"Great location in Seattle"
About 1/2 mile from Pike Place Market and Space Needle. But we aren't afraid to walk. Neighborhood was fine, even walked back over a mile from Pioneer Place at 10pm. Nice big room with a balcony although that looks into an office building. Free breakfast & parking. Fridge. Big shower with dual nozzles. Ipod dock. It was a bit spendy, but it's Seatt […] le! Kudos to the friendly staff. Very helpful and organized. Quickly arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel, upon arrival Nate was very efficient and made sure we had all the information we needed to have a pleasant stay in the city. Was very familiar with businesses in the area gave multiple references for choices to eat based on our criteria. […] Pleasant greetings by all staff as we came and went throughout the day. Definitely would stay again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good location, bad location."
It's a good location for those planning to spend time at Seattle Center. Our room, however, had a view of an alley full of dumpsters. The dumpster lids clanged and clattered at all hours, which made sleeping difficult.Genuine Expedia guest review
A bit of an uphill and downhill hike to the downtown and Pikes Mkt. but we love to walk and it was not an issue for us.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Good hotel for an overnight stay, location was good...walking distance to the downtown core.Genuine Expedia guest review
The beds are so great. I really sleep well. The breakfast if very good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close To Airport"
Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is older and needs updated. Good for overnight stay.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good location, parking and helpful staff"
The lobby is nicely decorated but when you get off the elevator to your floow you are confronted with dark mustard walls and brown doors, matching the rug. The color scheme is depressing and makes it seem dingy. It needs to be updated to something more cheerful. The beds were very comfortable for my bad back, and the room had th ebasic amenities. Every […] staff member was cheerful and seemed genuinely concerned about getting me answers and help when needed. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"a little help please"
The greeting upon check-in was falsely reassuring- we were promised assistance several times and we were left hanging on more than two occasions. We requested help locating bus routes and were given-NONE, we inquired about coffee shops other than Starbucks that were open late and we were basically ignored- we asked about take-out recommendations and […] never received a promised call back either- Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"close to all must-see sights"
Loved Seattle and would have liked to stay longer, the hotel was wonderful and close to all the sights we wanted to visit.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"nice location. needed some upkeep."
The room was pretty good it was interesting that the broken window had been caulked, but not replaced. Air conditioner did not work.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Lovely suite in the outskirts of downtown Seattle."
after a horrible hotel experience in Vancouver, we were thrilled to move into a beautiful suite at LaQuinta in Seattle, with a view of the Space Needle. A lot of walking as the city has no "hop on - hop off" bus, but the hotel was fairly close to some transit.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Walking distance to space needle"
This hotel is in a good location and totally remodeled on the inside. It doesn't look the greatest from the outside but inside it is very nice.Ask for a room that is NOT adjoining because I could hear the people in the adjoining room and had to complain. Otherwise, a good place to stay. a $14 taxi ride to the Princess cruise pier as well.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very nice older hotel"
Convenient hotel with free parking and free breakfast. Entire neighborhood is full of new construction--wouldn't be surprised if hotel is re-developed within the next few years. Meanwhile, it was just what we needed for a reasonable price. Desk staff Nate and Kimmy were most helpful, wonderfully enthusiastic! Kudos to them.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Long Weekend in Seattle"
Stayed at the La Quinta in Seattle for a long weekend. It was an older hotel but in good repair. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, had a friendly staff, and reasonable pricing for Seattle. Will stay there again when the situation presents itself.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Decent, fair price."
Clean room, nothing fancy. AC was noisy. Could use new mattresses and pikes. Full breakfast included which was nice.Genuine Expedia guest review
Would have given 5 stars on overall rating had it not been for being woken by front desk in the middle of the night complaining about noise from my room. The person later realized that he had been given the wrong room number. Rather than wake hotel guests in the middle of the night hotel staff should be trained to have security go physically investigate […] any reports of noise or other disturbance. Great hotel. Very happy stay. I love it from the moment I walked in the door and was welcomed by the front desk staff. Location is perfect, and the staff were very helpful. Rooms - Beautiful, clean and cozy. Great Hotel Experience!!!!Genuine Expedia guest review
Very clean, loved the setup of my room and my friends room! So nice having the microwave and fridge in the rooms had my baby with me and it made it so easy to make her a bottle :-)Genuine Expedia guest review

We had a great stay, the staff was helpfull in suggesting places to eat and providing directions. We would stay here again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great location with free parking"
Minimal walk to Seattle Center and only a few minutes from the stadiums and Pike Place Market. Parking and WiFi are free! Okay hot breakfast, no eggs. Clean room, slight smell, but otherwise very comfortable. Bed was very comfy.Genuine Expedia guest review
I really love the hotel! they had nice rooms, and hotel staff were very friendly and answered all questions that i had. Will definetly stay again!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel looked brand new! I don't think it actually is, but everything has been kept very well. The breakfast was fabulous and the common areas were very nice.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very nice and economical place to stay"
In the past we have paid more for fancy hotels that charge for wifi, don't have complementary breakfast, free parking. The staff were nice and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel at an awesome price"
Great price, location and staff are all very pleasant. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious with nice updating. We had 2 rooms. One room with a king bed in a separate room and a spacious, comfortable living room. The other room had 2 double beds and was very comfortable also. The free parking was a bonus too! The only problem we encountered […] was the unpleasant odor of urine in one of the rooms near one the beds. We mentioned it the first night we stayed and the staff offered to put us in a different room. We declined only because we had so much to move and were too tired but I regretted that decision. When we first checked into the room, the window had been left open, probably because the odor was noticeable after the last guests left. We lit a candle to freshen it up which was effective, checking with the front desk first of course! The next day, someone came to check out the odor, not realizing we were still there one more night. They also gave us some airfreshener to use. Can't complain too much though because it is a pet friendly hotel so it could always be a possible problem. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Great, clean hotel. Close to Space Needle. I would stay again and would recommend to anyone.Genuine Expedia guest review
Visit was short so, but everything was OK. Liked the underground parkingGenuine Expedia guest review
"it was dark"
the room is very small and outdated. it was dark they don't have enough lights. the walls are thin you cam hear others. bed was comfortable. if your looking for a good free breakfast don't stay here, they barley had anything!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Overall not so bad. Kind of dodgy across the way.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good location, very friendly staff"
Stayed here for two nights with three adults and two small children. Beds were fine but the rollaway which had a $10 additional charge was very uncomfortable with springs sticking out - a hard floor was more comfortable. Location is great and price is about as cheap as it gets for the area. Staff were very helpful and polite.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We came for our 1st anniversary and to see the Supercross races at Centurylink Park. Totally enjoyed our stay, you were so centrally located to all the tourist things we wanted to do. Though your hotel is very aged, it is also very clean and nice and your hotel staff was great, with a BIG KUDO to Nate!!!! What a great young man he is...always smiling, […] courteous and full of local information and direction. HE'S A KEEPER!!!!! Only draw back was there were two groups of young people staying at the same time....very noisy....doors opening and closing and banging (they turned their locks out, so could enter and exit easily without swiping) into late into the night, early morning! They weren't loud with their voices, just doors slamming constantly and continuously trying our "shared" door :( . We paid the same price, so were a bit disappointed that we couldn't get a good nights sleep while they were there....we we're on vacation. That aside, I guess we would stay there again, because of your central location and staff....Recommendation.....keep groups like that together on floors or in pods close to one another. Keep them away from other paying guests and remind them that there are other people staying as well and to mind their manners. Also would like to see bagels on your morning menu...though was a nice morning walk to the space needle where they had wood fired fresh bagels for $1.... Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Stayed here before and will stay here again. It's two miles from Safeco, but it's a nice walk before and after sitting at a game for 3+ hrs.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Zak to check-out Seattle"
Excellent place to stay for the price. Parking a little shaky, but otherwise great!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Walking distance to everything!!!"
Close proximity to everything great in Seattle made for our best vacation ever!!!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to Final Destination"
The room and breakfast were great. Parking was a bit difficult. If you had more than a compact car you could have been in trouble trying to fit in any of the spaces. Even in our small car we had difficulties. Otherwise, a great night!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A pleasant surprise"
We needed a place that would allow our two dogues and offered free parking in downtown Seattle. It was only for one night so I chose the hotel on price and those two conditions. The room was beautifully appointed, clean and very comfortable. The king bed was like sleeping on a cloud and even the pillows (of varying softness) were comfy. I highly recommend […] this hotel, especially if one is traveling with a canine companion. There is a wonderful park directly across from the hotel that makes fido's necessary trips very convenient. The only slightly negative comments I can make are that there is a vague unpleasant odor in the halls and parking is a little tricky due to the less than generous parking space size. Otherwise, this hotel is a deal in the lovely Emerald City. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"close to whole foods"
Eating healthy if very important to us, so we chose to stay near the whole foods in downtown seattle. this place is super close to the whole foods and the space needle, pacific science center, chihuly museum and everything else downtown. it was super clean and the frontdesk was very accommodating.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was a nice stay, the room was very clean and even got to check in earlier then the time it said. Good hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
For $140 a night I did not expect to stay in a room with so many broken things. The window was broken, the drapes didn't shut, the toilet paper dispenser was broken, and the lights were very dim. Our view out our window was an office building and because the drapes didn't shut the lights kept us up all night. The breakfast was okay, but nothing was getting […] refilled so the food was gone and peoples dirty dishes were piling up along the wall. I will never stay there again Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"good，close to space needle and downtown"

"Overall good experience"
We stayed two nights for ECCC. It was about a 10 minute walk from the WA convention center. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the inside of the hotel was so clean and updated, I was worried when we pulled up to the building. Don't judge a book by it's cover! The only downside was Parking was very limited so once we got a […] spot we left our car there until we checked out also walls were thin. We could hear the people's conversation next to us and they were also commenting on ours through the walls. We would stay again for sure! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place to stay!"
All staff were pleasant upon arrival & friendly when asked for information; the free cookies were a bonus. It was far enough from main town Seattle that noise was a moderate factor. Parking was kinda tight but was more of an issue from other guests than with the staff.Genuine Expedia guest review
Good location, walking distance to space needle, pike market , groceries etc. Breakfast is great. Highly recommendedGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was clean, there was only sheer curtains so not real private, no way to adjust the temperature in the room. House keeping came to the room at 9:30 in the morning wanting to know when we would be checking out. They seemed to be in a hurry to get us out, didn't really appreciate that. The breakfast selection was not real great, but it was ok. […] The folks at the front desk were awesome very helpful and kind. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"You shouldn't lie to the customers."
We asked the front desk for an extra blanket and was told by the front desk agent that hotel had no more. Returning to the hotel room without a blanket we passed an open closet completely FULL of them. Straight lie to the face, she should be fired.Genuine Expedia guest review
"hotel in middle of seattle"
Heater didn't work so good. either off or burning you up with heat. Nice shower. Breakfast was really nice. Helpful staff.Genuine Expedia guest review
Excellent value for the price. Close to many things. Street noise, minimal.Genuine Expedia guest review
This hotel is fairly close to the Space Needle and Jazz Alley. We are walkers and walked everywhere. Walking from the train station was a little far but definitely not too far. The hotel itself is very clean. The staff is kind, helpful and funny. Breakfast that is served in the morning is also quite good. I would definitely stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
