Very convenient to the airport. Rooms are clean, but a bit dated. A/C did not work when we arrived, but after a call a repair man was in the room and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. Good value hotel, would stay there again.

Check in was without fault. Room service during the super bowl was prompt, and check out was automatic. The service to and from the airport was flawless. What else would one want.

We booked this just as a quick sleep before an early morning flight. We have small children and were pleasantly surprised by the ample space and comfortable bedding especially given the price. Definitely will book here again.

I only spent a single night at the DoubleTree on JFK in Houston, but I was very satisfied with it. The bed was super comfy with lots of fluffy pillows and warm duvets, the room was very clean and tastefully decorated, and the shower was perfectly nice. I have stayed here a number of times. Upgraded rooma are nice, quiet, etc...but this time I arrived to my room that had not been cleaned and no apology was forthcoming from the staff. I will stay here again - just a bit disappointed after two days of travel.

In general we were pleased with our stay at the Doubletree. It was the location of the parrot festival we were attending and everything was comfortable and safe. The complimentary cookie when we checked in was very yummy!

The hotel is old. When I booked the room, the hotal site mentioned to have larger double beds, so I booked it. But reality is that olddouble beds are the same size, and they charged me for the upgrade!

the double tree was a very nice hotel. the only issue was we had booked a king deluxe room and it was not available so we were put in a standard deluxe room with two beds. The staff were all friendly and helpful. A very clean hotel.

The doubletree is the worst hotel ever!!! The management and the subordinates are so incompetent!!! Upon arriival the female at the front desk spoke to my wife and I as if we were idiots and did not know how to comprehend the english language. the drivers of the shuttle as well as the people at the reception were very friendly, the place was calm and spacious, good swimming pool in the yard surrounded by trees, even though I did't have time to swim, it was nice to be there in the breeze listening to the birds.....it was just a overnight stay but I could relax and feel good.

This hotel is a little run down from what I expected. The room was okay BUT the hallway areas/elevators need alot of work; from stained/worn carpet, yellowish peeling walls and the smell of smoke. Luckily, I only stayed for 1 night.
