I was appreciative that the manager allowed us to stay over a 1/2 hour check out time due to where we needed to be wasn't until noon and we were from out of state. However, there were a few things I thought could be better. There was dried grime, presumably dirty soap in the shower. Not much to the continental breakfast, the fruit was old, ice machine […] broken, tables weren't clean in the area to eat. Also, I had tried calling for two days trying to get a hold of someone to verify that my room would be held due to us not checking in until very late wasn't able to reach anyone until the second day after 4 p.m. (my day of check in). Not exactly sure why none one answered the phones. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"It's a place to sleep..."

I had to come to Kentucky overnight to help a family member. I was tired and just looking for a place to sleep. When I pulled up, it looked like random people sitting outside against the wall smoking a cigarette. When I went in, it was the front desk clerk outside. Got the room and went in. The A/C was turned off, so I turned it on. Found out later that evening, the AC was not working to keep the room cold. The TV had more snowy channels the viewable ones. The pillows were flat and the room pretty much needed a renovation. If it wasn't for me being tired, I would have found another hotel. Would I come here again, no.

"Not that great but it's a bed"
There are several hotels right off the interstate but went with Days Inn for quoted price on Kayak. Like others who have commented on this hotel, every aspect is in need of repair, even the comforter on the bed. With that said, everything worked. The staff (one person) was kind and even made comment to not use a website such as Kayak to book - call hotel directly for better rate. Other tip is that there are several fast food places within walking distance.

Motel is very run down looking, needs maintenance on outside areas. No continental breakfast, soda machine was out of order. Beds were clean but needs new mattresses. We could hear the people upstairs walking, big crack in the plaster on our ceiling. Pool filled in with dirt. Not worth what we paid. Wyndham needs to check this one out.
"Would stay again."

Stayed here on 6-8-14. There was a building torn down in front of the hotel and it makes it looks rougher than it is. The room was nothing fancy but it was clean good enough for the price. You can tell they are renovating some of the hotel and I'm sure it will get better. It was a clean place to sleep along the interstate and I would stay again.

Stopped at this facility on my travel home. Facility experienced a lightening strike, so there was no phone or internet service available, which the desk clerk explained. Facility had a reduced rate because of this, so I could not complain. Once I was in the room i found the heater/ac unit did not work (no power to unit) + the bathroom vent fan sounded like it was loose in the ceiling. Room served my purpose and i reported the issues to management when I checked out.

Motel was close to my business visit the next day. People were great at check in and check out. Still gives USA Today paper. Needs a little work in the rooms but good place for business travelers. They had a café to burn directly in front of the motel but the mess is still there but doesn't bother the motel. Thanks for the paper and the nice people you have working for you.

We caught them at a bad time, a lighting storm burned down the building that knocked out the communications for the phone and also their wifi but they tried to make it up to the customers by offering a cheaper rate on the rooms, I will say their bathroom left little to be desired the tub was a little rough but if your there just to get some sleep your good to go. Oh yea only a cold style breakfast was offered.
