This was a nice place to stay in Corpus for a low price, and you get very good quality for the price you pay. The summary says there are microwaves and fridges in each room; upon arriving there weren't any, but they were brought up within 20 minutes after we asked for them.

I chose this location because it was close to the areas my family and i wanted to visit. However, what we got was a late check-in, rooms not ready, one of my rooms had very bed smoke odor, some of the light fixtures did not work, could use better beds (not good sleep experience). This hotel is severely dated. The grounds are unkept, the rooms have an old, moldy smell to it, the carpet in the rooms are so filthy, that my dog didn't want to lay on it! Everything is really, really old. I was here for a total of 5 nights with 2 different rooms. Neither room had a TV remote that worked, blankets were stained yellow, bathroom floors were comming unglued. Everytime I left my first room, I would come back and my key wouldn't work. I had to walk back to the desk to have another key made, and they kept saying […] it was my cell phone that was screwing it up. There were no fitted sheets so the bed instantly came apart. The restroom shower curtain had mold spots on it. The customer service wasn't the best. Where do I start. This hotel should be closed down. First I arrived at 1pm and the staff told me there was no early check in period. I was tired from my travel and wanted to relax, so had to wait until 3 pm for what I thought would be an extra clean room, think again. Finally get to my room, was terrible dirty carpet, bathroom smelled and dirty areas behind furniture. I was to tired to complain. Later took a shower and noticed an extra towel on tollet shelf, which was wet and used to catch the water leaking from a hole in the bathroom ceiling. The check in service needed a lot of improvement as the clerk didn't know what to do and wasn't customer friendly. The next day the front desk never answered the telephone. Won't be staying there again even though it suited purpose of overnight stay for a bed and shower.

Stayed there 2 nights with family. We rented 2 rooms and it was a terrible hotel. The front office put my wife and I in a 2 queen size bedroom when I requested a king size. They finally switched our room when they found out there was crap in our toilet and it didn't work when we first got there. The carpet floors were so old it felt squishy to step […] on. That's how nasty it was. We didn't take off our shoes or saddles till we went to bed. The pool was dirty and I don't think the pool ever gets cleaned. Our sink in our second room got clogged when we first turned on the water and maintenance had to come fix it. There was also old food in the fridge that we threw away. The ice machine looks like it is over 20 years old and probably had slim in it. The rooms were paper thin and you could hear everything that was going on outside and next door. My parents stayed in the other room down the hall and didn't even sleep because people were running around yelling and getting drunk all night. I am not making up this review, this hotel is a terrible place to stay. I've stayed in hotels out of this country that were better than this dumb. It is not worth the cheap price per night, please trust me on this. I'd rather spend $100 more on a different hotel then stay here again and my family agrees. Hopefully they close that place down soon before someone gets very ill from how unclean the place is. I'm doing y'all a favor by saying this, "Don't Stay Here!!!" Read more

This was not a bad place for a low-priced hotel. Clearly older and could benefit from some sprucing up. The room was clean and included a microwave and mini-fridge. TV was not flat screen, but had a good selection of channels. The associated Mexican restaurant was very nice, and apparently popular with the locals. But, if you can avoid Spring Break […] week.
