Rooms need a face lift. Air condition did not cool well, this was in April? Carpet needs replacing ... bathroom very small.. Had reservations for an ocean front room through expedia, but got what they put me in , a room facing the parking lot. Will not stay here again. I will pay 25.00 extra to stay at Hampton Inn next door!

I think the hotel is in a great location and money should be invested in upgrading and remodeling or rebuilding a new one. It's one of the best spots on the island for convenience and beach access. I stay there for that reason.

We stayed 1 night. All staff was extremely nice and helpful. Location was the best! The room decor may have been old fashioned, but it is an older beach hotel. We expected that.

I love Jelyll Island. I arrived early and the hotel was ready to accommodare me. Location was right on the beach. Very good selection for breakfast. Room was single king, clean and roomy. Well worth a return visit.

I enjoyed my stay at the Days Inn & Suites on Jekyll Island. Jekyll is a wonderful place to be and the Days Inn helped make the stay great. The staff at Day's Inn Jekyll were great. In every single interaction the staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. My ONLY real "gripe" is with the reservation and room that we were assigned. Our reservations were for 3 adults, and the room had two small beds - I'm sure they were classified as "double beds", but for three ADULTS? Not realistic nor well-thought […] out. We paid extra for an uncomfortable roll-away bed that we should not have had to pay for. We are not chronic complainers, but in this case, perhaps we should have been. Read more

This hotel is beach access, very helpful. 2 very clean pools and a hot tub. Dividing walls kept room quiet, but could easily hear people walking on the breezway outside the rooms. Plenty of parking. Plenty of trash receptacles. Extensive breakfast in the morning. Very friendly staff. Easily accessible to any point on Jekyll.

I thought this hotel was nice. A good price. Close to the beach and right on biking trails, nice clean pool and hot tub. Our room was small but we didn't go to stay in the room, beds were comfortable and clean. Clean Hotel with nice continental breakfast. Room was on the first floor,oceanview. Pool was just steps away from our room and just beyound was the beach. Comfortable beds. Hotel is a little older but clean and staff was attentive. We had a horrible experience. Our fire alarm was going off all night and they couldn't fix the issue.....the problem is the staff didn't really care. After to speaking to the front desk manager, he too didn't care as well. It was unbelievable! Would not recommend this hotel, except for the location on the beach - this was very convenient.

Our villa was an easy walk or bike ride from the ocean and from a nice gym that we could use for free. The room was very well cleaned and very comfortable. The pool was also nice. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A pleasant stay. Good breakfast and excellent location. Enjoyed a suite BUT the pullout sofa was impossible to sleep upon. Had to foldl a blanket into three layers up and put it between me and the bed. Of course, there was a $50 charge for that! If anyone is listening, the room was #103, Days Inn, Jeckyl Island. The staff was outstanding.

t;his was a stopover on way north from FL. We enjoyed th two pools and especially the hotel being right on beach. We chose 1st flr ocean view but 2nd flr would have been better as no ocean view on ground level due to large sand dues but still had a lovely view of landscaped grounds.

Loved the island! Very secluded, not commercialized like many are, but the hotel room was very small. Full beds-not queen so not very comfortable for a family of four. We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Jekyll Island. The room was very comfortable and clean with easy access to the beach. A bicycle rental place was right next to the motel. We rented bikes for a day and rode all around the island. The hot tub was a nice bonus after a day of walking on the beach or bike riding. Booked a second fl. king room but none were available when we arrived. Staff upgraded us without being asked--got a first floor, ocean view suite. Room was fabulous! Made our Thanksgiving even better. Definitely will stay again!

We had a great experience at this hotel. It is moderately priced, but we found the staff to be friendly and the room to be clean. A good continental breakfast in a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the ocean.

the room was clean, workers friendly and we had a beach view and beach access. My husband wasn't completely satisfied with the breakfast but we knew what it would be when we chose this hotel. We have stayed there before and will probably stay there again. Prices were comparable and I understand they offer deals all the time.

THE DAYS INN OCEANFRONT HAD A GREAT LOCATION RIGHT ON THE BEACH.CHECK-IN WAS FAST AND STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS. THE ROOMS WERE NICE BUT THE BEDS WERE REALLY SMALL. OVERALL A GREAT HOTEL FOR THE PRICE. WILL DEFINATELY STAY AGAIN.
