Everything ok save a shortage of towels for our second day (staff new there were three in the room) and it took three phone calls and 30+ minutes to get another towel up to the room.

this was our second stay and we enjoyed it very much. Location couldn't be better, shuttle service available to MOA & airport. Our tv kept losing signal which was annoying but still able to watch it. rooms are older and furnishings are a little outdated for a Hilton, but the hotel is close to the airport with a free shuttle. Staff can get overwhelmed if it is busy, so expect a long wait at check-in/out if it is crowded and once when I called down with a question about airport shuttle times, I let it ring 12 times before I gave up.

Great Hotel . You can see the Hotel from the Hi Way, but a bit of difficult to find it from the street. Needs more signs on the main road to tell us how to get to the Hotel.

My negative scores are the result of the need for computer outlets and internet connections. I usually stay at Hilton's because they take into consideration the business traveler. I could not plug my phone in next to my bed for my alarm. I had to plug it into an outlet in the bathroom, which was very inconvenient and led to a bad night sleep as I was […] afraid I would not hear the alarm. I also wanted to do some work. The only outlet near the desk was behind the TV stand which weighed far more than I could move. So I had to do my work sitting on the floor. This was a very average hotel stay. Clean, friendly staff, but the room condition was average at best. We had the thermostat set to 60 degrees and it was still stuffy and hot in our room. I will be choosing a different hotel in the area next time.

The bathroom had hair all over floor. There was a beer bottle cap right in front of the door to our room when we checked in. Extremely overcharged for room service. In small print at bottom of menu there is a charge of $3.50 for delivery and 20% gratuity in addition to sales tax. Hotel was very nice, but for the price it should have been alittle cleaner. The floors in the lobby looked like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile, the shower curtain in our room was torn and ripped. We stayed at the Hilton for a weekend for my husbands birthday weekend. It was very clean and nice. The beds and pillows were super comfy! We didn't want to get out of the bed at times. Their staff had great customer service and were very helpful. The only complaint we had was they over charged us on the resort hold/deposit. Our room was very warm and uncomfortable for sleeping. It had a thermostat, but you could not adjust the temperature to lower than 60 degrees. I called the front desk and the desk clerk said there was no way to cool off the room - that I could only turn off the blower. The windows did not open, either. The bathroom was small but had a nice hutch, counter […] top, and sink. The bathroom door appeared to be original - old, painted, and metal. It was rusting on the bottom. The tub was also an old cast iron tub with some rust around the fixtures. Great water pressure. Great (but very expensive) bar. $4.80 for a bottle of domestic beer. Friendly and happy staff. Free coffee, hot chocolate, and a water cooler with floating lemon slices in the lobby. ATM machine. Only three elevators made for slow travel to our room. It took a least 10 minutes to get a free elevator to haul out our things at checkout. Read more

Booked room for weekend in Minneapolis to shop at MOA and catch some sporting events. Generally was pleased. Two Hilton's in Bloomington on American Blvd., so don't go to the wrong one first (like I did). Not any restaurants or other venues within walking distance, and train stop not very convenient (had to drive or take shuttle to get to either MOA […] or American Blvd. stop. Embassy Suites is located directly accross from train stop. Had some difficulty with understanding front desk clerk when I called for shuttle one night- ended up waiting at Embassy Suites for shuttle for over 30 minutes and had to make 3 calls to get shuttle to arrive, and this is after other shuttle driver suggested getting of train at American Blvd stop and calling for shuttle from Embassy Suites. Food in restaurant on site seemed over-priced for what you got. Fitness center had good treadmills, but weights were limited to dumbells and single bench- not quite what they advertised (I was with my highschool age son, so fitness center was something we looked for). Might stay again, but likely will try Embassy or other hotel less costly and closer to other venues (restaurants, etc.). Read more

This hotel was nice. The front desk clerks where not very friendly nor helpful, although check in and out was fast. Shuttle bus drivers where awesome, they where willing to give tips about the mall and even gave us a coupons.

Needed a hotel close to airport for overnight prior to finishing last leg of trip--went with Hilton due to great experiences with in the past. Feels 5 Star all the way-- comfortable clean room, and after missing meals on our flight, they had Room Service up in 15 minutes!

Make sure to book the upgrade when booking this hotel. Very close to MSP Airport. Great gym and pool. Restaurant is awesome. 11th and 12th floors are the place to be in this gem!

I stay at a lot of hotels. Often the Hilton brand is a meh, hotel. Too often a Hilton, is not a Hilton.. This facility is in fact a true Hilton. Very great service, excellent restaurant, great service, location and pool. The only thing that could be improved on is the weight room. Not great, but enough to work off the great desserts, had multiple.
