroom with all the upgraded beauty amenities for the guests and the housekeepers are not allowed to place the soap on the bathtub. We apologize for any inconvenience these has caused you.

Television and room phone didn't work. They sent maintenance to fix the TV, which only worked for a couple hours. These rooms were straight out of 1980. So outdated. And why isn't it possible to open the windows? Weird. The bed was very comfortable though. Soaps were not enough for 2 people. "very enjoyable stay"
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very nice- beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, nice lounge, and a sports bar attached. When we arrived to check in the computers were down so it took about 20 minutes. They were nice and offered us free breakfast the next morning. Breakfast was great! The only down sides to this hotel were the temperature […] controls and the parking lot. The room was always too hot or too cold, no matter what temperature we set the thermostat at. The parking lot was a nightmare! We arrived back at 10pm on Friday night and had trouble finding a place to park. On Saturday night, we came back from dinner around 9pm and there was NOWHERE to park. After circling the lot for about 20 minutes, we finally parked in the loading zone in front of the hotel. When we told the concierge about this, he did not seem to car and was not at all helpful. "Will not stay here again"
This hotel needs a facelift in the worst possible way. Peeling wallpaper, dirty/chipped paint. The staff was nice enough. The sportsbar is a awful (no fault of the sweet waitress) We waited an hour for 2 kid's pizza's and a couple of tacos. At first we were mistakenly given a smoking room. The front desk immediately moved us to another room on another floor no problem. The room was clean and comfortable.
