Very convenient to the Nashville airport with 24 hour free shuttle...Since its a HI Express there is very limited food/beverage on site...They have a cooler with premade sandwiches/salads and candy bars/water/soda...so all is not lost...they do offer some type of complimentary breakfast (I assume bagels/muffin/coffee etc) but I didn't see that because […] my flight was too early... Rooms are BIG and very clean and the workout room has two nice treadmills and some free weights...so for a quick stop over or even an extended stay (with a car since nothing is within walking distance) this is a great hotel! Close to the airport but you really don't hear the planes. They offer breakfast every morning and change the foods; this makes it nice. The staff was very friendly. Definitely would stay there again.

I paid for my kids a couple of nights at this hotel so they could go to a concert downtown on New Years Eve. The kids checked with the front desk three different times and they were told just call and the hotel would come pick them up after the concert. Our stay at this Holiday Inn Express was adequate, but there are other, better choices at this same price point. The desk staff was professional and polite, but not particularly friendly. The breakfast was adequate and the dining area was well maintained. There was a strong, funky, unpleasant mechanical odor in the elevator. The air conditioning unit […] in the room was loud, but kept the room as cold as we wanted. The most negative part of our stay was that our room was not made up over the two days of our stay - no fresh towels, bed not made, trash full, no replacement coffee. I understand the effort to be greener and not change the bed linens each day, but I do expect the room to be made up. Ours was not. When informed at checkout, the desk staff provided only a tepid response. Next time, I will choose Drury Inn or Embassy Suites with the same or better ammenities and similar price points. Read more

The hotel was nice overall but starting to be run down. However, posted signs suggested they are in the process of renovating. The staff was very nice, breakfast decent. The cooling system was very loud but had a thermostat.

The receptionist Michelle was extremely helpful changed our rooms so they were connecting and had a fabulous private driver pick us up every night to go out on the town!!! My only complaint for the hotel is the bathroom did not have a working fan. But other than that I would say our stay was very nice.

Everything in the room had a damp feeling. Not sure if something wrong with the ventilation or too much moisture in the room. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was very nice and in a great location, just off the interstate and easy to get to. The heater in the room ran to hot and ended up just turning it off but overall very nice hotel and nice rooms. Breakfast was good and it was nice to be able to just go downstairs to eat and not have to go out somewhere else.

Conveniently located 3 minutes from the airport. Hotel walls between rooms made of tissue paper. You could hear every little noise. Woke up at 2 am by someone vacuuming. Really! At 2 am! Staff was very friendly. Hotel was dingy and room was not clean.

My room was clean and comfortable but the halls ways and other parts of the hotel were extremely dirtya and smelled really bad. I almost asked for my money back before i even got to the room. I should have known something was wrong when I checked in and someone came to the desk to complain about the smell in the halls.

This Hotel was one of the WORST I have stayed in! The bathroom was filthy, and the "services" that are supposed to be included in the room did not work! The internet did not work, The cable on the television was static. The filth in the bathroom.
