I won't be staying at this location again. The blanket(not comforter) and office chair had holes in them. One of the drawers in the desk was hanging out, clearly something in the desk is broken. The counter top on the divider between the sitting area and bed was broken and wobbly. The under panel underneath the bathroom sink was coming apart on one […] side. Maintenance guy/ housekeeper tried unlocking the door the next morning while I was still in my intimates. He didn't actually open the door, I had it locked down, luckily for him. While dropping the key off to the desk, guy working it was ignoring the fact I was standing there holding the key out to him while he was attending I assume a future guest. For the price and the location of the hotel you cant beat it. Room could be better and could be alot worse. Wifi was a plus and it was free. Very low key and quite hotel i enjoyed the peace...

Only over the air tv stations and the reception is poor. Housekeeping banged on the door every morning even though the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign was out. I was working nights and sleeping during the day. Or at least trying to. Almost killed myself on the tread mill in the so called gym. Went to check out and no one was anywhere to be found.

COmforter had cigarette burns in it and looked dirty. TV barely worked. They put me in a building behind 2 buildings. If you were looking for a good set to do a hotel murder movie....this is it.

Quality Inn in Westheimer area in Houston, TX is one the worst hotel that I've ever come across. The living conditions were below standard. Rented 3 rooms and all 3 rooms were in terrible un-hygienic conditions. They were not made, had stains on sheets, comforters, and pillows, etc. There were dog paw prints on one of the comforters in the room. They […] didn't even have enough staff to investigate our complaint so the receptionist decided sent her teenage daughter to look at the rooms. She wasn't even employed there. On Duty Manager, Hina Patel, was nowhere to be found. I was going between the desk clerk and hotels.com representative. They were arguing about refunds and availability. The hotel didn't have enough rooms available to offer us so they were trying to force my family and I to move into two rooms instead of three. I asked hotels.com representative to move us to a different hotel and they refused to do it saying that it is after midnight. I didn't get any help from the hotel management or hotels.com. At one time, hotels.com supervisor told me that we shouldn’t have any problems staying in Quality Inn if they fix the rooms and change the sheets. At that moment, I realized that there is no point talking to any of the parties that I'm dealing with and left the hotel with my family. This incident was very stressful and inconvenient for us since we had young children with us and we live like 3 hours away from Houston. This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The heat did not work (there during the winter), the sheets and pillow cases on the bed were stained, lamps did not work, and the trash outside the hotel was over flowing. This hotel is located behind a shopping center near the dumpster. The hotel staff was not friendly.

We arrive pretty late, just needing to take a bath or shower and go to bed. On our way to the room there was construction and yellow tape blocking the stairs. Once in the room the smell like moth balls and the tables and chairs had dents. The bathroom towels were full of cotton balls. Enough cotton balls to take polish off ur nails. This hotel had lots of roaches. I reserved a wheelchair accessible room on hotels.com and when we got there we did not recieve one. We were told the next morning we had to request the room on arrival. I was sitting in my wheelchair at the front desk. Isnt it obvios what I need. STAY AWAY.
