The hotel was dirty we had to move rooms 3 differnt times due to no power in the bathrooms we were not comped wny money they breakfast was nasty left over food.

The hotel has a great location right off the highway and king room was cleaned and in order also staff were very friendly only complaint the halls smelled.

Close enough to the highway for ease of getting around town but far enough off that there wasn't road noise. Rooms were clean but the heat didn't work very well and hallways weren't heated at all.

I reserved this room for the price alone, and it was more than sufficient for sleeping. If I were going to spend any time in the hotel room, I would have upgraded. This is not a very nice hotel but I wasn't looking for a nice hotel.

Hotel is in need of renovation/repair. Room air conditioning was switched off when we arrived, although we had called earlier to confirm our arrival time - room was unbearably hot for some time. Hotel met our needs (just) and staff were friendly, but this property could best be described as 'shabby'.

My wife & I came to Cincinnati for a ballgame - check-in was easy and they allowed us in early. Beds were firm but comfortable. Common areas were a bit dated, but were clean. Stayed an extra day to do some shopping in the area. Great location between I-75 & I-70 - easy access to everything in the area.

It was very late when we checked in. If we would not have been so tired I would have looked elsewhere and requested a refund. This hotel needs a major cleaning. You get what you pay for. Room was small, bed was uncomfortable. breakfast was gone by 9 am. Towels in the room were horrible. Very worn out and not even close to the color white. Bathroom sink was being held up by a small pipe that if you leaned to hard it would have fallen.

Lottsa a lil extras for the money,the pool open til 11 was a huge plus for the kids. The continental breakfast was nice. The staff was very friendly & accomedating. The room has a microwave, frig, hairdryer & a coffee maker...really was pleasantly surprised with all the amenitys for the $$. Needs to be cleaner

This hotel was a very good bargain, with a nice pool and free breakfast. It was very close to Kings Island. Not sure why some of the bad reviews, but we will be returning next year. The room was quite comfortable, and clean.

Hotel room not very well maintained and beds not very comfortable. Cigarette burns on sink in bathroom (non-smoking room). Holes in the walls and dressers were broken. Overall, not a very good experience. Room looked like it had not been updated in 25 years. Staff was very nice. Will not stay at this particular hotel in the future.

Hotel was a little run down. The hallways were hot and had a funny smell, but the room didn't stink and the air worked good. We had a smoking room and there were cigarette burns in EVERYTHING, even the shower curtain, how that was managed i'll never know. There were a few stray black head hairs in the shower, the sheets seemed clean, the carpet felt […] a little sticky under bare feet, the beds were small, the tv remote didn't work but the manager fixed it, the pool looked nice but I didn't get a close look. The location was great about the same distance away from kings island and great American ballpark ( about 10-12 minutes). There was a Kroger right down the road and plenty of resturants really close by, and plus the exit to get back on the interstate was very convenient. This hotel was better than I feared, but not as good as I had hoped. We requested a non-smoking room, and while the room itself didn't smell of smoke, it was obvious that someone had been smoking in the bathroom with the vent on. The room was clean, although from the state of things, I would assume that the hotel owner tried to save money by doing repairs […] himself instead of paying someone to do it properly. I can't comment on the continental breakfast because it was only offered from 6-9am, not 10 like most places. My men report that both rooms had stopped up bath tub drains which afforded them the opportunity to stand in 8 inches of water while showering. The electronic door loack on room 126 was unstable at best. Every time they wanted in, they would have to solicit help from the fornt desk. The heating unit in 133 was out of control. I was throughly disappointed in the hotel. Pictures on the internet do not match. The room smelled, sheets were paper thin, dead spiders in the picture frames above bed, and were out of washcloths. We had resrevations for 2 nights when we arrived back at noon room hadn't been cleaned or any fresh linens left, called to complain was told housekeeping […] was running late could be done by 2:30.
