Stayed at the Hampton Inn during the week before the main part of Mardi Gras. Hotel did a great job with security and getting guests in and out during what was starting to be a very busy time. Ideal location for someone who wanted to be near the parades yet away from the crazy French Quarter.

Hotel is update with an old world charm. Comfortable quiet rooms even though located on St. Charles Ave. Once in side did not hear the noise outside. Security was good with only one enterance and exit at nigth that remained locked with room key access from sundown until 7am. Wi Fi available with no extra cost and a complete breakfast bar with hot and cold breakfast items at no extra cost.

Rooms are very clean and spacious....complimentary breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful....would definitely stay again

Nice, clean hotel. Free Parking is a plus anywhere in New Orleans. Staff are very accomodating.
