"ski weekend great location"
Very personable staff and very close to everything, casinos, food, local ski shop and great for skiing. Best lessons given by Heavenly Staff thanks to Riff F. super instructor ...Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Ok but needs work"
The Park Tahoe in has gone down hill. First of all they charge an additional $12.00 a day as a hotel fee. And this has to be paid only if you book on a website like this. The rooms are in need of paint and repair. The walls around the toilet and shower have water damage. The ceiling and walls have huge cracks. They got rid of their pool and hot tub, […] but did not lower their price. And the TV's are out dated, plus you only get about 10 channels. The beds are very nice, and the manager is too. But as a regular guest, it sad to see the place going down hill. It use to be our favorite place to stay in Tahoe. Now we are looking for a new place. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The location is perfect! The rooms are ok, but the service is great. The bed was very comfortable and everything was within walking distance.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very friendly and accommodating staff, rooms are kind of small but on a tight budget overall its very clean and comfortable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The inn was clean and tidy ... Very close to everything great location. Friendly staff. Only thing I would do is make some upgrades to the rooms. Otherwise everything was greatGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel, great location, great price!"
Can't beat the location, price and cleanliness of the hotel! Definitely will be staying here again!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to the Gondola, but a little expensive"
Everything was fine, except the heater which was noisyGenuine Expedia guest review
"Smell like cleaning chemicals"
the rooms had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals even after we left the windows open to air out. one of the lamps was not working. friendly but slow receptionists.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Motel 6 is better"
Stayed there 2 nights and the walls are paper thin you can hear the upstairs tenants flush the toilet. They say they have wifi but never able to get on due to a weak signal. You had to pay 12 dollars because it was labeled a resort but with no resort amenities included.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Did not meet expectations"
Things I didn't enjoy about the room - Curtains were see through (and we were on the ground floor) - Mattress was hard - The bench in the shower was in the way - The water pressure in the shower was weak - Walls are paper thin.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Convenience, close to shops and restaurants"
Nice clean room with little minor damages. Room was on the smaller size. People upstairs were horrible. Lots of stomping. At one point it sound like kids jumping off the bed repeatedly for 1 hour. The noises started around 7 and lasted until a it 10pm.Genuine Expedia guest review
"room,bathroom and wireless"
Room and bathroom is so small, for sure some rooms have no wifi access w/c they will make u a deal to transfer to other room with wifi and waived the $12 tax per night, which is cool. Overall 3.0 out of 5Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good hotel for skiing Heavenly"
Like many of the hotels/inns in the area, this is basically what I think of as a motel. But it's a nice one - the beds are comfortable and it is clean and VERY convenient to the Heavenly gondola (plus there's a grocery store across the street and a fridge in the room - great if you've got snacks for kids with you). The only problem we had was with the […] people in the neighboring room, who had lots of really loud kids who they let run wild - even at 11pm. After asking them politely to keep it down (tv blaring, lots of jumping around and yelling) and being told they wouldn't because it was their vacation, we asked the front desk for a new room. To their credit, they moved us as soon as we suggested it so we didn't lose (any more) sleep. They were very apologetic the next day and handled it perfectly, really. We'd absolutely stay again - it was a fluke that we had such rude neighbors. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good location, Room is small"
The location is good. Many restaurants nearby. The room is not that good in sound proof. Can hear people speaking outside/ next door.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"The best for the price"
Awesome beds, really comfortable walking distance to all your needs.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Why the resort fee? This is no resort."
There is a $12 extra per night resort fee and I am not sure for what. This is not even close to a resort. I think it is supposed to cover tea, coffee, wi-fi and parking. By the way, wi-fi is so bad, I could not do any work, so if you are relying on being able to use it, think of alternate solutions. There is an extra $25/PER NIGHT pet fee, which is […] going to add up if you are staying multiple nights. We had three (why three pillows for two people?) small, tiny pillows we had to fight over. The best thing about this hotel is the location. I have stayed there multiple times, but next time I'll have to look elsewhere due to a terrible recent experience. "Centrally located to shopping/attractions."
Upon our arrival in our assigned room, the bed was unmade. We reported it to the lobby person who totally apologized and upgraded us to the suite next door. The room was fine, although the tile bathroom floor was freezing. Only other problem was that there were only 8 t.v. channels, which is unusual these days. "Good value for the cost"
Compared to other hotels in the area, this was very good value for the cost. It was nothing special as far as amenities, but the bed was super comfortable and we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. There was coffee in the morning and the staff was pleasant. It was "good enough" for about $100 a night, including taxes and resort fee. No complain […] ts! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Close to ski lifts but old"
The hotel was reasonable for the price but it was very old which hurt the comfort level of my stay. In the future I would spend a bit more to get a nicer place to stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Loved my stay here.Highly reccommend!AWESOME price for everything.beds are quite hard but youll mold into them.very quiet and relaxing.request for a room upstairs! Small entrance to the bathroom though,I ran into it in the middle of the night lolGenuine Expedia guest review
For the money we paid it was not worth the price at all. The sink was leaking in the bathroom, the room was a lot smaller than it looked online, but the bed was very comfortable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The bed was amazingly comfortable. We could hear noise from outside, but not loud enough to bother is.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice place. Close to shopping and slopes."
Stay was fine. Beds too firm of memory foam. No TV in room but was out and about to not care. Needs bigger showers. I'm 5'5'' and I could barely move around. Felt sorry for my husband who is 6'5''.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Walking distance to everything"
Nice hotel that was close to everything, including a short walk to the beach, big casinos and various shopping. Although we didn't ski, saw many people walking straight to the lifts from the hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
This hotel needs a major makeover. Its old and dated.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"good value for the price"
read other reviews before booking the room, so i did not have really high expectations. the walls are thin and you will likely hear your upstairs neighbor. no issues with the water pressure in the shower unlike other reviewers. there was no bathtub in the room, so keep that in mind if traveling with small kids. location was very convenient with respect […] to heavenly ski resort and restaurants. "Slow Internet. Not Good For Work."
I was traveling for work and needed to "catch up" at night. The wifi in the room was unusable for anything beyond reading the news. If you need to work while staying, you might want to find another place.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel, walking distance to attractions"
We had a great experience here. My boyfriend and I found this hotel to be central and within walking distance to casinos, food, grocery store and shopping stores, as well as coffee shops. Also within one block from Heavenly resort. We did not have to walk far with our snowboarding gear. Beds are very comfortable and room size is great.Genuine Expedia guest review
"The hotel was sold out for Martin Luther King, Jr"
Perhaps it was because the hotel was sold out, but the facilities were less than perfect. For example, the wall A/C heating unit had two sounds: The sound of the fan when the heat first came on, followed by a much louder, low pitched sound of a compressor kicking in during the rest of the heating cycle. The weather was about 20 degrees F. outside so […] I cannot understand why the A.C. compressor had to go on each time. It disturbed my sleep. Next, we stayed there two nights. The maid forgot to clean our room the first night. Otherwise, perhaps on less than a "full house" night the hotel was adequate if they could quiet down the AC/heater. "Noisy hotel over New Years"
This hotel is at Stateline and very noisy over the New Year's Holiday. The prices were really high - but then all the hotels are expensive that time of year. Would not stay here again during that time though. Bathrooms were really small.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Simple, no coffee, over priced."
nothing good to say.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great location but not very cozy"
I liked the location in walking proximity to stores and restaurants and gondola across the street. The actual room was somewhat small and dark. It is an older hotel that has had done some remodeling and the bed is nice. There are very limited outlets, so I could not plug my cell phone or laptop in by the bed, I had to charge them across the room at […] the desk, since that was the only accessible outlet in the room. The front desk staff was pleasant and the room was clean. It is a good little place to stay if you don't plan on spending too much time in your room. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Dengy room but walking distance to village."
The blankets were stained yellow in spots and covered with a sheet. The shower walls and floors were stained. The room was very small. And the walls were so thin that when the housekeepers were vacuuming next door or upstairs it woke us up. On the brighter side, the bed was wonderful and it was walking distance to Heavenly Village, the casinos and a […] Starbucks across the street. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Updated, clean room for a good price"
Memory foam mattress is probably the biggest differentiator, all else what more or less what you expect probably for a bit more $ though. Great value.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Excellent location, friendly staff, comfy beds!"
Perfect location if you want to enjoy Heavenly ski resort activities at a much more economical price. Rooms are cozy. Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms a bit tight but they are clean. Fridge in the room is helpful. Front office staff was friendly and helpful.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Too expensive for what it is."
The superior room is so small. You can just jump in to the bed from the door. The hotel has no soundproof at all. You can hear every car driving by. The worst part is the price. Too expensive for what it is. I was so angry when I found a very well known hotel just a block away for less price and 2 huge casino hotel just 2 blocks away in Stateline, Nevada […] side(Park Tahoe Inn is in South Lake Tahoe, CA). What ever you find is equal or better than this hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great, right across street from Heavenly Gondola"

"Good location. Basic."
Heating system bad Bed not comfortable Noisy Had to pay for an upgrade for a decent experience. Initial room was as bad as a motel.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice beds, but bring your ear plugs..."
Yes the beds are very comfortable, but the rest of the place is dated. Old furniture, TV, shower, bathroom. You can hear every step anyone takes anywhere around your room or anything anybody is doing in the parking lot. Had to ask for a different room after we heard the conversation going on in the next room through the adjoining door. Location is good, […] but not worth the price. Can clearly hear upstair people walking. No WIFI unless you are next to the restroom window at Room 128. Very convenient location. Applebee is next door and the Starbuck, Supermarket, restaurants are across the street.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Dated motel with adequate amenities - no bath tub."
Room is dated but does have all the necessary amenities including hair dryer, iron & board. It has a rather small standing shower only. There's no in room coffee maker but you can get free coffee in the lobby (no food). No Wi-Fi. The location is right across from a busy shopping plaza so traffic was bad during peak time.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to the heavenly village but...."
My wife and I decided to stay at Park Tahoe Inn as they had a good price and the reviews on Hotels.com said it was decent. But to our surprise the hotel although nicely appointed from the street view was hardly anything as the reviews and the descriptions made it seem like. The room, superior deluxe, with a king size bed was poorly lit, and a really […] small bathroom with old fixtures that hardly worked. Besides one small chair their was no other chairs and one had to sit on the bed. On our last trip we had stayed at Best Western Station house and cherished our stay so much that we cancelled our reservation and got a queen size room for the same price. The difference was night and day, the room smelled clean and we had two sofas chairs, a task chair and newly built bathroom. They have a customer for life, I am never trying anything else besides Best Western from now on. STAY AWAY from park tahoe inn, unless your skiing and need a place to crash at night, then it may be a good option given close proximity to the gondolas. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location & comfy beds"
We've stayed here a couple nights as it is a halfway mark on our drive home from the Bay Area. It is dog friendly, extra $25 cleaning fee. The beds are really comfortable and it's right across the street from the heavenly village with all the shops & restaurants.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
4 of us shared a room for an overnight stay while in town for a show. The hotel is cute from the outside, but the rooms... not so much. The beds are hard as rocks - we all woke up sore the next morning. The cable line ran along the floor to the tv, rather than inside the wall... which seems a little odd. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been […] swept in months and the counters look like they're from the 70's. One of the lamp shades had a big hole in it, but it was just turned toward the wall so no one would notice... the problem was there was a mirror right next to it. All of this would be OK if they didn't charge a $12 resort fee... other than the location, I'm not sure why there is a resort fee or what that actually pays for. In short, the rooms need upgrades in order to justify the cost & resort fee. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
