I'm the type that gets lost easy. I came here to see a friend so I picked one right off the highway. It was easy to find. There were many food places close, right down the road there was a mall. The room was clean and nice. One thing I didn't like well two, one was online it says there is available refrigerators on request, and when I requested online […] and got to the hotel I was told that they had to hold my food or drinks, seemed a little weird and odd to me, also the bed wasn't that comfortable. Went to St Louis for concert. only drawback was bed was a little two soft for my companions back. Great service. I was ill during the stay and they provided me some Ibuprofen. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. When they found out my daughter got sick on the way, they made sure she had everything she needed which was very nice. The pool was great. The only complaints were that the temp in the room was not easy to control and the bed sheets had stains on them.

Where to begin...had a 5 day stay and enjoyed every second of it. The hotel was clean...the rooms fantastic...bed most comfortable I ever slept on. The service was fantastic and the employees very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the free breakfast and even had free wifi...will definately stay there again next time I visit.

The ladies and women of the staff at the desk, housekeeping, and any others that I encountered during my stay between 10/19 and 10/21 were the finest that I have ever known in of my travels. I have traveled and stayed in 45 States, and 24 countries and I have to admit I was totally blown away with the service at this Hotel.

Complimentary breakfast - always eggs and a breakfast meat; waffles; fruit; juices; and great robust coffee! The copy machine and computer in the lounge room was essential for my business evening work. Room was super and the bed was just right! All of this matched the wonderful desk crew - whether late night or early morning.

This was our first stay in a Hampton Inn in quite a while. The furnishings and bedding were contemporary, fresh, and pleasing. The AC unit was quiet and kept the room comfortable. The TV was in HD. The only thing we missed was a mini-fridge, as we had some items from our cooler that we would have put in one overnight -- but, that's not a deal breaker. We […] arrived too late to be able to use the pool / hot tub area (would have been nice). And we slept in, so missed the breakfast buffet. So, no comment on those items. I am one of those people who hate hotels and sleeping on the beds. (very germaphobic). But when I walked into this room it just had a very clean feel to it. And I actually got some sleep too. (i can never sleep in hotels same reason as before) The breakfast was awesome too. We will be back again and often.

First, there is a gap at the bottom of door. You hear people in the hallway as if they are in the room with you. Then, the next day we arrived back at 5pm to find that our room had not been cleaned. The next morning, we approached the clerk and explained that our room had not been cleaned the day before. We told him we would be gone from 9am to 3pm […] and could we please have our room cleaned. When we arrived back at 3pm our room,once again, had not been cleaned. We never had our room cleaned the ENTIRE stay. By that time we were out of towels,etc. We went to a baseball game that evening and when we got back we requested linens from the night desk clerk, explaining that our room had not been cleaned for two days at that was why we needed linens. She asked what our room number was. We told her. She said we had the do not disturb sign out and that was why it had not been cleaned. We told her we had requested that it be cleaned before 3pm and that it had not and that it was after 3p.m. we put out the sign. She proceeded to argue the point with us. We were not even being nasty. We were just explaining to her why we were requesting linens. So bottom line: This hotel stay was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. 1) In our 3 day stay our room was never cleaned. 2) The staff were not apologetic, but argumentative. 3) The room was noisy. The staff, room, breakfast, & parking were perfect, BUT the indoor pool room was humid and therefore uncomfortable. Unfortunate since we spent 3 days on the road making a move across country. We sure would have enjoyed the hot tub/spa but a little fresh air and circulation would have made a world of a difference.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, easy interstate access. Breakfast was OK. Not the biggest spread in the world, but the staff did keep busy making sure everything was stocked on a busy weekend morning. My new husband and I wanted a short trip close to home right after our wedding. We chose not to go all out on a hotel this time in order to have money for other things. When we checked in they asked us […] what floor we wanted to stay on; after getting a room on the third floor we took our stuff to the elevator to learn that one was out of service so we would be relying on 1 elevator throughout our trip...if I had known that I would have chosen a lower floor. The biggest reason for the getaway was to relax and not have to worry about anything...that didn't happen. Good hotel, very comfortable. I would stay again. Maids cleaned the room kind of late for my likingn (later in the afternoon) and gym equipement a bit dated. Otherwise, it was just fine.
