Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was outdated and I was a bit skeptical regarding the cleanliness. The bathroom was so small you had to step in to the tub to close the door. Ok for one night stay but would not extend beyond that. Pool and hot tub were very nice and location was central to all attractions.

Great spot for an overnight with options outside of Disney and Universal. Receipt on checkout had a small $6 resort fee so I decided to just leave on card. I check the next day for clearance and notice 2 fees...one for my reservation through hotels.com and a seperate transaction of $135 from the hotel. Everything went smoothly and the staff was helpful. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. We stay there every year and it was just as nice as last year. It is close to Disney and there are a ton of restaurants nearby. Though there are even nicer hotels around, for the price, this is a great deal and a nice place to stay.

Very convenient. Close to Disney Parks, but bathroom was extremely small and no privacy, sink is literally right next to the bed. Wouldn't stay here again.

Overall conditions and service were pretty good. One big complaint was poor lighting. There were NO lights in the front hallway/closet area of the room, dim lights over the sink and one dim light in bunk bed area. It was difficult to apply make up and see your clothes in the closet. They also took an average size room and divided it, making the shower/toilet […] extremely tight, and bunk bed area small. Would need more space if staying longer than 3 nights. Hotel reservation with "breakfast included" is not clear. When making reservation for 3 people, it only comes with "complimentary continental" breakfast for 2. Plus, it's very confusing when asked about the breakfast for the third person, front desk said it's gonna be $2. Ok, fine. Only two dollars. When we went to the breakfast area, cashier wanted […] to charge $2/person, instead of $6. I told the cashier what the front desk said, he ended up removing the 3 line items for the $2 charges from the screen AND charged me $8.95. The pricing for this hotels is not clear and not consistent when they explained to you. Bagels and pastries were stale. Hotel rooms look old. Bathroom was tight. TV wasn't set up right. This is an older Holiday Inn that is somewhat dated. Room was clean and the bed was ok but small. We paid extra for a king size bed and got a bed that was smaller than a normal queen. Location is excellent for Disney and good for other parks in the area.

This hotel is very suitable. No major complains. Just a couple of observations. The A/C in the room didn't cool as much as we would like it. I will say that we like it REALLY cold so maybe for others it would be fine. The other thing that we didn't particularly like is that they charge you almost $6.00 per night for resort fee. The hotel overbooked rooms. Though I had reserved two queen beds, I was given a room with one queen and a set of bunk beds. It was too late to change hotels, so I ended up sleeping in a child's bunk bed. If you are traveling for business, I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was really great. The bathroom in my room was too small especially for 2 adults & 2 children. The room itself was smaller than I expected. In need of new comforters, pillows, and sheets. Breakfast was wonderful.

This was a great hotel for events. The big room and open pool area were great for the large groups. Our room was next to the pool area, so a little loud, but not too bad. The room was huge! Super great! Could use some updates though. Overall it was a good stay.

Great staff, breakfast is a madhouse so go early. Easy access to dining and shopping, but a little far to the beach. Rooms are clean and the housekeeping staff are very efficient.

This hotel is the bad face of Holiday inn, I'm really surprised that its Holiday Inn. The staff were dealing with guests as they are living for free, the rooms, elevators, hallways, and every place was dirty and not cleaned for weeks. With all that everything was expensive compared to the service, laundry will cost you $4 do wash and dry, $7 dollars […] per night for wifi and parking, and the breakfast is $11 per person for a very basic food to eat. If you are a larger person the bathroom will not be your favorite place. The bathroom and toilets are tiny. Barely enough room to stand in there and the toilet is small round model. However the double queen beds is nice to sleep in. Other than the size of the bathroom, my stay was great.

It was nice that the breakfast was more complete thanmost HIE properties, but I didn't like the cafateria feel. The internet didn't work most of the time in my room. I had to sign on 4 or 5 times to get the password screen to come up and then i couldn't open any sites. This happened to me every day I was there.
