Days Inn Airport North - West Palm Beach

The place is a typical Days Inn. Its a budget motel, I get that. No thrills no frills. Place was fairly full. I knew what to expect. Everything was going well until the am when it came time to get up and the shower didn't work properly. The only temperature was scalding hot. It's 5am. Who can I call to get this fixed? The hotel is located right off the interstate easy to find. The Hotel has a I-Hop which was great for food did not have to go out to eat. it was right there. Room clean and for the price you cannot go wrong at this hotel. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Ask for a working pool and hot tub- both closed. Used a cup at night- morning it was full of ants. Take a shower- shower head is out of the wall. Buy a soda at the machine- 7$ later i come back with 2, the were 1.50 each. talk to hotel staff- they dont talk back. Dont stay here!!!

The public courtyard area is the highlight of the place. Not enough staff at the desk during the busiest time of checkin. These days the corners and edges of rooms need much more attention. Repairs that had been made in room were beyond schlock.

The check-in was painless and somewhat friendly. The parking lot was poorly lit. The room was quite musty...tried to turn on the first light I came across but there wasn't even a light bulb in it. Was on the second floor next to the stairs, ice machine and HVAC room, so ridiculous amount of noise throughout the night (avoid room 231). A redeeming point […] was that there was great water pressure and very hot water...only plumbing downside was that the sink had a faucet that didn't match the size and water sprayed all over the counter and floor just by turning it on. Arrived about 1am due to plane schedule. When we entered the room the stench was overwhelming. The walls, carpet, bathroom,etc. were filthy! We ended up laying on our jackets on top of the bedspread. The Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. The only thing I would change was speed of check-in. There was only one clerk working at 6:30 pm and there was a long line. She worked very hard, but the process would be faster if the desk clerk had more assistance during rush check in times.

It was an ok stay. Would not really recommend to family members, due to the fact when I checked in a robbery happened with people staying at the hotel. No cameras on site to help aid in the capture of the robbers. The smell of the room was not desireable.

The people in the next room would wake up at 0500 every morning and blast the TV. I complained to the front desk and they did nothing about it. I was there for 3 days and never got a good night sleep. If the front desk personel did something about it possibly i would have gotten some sleep. I will never stay there again.

Room was not handicap-accessible. My wheelchair could not get in the bathroom. The beds were so close together that I could not navigate to any parts of the room. If there are rooms that are specifically designed for wheelchair accessibility, the desk clerk clearly saw that I was in a wheelchair and did not offer such a room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. The room was very clean and well stocked, although the age of the building did show somewhat. Everything in the room worked and was there as advertised. The IHOP on site was a great convenience and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. we just needed a simple cheap decent place to start before we left for our cruise. this days inn was perfect. out was a typical days in: affordable and not flashy but it was CLEAN. the staff was awesome. our ac didn't seen to be getting cold enough and when we called at 2am to try and get out fixed, a friendly sales clerk quickly had us in a new room […] within twenty minutes. once we left the next morning about a half mike down the road were the projects but we couldn't tell that from the way the hotel was kept up. The only thing I can say that would be consider a negative is that we couldn't get the room cool enough. We had a room with two doubles and unless you were in the bed right next to the ac unit then you couldn't really feel the air. Other then that we were pleased with our stay! Loved having the IHOP joined to the hotel!!
