First of all, the hotel is very difficult to find, as it is surrounded by 2 highways and a service road. Once we arrived, the room we were assigned was pretty nice, with a decent king sized bed, microwave, and fridge. The pool was a decent size, but very cold. The jacuzzi was barely hot. There were adults diving into the pool, making it almost impossible […] to swim, and definitely getting splashed. When were using the sink on the first of a two-night stay, the pipe started leaking water all over the floor. We told maintenance right away and then left the room for many hours. When we returned that night, there was a note telling us that they couldn't fix the pipe and that the front desk clerk would give us a new room. When we got to the clerk, he knew nothing about it, but gave us the only room they had left. The room was not good. The bed was lower to the ground, there was no microwave or fridge, and the bathroom door was so warped, I literally couldn't open it from the inside and had to call on my partner to open the door and let me out.
