The alarm went off late in the morning and was going off for some time. After the alarm was shut off it went off again and i was not able to get any sleep; however, I had to check out the morning and drive back to Charlotte, NC a four hour drive!Genuine Expedia guest review

To me, the best part of this hotel was getting to bring my 2 dogs along. The holel has a huge lot in the back where dogs can go. One afternoon the traffic was so busy behind the hotel cars were at a standstill. One lady told me the civic center was having a launching. At first I thought they were launching a new product, but I came to realize she was […] trying to say luncheon in that NC accent LOL. Expedia told me the pool would be open, which was not true. The TV had plenty of channels. The resturant was okay, if you like SMALL portions. The breakfast for $14 was okay, but not as good as other breakfast buffets I have been to. The bar and food were pretty good. Overall, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The air conditioning temporarily quit working, but the hotel was right on top of getting it fixed. My bathtub was stopped up and maintenance fixed it immediately. The beds were ultra comfortable and the pillows were so so very good - I had to stop myself from taking them home LOL. There are not a lot of hotel options in Greenville, NC, but I would hope that an international hotel chain would still strive for excellence despite a lack of competition. Employees were friendly and helpful, but the hotel is definitely dated. The area outside my room wasn't exactly clean when I arrived. As my colleague and I said, it was "just ok."

I stayed for 6 nights and I would say that it's just average. Rooms are clean but a bit dated and need refurbishing. Breakfast is very basic but I guess it's what you get in most US hotels. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Great hotel! Clean room, great staff! The room was very comfortable. The bed slept like my bed at home. I would recommend this hotel for a short or long stay in Greenville. The location is great. It is in walking distance of stores and restaurants.

Having had past experience with this property we our stay was as anticipated, pleasant dispite the somber occasion. Due to the presence of local family we used limited amenities of the hotel. Location within the city was excellent for our overall purposes and needs.

I stay at a lot of Hiltons, and this one is average at best. The clerk was talking on a walkie talkie the whole time I was checking in, and he never asked for my Hilton Honors number. I told him at the end, but he was already off to something else. The rooms are dated, and it was a double bed that would have been tiny for two. I ended up wiping everything down as it did not feel clean. I also did not have shampoo in the bathroom. On the positive side, the restaurant and lounge were very nice, and it is close to campus and several restaurants.

1. Ease of check in/check out was easy by not wasting my time. 2. Hotel was clean. 3. Breakfast was good and the service was even better. I received a warm welcome and was provided hot coffee very quickly. 4. One issue was reported (toilet would not flush correctly and water would not drain correctly in shower). Both items were correctly by the hotel in a timely manner.

I called security 4 times to have a block party happening on my floor at 1130pm, just before midnight a "security guard" showed up and told them that I (indicated by room nuber) was upset and ask them calm down a bit. There "boom box" got louder and the "girls" were yelling do another shot while security stood outside the door and reported all was good. After his second trip back we realized nothing is going to happen, he was more into the party than they were, so we are going to have a sleepless night in a Hilton. Go customer service. NEVER STAY HERE, the staff doesn't give a crap as long as they don't have to do anything.

First time I have paid for a king suite and no kitchenette or at least a real coffee maker. Also the bathroom was copy paste from a regular room. The room was clean, but small in my opinion for a king suite. The breakfast was phenomenal! The staff were very friendly. I was very put off by the 75$ pet fee in a supposedly pet friendly hotel and room though.

Stayed here on business trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Made to order omelettes with all sides available on buffet. I was a bit disappointed by the cleanliness of carpet in room. Spots in carpet and a bit sticky. Bathroom and beds were super clean and room attendants always did an excellent job. Hotel is a bit dated. I did get stuck for a short bit in the elevator- door jammed and stuck on 3rd floor! Villedge,the on site restaurant, was cozy and had a good wine selection.

The atmosphere is wonderful. The hotel is very conveniently located to everything you would need outside of the hotel. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious, along with the amenities being up to date. The service is outstanding. Loved the breakfast. Everything was perfect!
