I wanted to buy something from the "gift shop" at 7:30 PM on a Friday night and waited almost an hour outside a closed store, which the hotel claimed in all of it's literature was open until 10 PM. During my wait outside, 3 hotel employees walked past me and asked if I needed anything, which I told them I did... and they said, "oh, they must be on their break." Well isn't that nice! Perhaps it is time to hire a relief worker, for the price of the gifts... they can afford it.

We stayed one night, primarily for airport location prior to flying out next-day, so our purpose for being there was limited to that, the hotel is geared for and best suited for business, meetings, but since we are in business and on the last day of a leisure trip, did take advantage of the internet service and in hotel airline check-in kiosk is very nice. Plus we had a car, so the valet service was nice also. Would not seek the hotel out as leisure travel outside of convenience to airport, but very adequate for that reason and/or business travel. I agree with another review I read in researching this hotel that it would be nice if parking were included in the room rate, it is $25.00 for garage/valet.

For the price, two people should get to have the buffet. Wife had to pay over $20 for breakfast which she didn't like. Waiter Jeff was awesome. One elevator-we had to walk about 1/4 mile to get to our room with luggage and all. Room was very clean and quiet. Someone came and fixed the sheets before we got back from dinner and put chocolates. That was nice. Parking was $18. At that price, it should be included.

"Need more elevators..."

The only complaint that I had is that our room was directly in the middle of the hallway. This hotel only has one set of elevators so it was very annoying having to walk through a maze (it felt like) every time we wanted or needed something. Next time, I will definetly request closer to the elevator!! Overall it was a pleasant stay in this 4 star hotel.

We feel we just payed for the name and thats it. Had to pay to park there up and beyond the price of the room. The maid came in to clean at 8:30 a.m even though she didn't knock or anounce herself and check out was to be at noon. No extras came with the room,not even a phone book! If you want a bed to sleep in I guess you will like it.

The hotel was ok. I liked the room, the service provided and the hotel setup itself. The only thing I was disappointed about was the view from the room. We ordered a Bayview room and all we could see was parking lot and a glimpse of the bay. Don't believe it was worth what we paid for it. Other than that the stay was great. Would stay here again just not in a baybiew room.

The size of the room was unbelievable, very comfortable and relaxing.. Housekeeping slacked off a bit, but once we mentioned it to the front desk, they took care of it and no further problems.. For our inconvenience, they removed one of our charges.. Biggest disappointment was that of the prices of the restaurants and no complimentary breakfast.. Also, for a higher end hotel, I think they should provide wifi at no charge.. But all in all, we were very very satisfied with the property and would stay again..

We had a good time. This hotel is very clean and has a very comfortable bed. My only comment is the location of the room is far from the elevator, considering that we have our kids with us.And we got lost with their room number.

this is a very beautiful hotel. The whole thing centers around this lovely courtyard that is literally lit up like a palace----the views from the balcony rising above the inside courtyard are great! It is very convenient from the airport---the pool is great and the staff at the check in counter were absolutely terrific! This was a very nice experience.

Found the hotel to be extremely clean just did not like the fact that you had to pay for parking at the hotel as I do not remeber reading that anywhere. Also no computer services were free of charge to the guest. I had just stayed at the Omni Hotel in Arizona and was treated extrremely well. Anything I need as far as computer access and prints outs of maps were free of charge.

Night stopped at the airport waiting to travel home to Europe. Requested an extra room on check-in which was provided at a reasonable extra cost with no fuss. Typical airport business hotel, comfortable and hassle free. The Sports bar is quite good with a huge selection of beers and a modest but quite tasty bar menu.

Our stay at the Hyatt was very comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was friendly, the service was great, and most importantly, the rooms were spotless. There was a large group staying at the hotel for a religious convention and the lady that checked us in "upgraded" us to a higher level room to keep us away from the commotion without us having to ask her. The only downside was that the parking was $18.00, but it's something that is not uncommon if you're staying in San Francisco hotels. I will definately stay again.

This is an excellent place to stay if you have a morning flight out of SFO. Turn in your Hertz rental car in the lobby, check in to your flight, pay baggage fees and print out your boarding passes at the kiosk in the hotel lobby and then enjoy the comforts of a top-notch hotel. Take the convenient shuttle straight to the terminal in the morning after a great breakfast in room or in the restaurant. Your experience once you get to SFO may be chaotic, but you'll be rested and ready for it if you've stayed at this great hotel.

They should throw in parking and WiFi for the price, and since its in an area with plenty of parking. The staff was nice. After staying at the Hilton, last time I traveled, I will never stay at the Hilton again. Check lastminutedeals, or 'hotel.com' I got the room for 99 bux, vs the 180 'best price' the Hyatts website offered.

I took my mom to the hotel for one night as a getaway and she LOVED it. The hotel was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We both enjoyed it and would definetly stay there again. Our room was very far from the elevators, so that would be my only gripe. Aside from that, the hotel was great!

We love everything about this hotel and will be staying there everytime we go to the area which is about 3-4 times a year this stay was our third
