Very clean spacious room with comfortable bed. The only dissatisfuctin we have was the towels soiled with dark spots.

From the time we entered the hotel - 'til we left everything and everyone was wonderful. Our room and view were so nice. I would like to have the same room next time I am in San Antonio..... And that is monthly. Thank you again..... Hotel.com -

I booked this hotel because of the great rate I received and that it is centrally located in San Antonio. The front desk service was outstanding and the room meets what you should expect from a Omni Hotel. What did not meet Omni stardards was their indoor and outdoor pool deck. I normally do not use a hotels pool but that day it was hot and I had some time to kill. The indoor deck was slippery with chunks of it coming up. The outdoor deck had pieces of wood protruding from the deck which I and others nearly tripped over. For such a nice hotel the pool area/deck is a big let-down for guest after a long day.

My family and I loved the Hotel and will stay there again. The only complaint was noisy neighbors about 2 am. I called down to the desk and security was sent up right away....Problem solved. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone. VERY Family friendly.

WHile in San antonio we ate dinner at river walk and my vehicle was stolen. The staff at the omni drove me around next day to get rental car, took my wife to walmart to replace child safety seat. Went above and beyond what would be good service.

We recently took our 3 year old daughters for a trip to San Antonio to celebrate their birthday and stayed at the Omni San Antonio! We purchased the Sea World package and were very satisfied with the price and service. The hotel is very "kid friendly", our girls loved the goodie bag they were given as well as the cookies and milk at bedtime! We visited the Riverwalk and other attractions, the hotel is about a 10 min car ride from downtown, but that was fine with us since the kids were so warmly accepted! My only complaint would be that the beds were un-comfortable for me.

The hotel was beautiful. Prior to arriving i requested a double bed on a high floor for a reat view. One problem, we got the 18th floor but was assigned a single bed. After talking with Erica at the front desk she happily changed us to a double. The room was very clean, they had ample towels etc readily available. The concierges was great. They helped with all our many request for various items and directions. The pool area was a hugh hit for the kids (they stayed open til 1am) and they showed movies while they swam. The hotel also provides free mile and cookies on the first night for the kids. We loved our stay but honestly we didn't think the room had enough space for a family of four. OH yeah, nothing in the hotel is free, so pack ample spending money

The Omni Hotel in San Antonio is a great hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and very considerate. They very knowledgable about the surrounding area and the area attractions. The staff provided us with a map of San Antonio and went on to give us specific directions on the destinations we wanted to visit.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Omni and both times have been great! They have a shuttle and will take you to the immediate area restaurants etc. Thank you Hector! They have 2 awesome pools!

The only complaint that I have is that our room had an adjoining door and the we could hear the screaming children next door at 11pm. We have two young children so we understand how that goes, but it was very frustrating and kept all of us awake for quite a while. Everything else was excellent and far better than I expected especially for the rate we recieved.

We purchased a non-smoking room. Hotel "overbooked" and we had to take a smoking room. The return air vent was so dirty it had clumpms of debris on it. Complained to desk and they replaced the filter but left the build-up. Bathrooms need update, and grout cleaned.

I absolutely love the Omni Hotels. Everyone is so professional, the rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, and let's not forget the pillows. I normally carry my own pillows with me when I travel, but this time I didn't even get them out of the car. Room service was so prompt, received breakfast within 10 minutes. The best part is that I was able to bring my precious little dog. You would never know that they allow animals. Everything was so clean. You do have to put down a $50.00 deposit, but I am perfectly happy knowing that they maintain the room to the point where you would not even know animals have been in there. The hotel also offers a program where if you stay so many nights you get free perks. I will never stay at another hotel. I'm sold for life.

We had a corner room which was well done. The king-sized bed was so comfortable. I didn't want to leave the room and decided to order breakfast. It was there in 20 minutes.

I was not pleased with the size of the room. We had one trash can for the room. There was no free internet service. They charge $10.00 a day. You don't get anything extra for what you pay. I was charged 0.50 for making a local call. The bathrooms are to small. The bathrooms did not have any air freshner or vents. This is not a good hotel for a family. You are charged for everything. Nothing is free. They did not any visitor information in the rooms. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for a family with kids. I was not pleased.

A very well maintained hotel. The staff were very cordial and aimed to please. Beautiful interior, very cozy and inviting. When we arrived our room was ready, no hassle during the check in process. It was very quick and professional. The elevators were a minor set back though, took a bit long upon calling (20 floors, so possibly that's why). The 6th floor smelt stale upon exiting the elevators to find my room. It seems to be a smoking floor because upon exiting the elevator your nostrils were assaulted by the heaviness of it. My room was non-smoking but it did not seem so. It smelled heavily of smoke, very musty and stale (turned off the AC that helped considerably). However,inside the room was very well decorated and quite charming. The bathroom area had a separate vanity and seat and in the bathroom itself also featured a vanity area. There's no ventilation in the bathroom, very odd. We had to leave the door ajar. I visited another floor to make a comparison and found that floor smelling refreshingly clean and totally smoke free. Let me make something very clear, the 6th floor was very clean, just smelled smoky. My overall stay was very pleasant minus the smokiness. It's takes about 20-22 minutes from hotel to Sea World which was ideal for us. In conclusion, great hotel, wonderful staff, beautiful set up. I will definitely stay there again, but just not on the 6th floor.

This Hotel had wonderful services from everyone! I have stayed in many 5 Star Hotels and I find this one to be one of the best. My son and I stayed at this Hotel for 5 days and everyday was wonderful!

We always stay at this hotel when we go to San Antonio because you can expect the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and the staff are real friendly. If you book the room early enough, you get a great disount. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Though the staff didnt know a lot of obvious answers to questiosn such as personal experiance at resteraunts or information about products sold at the hotel; the staff was helpful in finding the answers we required and in a timely mannner. The room was spacious and beatiful and well maintained. We really enjoyed the hot tub and used took advantage of the hotels facilities. The shuttle to six flags was a huge bonus we didnt even know about!
