The Brugmann Garden provided an excellent change of pace to our hectic travel schedule. The house was lovely and our room was very comfortable for the four of us. The atmosphere wasquietly elegant and relaxed. Great breakfast.

very small rooms, barely space to walk around the beds. and staff was more annoyed by our presence than helpful, especially during the breakfast, they where refilling a coffee machine and the water bottle and blocked access to coffee and warm drinks while we where waiting the other machine finished pouring the drinks...

The hotel is run-down and in urgent need of renovation. Apart from the effects of time, it is clear that it was not properly constructed right from the beginning. Rooms are minuscule. There is no place for luggage, you 'll probably have to jump over it. The carpet was in really bad shape, with huge stains. There was no furniture (apart from the beds) […] and decoration in the rooms. There was no sound insulation, both between rooms and to the outside. Despite the fact that the area is not busy, the noise from the road was more than noticeable. On the good side, the reception desk personnel was polite and helpful. In summary, I would rate it between 1 and 2 stars. I couldn't believe this is a Holiday Inn. Read more

Perfect location for visiting the Expo site close to motorway and opposite rail services in to city centre so good base to visit that too Must remember that smaller hotels in Belgium away from city centres often don't have a restaurant on Sunday evenings

The hotel is truly awful. Firstly it still has the signs up from when it was a holiday inn franchise. ( I recon they lost it for being so bad) so you walk up and down the road trying to find it. Why the couldn't just stick a bit of paper on, before they change the signs, to let you know I have no idea. The receptionists just don't car all galic shrugs. […] The room must have had a few parties with water stains all on the floor. Down for dinner. I was 4 mins early but couldn't go into the empty restaurant as it wasn't 7.30 yet. when I got their was presented with a menu of either steak duck or fish. That's it nothing else. Of to bed the up again to get rid of all the Mosquitos ( can only be from standing water) I wish I had never stayed and chose a hotel slightly further away. Read more

I am sure that this hotel is good for anyone going to the expo. Other than that it is really not a very nice area. I went for a walk around 5.30 and even then didnt really feel safe (single woman). The nearest restaurants are about 5 mins away but in a theme park called Bruparck!!! Not my idea of ambiance. Saying that the pizza place there was ok. The […] hotel is soooo dated. I think it has not been renovated since it opened, everything is plastic. The carpets are all stained and rooms pokey. However the staff were excellent and the breakfast was only ok. At 17 euros I would have expected better. Internet is charged at 10 euros which is really not cool, Who charges for internet anymore. Read more

Ik vond de slaapkamer erg klein, zeker met 3 bedden erin. We moesten echt op het bed gaan zitten om het gordijn te kunnen sluiten. Ook de badkamer was al "wat verouderd". De lokatie was prima en de personeelsleden waren heel erg vriendelijk! Parkeren was niet gratis.. Het openbaar vervoer zat op de hoek, dus helemaal geweldig en ook geen enkel geluidsoverlast. Perfect hotel for a week end or for a biz short trip. I personnaly always go there if I need to be in Brussel, Near Atonuim, brugpark freeway, metro. Friendly and polite crew at the reception

L'accueil est agréable dommage qu'il y est eu une erreur sur nos chambres, heureusement que nous sommes arrivée plus tôt que prévu ce qui à permis d'avoir d'autres chambres plus tard. Sinon l'hotel est bien situé par apport aux site que l'on a visité: atonium, mini-europe,.. tramway, métro. L'hotel et les chambres sont quand même à rénover car la moquette […] des chambres est tâchée et le carrelage de la salle de bain taché par le temps. Mais la literie est trés bonne, les fenêtres bien isolantes et des produits d'hygiéne sont à disposition. Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet et il est trés bien garni. Kjempe fornøyd med hotellet var i gåavstand 5 min til atomtium mini Europa og planeterium. Masse garasjeplasser utenfor som er gratis så ikke vits i å parkere på hotellet for å betale. Fornøyd totalt sett med alt på hotellet.

Nous sommes arrivés le jour de la Coupe de foot de Belgique. Il y avait du monde partout et le stade juste en face de l'hotel. Autour de l'hotel, sur l'herbe, il y avait la JUPILER PARTY avec de la musique à fond.........et bien les chambres sont hyper bien isolées! Par contre, on a cherché longtemps l'Alliance Hotel car en fait c'est un HOLIDAY INN […] et ce n'est pas inscrit sur le récap de la commande. Autour, pour manger, il y a des kebabs et des chinois, bref, pas grand chose mais les chambres sont super!! Read more

Receptionens personal var ointresserad och gav fel uppgifter, hotellet skulle vara rökfritt men personalen som städade använde conectingrummet, intill vårt rum, som rök och paus rum och de pratade för högt så vi vaknade + att röken kom in till vårt rum (uruselt). Arrivés en voiture (parking payant en suppl) pour une simple visite de Bruxelles, nous nous sommes retrouvés en pleins festival euro féria qui se déroule à l'atomium à 5 min à pied de l'hôtel. Situation géographique excellente pour les évènements sportifs car le stade est à 2min à pied. Il y a un accès au métro à 5 min à pied. L'hôtel est très bien […] et propre, les animaux sont admis, le réceptionniste de nuit est très sympathique, disponible et accueillant. Seul bémol, le petit dej est cher. Read more
