Since my early arrival, the receptionists were super friendly. I went to my room immediately. It was clean, smelling clean. The bed spread super clean too. Every morning, breakfast was different and yummy. They had everything I wanted. Also coffe, teas and fruit all day long. Decent hotel at a decent price, but when they feature multiple pictures of their nice looking hot tub I kind of expect it to be there and not covered in plywood and a tarp, with the surly manager telling me that it will be permanently closed and removed from the website soon.

Very comfortable bed, clean and in a good area. Nice size bathroom too. Only reason I didn't give a totally positive rating was there was a little mold stain on the tub calking and the jacuzzi was down, but the desk clerk said this was due to some new handicap code that had to be met. This is a nice clean comfortable hotel.

We have had good experiences with Hampton Inns over the years but this one is certainly a much more modest. It is very small. The "fitness center" is really kind of a joke but that didn't both us. The bathroom in our room was very spacious and clean with lots of towels....but no towel bars? The room was OK but there was a chair and ottomon in the corner […] that didn't look the cleanest and there was no light by it. Impossible to read. I have really mixed feeling about the Hampton's duvet/comforters. I really appreciate that they wash them after each guest leaves. I love knowing I can sit on them without wondering how clean they are. But I really HATE the weight of them. They are the only thing on the bed other than the sheet so they must be made for sleeping but they are so heavy I couldn't use it. Each night I removed it and used a spare blanket in the closet. I do this each time I stay at a Hampton. The staff seemed "spare" but pleasant. The breakfast quickly got old because we stayed 5 nights. Read more

Enjoyed hotel. 4 day stay. Very convenient for family visit. Good assess to interstate system. Able to get anywhere we wanted in 10 to 15 minutes. Very clean hotel and room. Good breakfast. Great discounted rate. Will definitely use Hampton Inn hotel system again.

Hotel was very clean and rooms were spacious and updated. Even though we didn't use the pool and sauna they looked very clean and very well maintained. We arrived late with our baby already sound asleep. I'd requested a portable crib in the room prior to our check in, but when I verified at the desk they hadn't taken care of that. I asked if they could & immediately since our baby was already sleeping, & when we got to the room someone had set a pack & play in there but hadn't set it up! I had to set […] it up, baby woke up during the commotion, there was no fridge in our room (like there was supposed to be) so I had to go back downstairs & outside to put her bottles in the cooler we'd brought that was in our vehicle - & thank goodness we brought one! I stopped at the front desk to ask about the fridge on my way out & had to wait 5 minutes for someone to appear at the counter, & then she tried to laugh it off - but I didn't think there was anything funny about it?! The rest of our stay went similarly. The room was nice enough but not overly impressive for the price, & the service continued to be disappointing. The hotel is directly off the freeway which is convenient, but the continental breakfast was only mediocre. We stayed over a weekend & they did have a small church service which I thought was nice, but service is KEY. Overall I was dissatisfied & wouldn't stay there again, & therefore couldn't recommend it to someone else. Read more

The hotel is in a great location however a bit hidden; so yes it is close to everything especially Ikea and such; however it is hidden a bit behind the main street. Finding it the first time is a bit of a challenge but beyond that this hotel is great. Breakfast redefines hot breakfast; they had fresh fruit, omelettes, oatmeal, danish/muffins, waffles, […] coffee, three types of juice. This is not your standard breakfast it was awesome. The service and people excel at friendly and nice. The hotel hallways are a bit warm in summer but the rooms and are nice and cool so don't let it fool you when you first get to your room floor. We were thinking ugh when we got to floor 4 but was surprised at just how cool are room was once inside. Pool is exceptionally clean.. Our stay was very pleasent. The room was a decent size, very comfortable. The hotel staff was great, they were very polite and had awesome attitudes. The breakfast in the morning was an added bonus, will definitely stay here again.

My wife and baby loved the hotel. They made oatmeal for my wife (she has a gluten allergy) even though the oatmeal machine was broken. They were waiting for us the next morning for breakfast. We love Hampton Hotels, they have great service, clean rooms, full breakfast, and a friendly staff!! I would stay here again!

The hotel staff was extremely nice. Everyone at the service desk was quite welcoming. The first night we stayed at this hotel the airconditioner wasn't working. Just the fan worked and the room wasn't cooling. It was extremely hot and we couldn't sleep. As soon as the staff was notified the next morning, they moved us into another room. Suggestion: […] Prior to renting the room everthing needs to be checked. Next day 6/30/12 AM cleaning lady did not clean the bathroom (just replaced soap, towels , made bed). Bathroom was left dirty. When I saw her and told her that she may have forgotten to clean the toilet, floor, etc she immediately cleaned the bathroom. Suggestion: housekeeping supervisor needs to do surprise checks. Housekeeping needs to improve. Jennifer the dining room hostess went out of her way to make use cheese omlettes when I asked her if the eggs had meat 'cause we don't eat meat. lady at the front desk on Monday 7/2/12 helped me print out the boarding pass when the computer , printer didn't work. The rooms were small and I would have liked to have a small refrigerator, as well as at least a queen size bed in the room but overall we liked the service . People were very friendly. The only complaint I would have was that the pool was not in service but they let us go next door to the Homewood Suites to use theirs since they are both owned by Hilton. Staff was more than amazing. They even let us quietly bend a few rules without a problem (shhhh) ;) Rooms were clean, beds were very very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. […] The cook even came out to make my waffle for me and help me out when he saw we had our 1 yr old there with us. We stayed two nights at this Hampton - the front desk staff was exceedingly courteous & professional. I was impressed at the complimentary breakfast, offering different items each day, with homefries & scrambled eggs with ham available the first day, and western omelets with french toast sticks & sausage the second. They even had fresh baked cookies […] at the desk in the evening - a great treat! The beds were good & comfortable and provided for a great night's rest. I really like the bed. It was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large and very clean. My only disappointment was the coffee in the morning. It had a funny taste that I couldn't put my finger on. It my be the make of coffee, or even how they cleaned the coffee pot. The rest of the breakfast was OK.

We stayed in a room with the king bed and jacuzzi tub and really enjoyed our stay! The room was very clean, front desk was always helpful and friendly, breakfast was decent, and the rooms were quiet enough you didn't hear your neighbors. The location was also great for being able to explore the Chandler and Queen Creek area and arriving from Sky Harbor […] airport. This was pretty much up to speed for tis Hampton Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful. The reason why we pick this hotel is that Hampton have excellent breakfasts and this one was definitely excellent. We will stay thre again.

Of all the past hotels that I have booked through Hotels.com, this hotel has been the BEST! There is absolutely nothing to complain about. I was three hours early and had arrived after a fourteen hour long drive. I asked if it would be possible to check in that early and even said I would take a double over the king I had reserved, just to get a hot […] shower and some rest before I had to go to a function that evening. No problem at all!! And the breakfast the next morning was fabulous. No meat of any kind, except in the sausage gravy, but it was an outstanding feed. If you left hungary it was your own fault.
