"Quality" Inn
Awkward and inefficient front desk staff. Worst check in I've experienced. Hotel is dirty and room smelt like a wet dog. Fire alarm cords hanging from ceiling (with no alarm) and plastic cup secured over fire sprinkler.

Will not stay here again unless I have to
The first room I was given smell. The second room had a dirty clothe left in it. Evening counter service was not good.

Keep looking... don't stay here.
Dirty, run down little hotel without an elevator. Hot water in the sink, but not in the shower. You can hear your neighbors through the walls, so bring ear plugs if you stay here.

Maybe rename to Low Quality Inn and Suites
This hotel experience left much to be desired. The steep driveway is hard to find on the first pass so we had to double back. When I got in I was impressed by the clean/modern looking lobby. The impressed feeling pretty much stopped there. In our room I discovered a muddy pair of tennis shoes behind the door in the closet area which immediately made me question the thoroughness of the cleaning. There was a label from someone's mall purchase on the wall, coffee or pop splatters behind the garbage can, stains on the sheets (mud I hope!) and snot smeared on one part of the wall. My husband went to get an extra blanket for our daughter and was rudely refused. My son forgot his toothbrush and there was not an extra to be had anywhere (many do provide a cheapo one, not Quality Inn and Suites!). The "adjustable" chair at the lobby computer was broken and would not height adjust. My sister's room on the second floor had a leaky sink which leaked all over the floor and my mom's room across the hall had a shower curtain that did not tuck into the tub creating a slip and fall hazard as the shower showered on the floor. The temperature in the breakfast room was stifling and the cereal dispensers did not dispense. Food was adequate, coffee was at least decent! Given the number of other hotels in the area, we will not be returning to "Quality" Inn and Suites.
