The hotel clerk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of surrounding areas and points of interest. Full hot breakfast was included, the meal was freshly cooked and the kitchen staff was also very personable and helpful. Highly recommended by my family.

The first room we was put in the A/C very loud. The internet didn't work the whole time we was there. The bed was so bad that you could feel the springs in them. The only good thing I could really find about this hotel was how close it was to where I needed to be!

I went to FL for the Marine Corps ball, the hotel was ok, very old. shower didn't work right and took forever to drain. The manager was not so nice but the rest of the staff was nice. over all the room was semi clean. The free breakfast was good and it was very close to base. It was just fine for a short stay.

This hotel is outdated and has a bad smell to it. Put the air on, to air it out still same smell. Change rooms & floor & the still had the same odor. Toliet seat was peeling and on top of that the room was small not for a family of four with teenage children. Pictures posted are also deceiving. Would not stay there again.

The room was clean. The breakfast was nice. It's close to a lot of restaurants, but NOT close to the beach. It didn't really matter to me though, because of how close it is to N.A.S. I had an overall great trip.

Stayed with my wife and 2 kids. Had to move rooms 3 times because each room had something broken(fridge, tv, microwave.) Front desk was extremely rude and not helpful. Hotel shares parking lot with a bar, lots of noise and questionable characters in the evening/night.

I had stayed in Quality Inn before and I was very satisfied. But this one I was very dissapointed. Room and carpet were totally dirty, smell was pretty bad and old. I dont recommend this place at all.....

Room was recently refurbished. Carpet new. Beds comfortable. The only problem the bathtub...It had a new surround,but there was black mold the second day and no one cleaned it for our entire stay except me.

I was worried about this hotel after reading revues, but it was very clean, beds comfortable, everything we needed. I have to commend the main cleaning la dy, she was there before 6 everyday getting breakfast ready, then cleaning the rooms until after 8 at night... Plus she always had a smile on her face.

Even though I arrived from New Orleans a lil earlier that check in time when to the beach and return 2 hours later and had to wait another 2 hours for my room to be cleaned even though It was paid in advance. We was tied from driving 4 hours to reach destination to wait outside the hotel wet from the beach and smelling like fish. I traveled to Pensacola with my best friend to visit my boyfriend who is stationed at NAS Pensacola. At check in the hotel seemed okay, the staff was friendly. When we arrived in our room, we couldn't help but notice that the sheets and comforter were filthy!! The next thing was our door seemed a little loose so we kept it locked while in the room. […] The next day we realized that it never locked so anyone could have walked in while we weren't there. They switched our room but moving luggage at midnight in the pouring rain is not fun. Changing the door lock would have made much more sense. The only empty room was a smoking room and our clothes reeked by the end of the week. Our new room kept locking us out because the lock was messed up and one of the days we had to sit in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting for the manager to find the maintenance man to fix it. The maintenance man warned us that the security guard was a little nuts and if we had any problems to call the front desk. When we said something to the manager about him, she agreed that he was crazy. I think it's a problem when the manager and the maintenance man both know the security guard is crazy. When my boyfriend came off base for the weekend and tried to check into his room, they told him it would be about 5 before it was clean. Not sure how they can do this when check in is at 3! I loved the convenience to Corry Station & NAS. The hotel was ok, but the hike to the 3rd floor was a bit much for my old body to take. I didn't think about asking for a ground floor room, but believe they were completely booked due to it being 4th of July week so couldn't do anything about it. Nice breakfast facility. Room 2.5 hours late for check in. I towel in room. Get to room, keys don't work. A/c barely working, maintenance finally comes. The hotel was very good. The continental breakfast was not much more than sloppy eggs and entimens doughnuts but we didn’t care about that. The pool was very nice, the room was very nice. The bathroom was very old in appearance with very poor water pressure. There was no problem from the club next door or its patrons.

Hotel was acceptable for the amount paid but if you are looking for a nice hotel, I wouldn't stay here. Although not in our own room, while we were walking by our neighbors room , we saw a cockroach on their window treatments, which made us look up and down in our room for bugs (found none). The light switch for the bathroom was located behind the door, which was awkward, and there was no fan in the bathroom. The bed was very bouncy, little support, with weird small square pillows. Hotel staff was very friendly and attentive, especially housekeeping. Had trouble finding the hotel on arrival because the illuminated sign was turned off. Drove in circles for a while until I finally called the hotel and the woman at the front desk helped me find it.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! The people are very unfriendly and rude. They are not helpful whatsoever. When I first tried to book through them they told me my total was double and tried to tell me that it was the "tax" that made it that high. This meant that my tax was as expensive as the room. They would not listen or try to understand what I was illustrating […] to them and were very unorganized. It ended up she was charging me for two nights. After I booked through hotels.com they tried to say I didn't have a reservation and reminded me of my call the previous night. I had to inform them of what I had booked through hotels.com and then it was under the wrong name. The room was not vacuumed and the door was not sealed at the bottom so cold air and bugs could get in. There is also a bar right next to the hotel and the bass from the music is very disturbing. If you are looking to save money like I was, I promise you would rather spend it to stay at the Holiday Inn Express right up the street. It would be worth your while! Read more

Hotel is in a decent enough area of town and very close to the base. Beaches not to far as well. Would stay at again. Cleaning staff lacking...did not understand that we did not want them to come in yet. Had to close door on them after they tried to come in.

Was in room #207. WiFi connection was free and strong (note it's an open, not secure, connection). Room was clean and in good condition for an older hotel. The refrigerator kept things cold. The neighborhood was fine, but shut-down pretty early. I booked two nights, but stayed two more. My key card stopped working. I went to the lobby. The 'trainee' was about to simply give me a new card. The supervisor said "never do that. ask for ID." and proceeded to tell the trainee why. I waited patiently. They both apologized for the inconvenience. I respected the supervisor and told the trainee that her supervisor was correct and it made me feel a little better that my stuff would be safer now. I hope that ALL hotels have that little bit of advice as part of their regular and required training for new employees. I didn't use the pool, eat the breakfast, or anything else - as stated above, I slept and showered there. Next time I visit the NAS, there is no reason that I wouldn't stay at this hotel. Read more

Older motel, apparently spruced up recently - fresh paint, carpet, etc. Helpful staff, basic amenities, microwave and fridge in room, decent breakfast; very clean. Noisy parties, loud mufflers on busy street were annoying to light sleepers, but good value for price. I'd stay there again.
