Good hotel. Excellent location. Really close to Disney, Universal, Outlet Mall and Sea World. Rooms are clean with good bed. The only disappointment is bathroom. It needs little renovation and maintenance but it is still very good hotel in excellent neighborhood at great price.

Had a two night stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had great features including microwave, mini fridge, free wifi and a flat screen tv with plenty of channels. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner and some of the staff was a bit rude. We took a taxi to Animal Kingdom the first day because they had informed us it was only about $10. We ended up paying $27 because they failed to inform us that you have to pay for parking. Don't fall for the same trick!

For $60 a night, I really was not sure what we'd be getting. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was and the free Wifi was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were in town for two nights, just to spend a day at Disney with our kids and wanted some place economical, but clean. This fit the bill. I loved the free shuttle […] to and from the park. That was one of the main reasons we chose to stay there. We did not get to use the pool or the spray park because of inclement weather, but they looked very nice. My daughter was really disappointed she didn't get to do the spray park, but the weather could not be helped. It was nice to have a lot of little shops and restaurants on property and in the area. The only thing I didn't like was that it was a motel style with the room doors on the exterior. When we stay at a regular hotel, it's nice to get a luggage cart and go up from the lobby. This set up made it more difficult to get all our stuff up to our room. But again.........for $60 a night, this was really nice and I would consider staying there again. Read more

Nothing great about the hotle, but nothing horrible either. The moderate price is exactly what you get in this hotel. THe I-4 intersteate runs right beside hotel, so the noise of traffic is heard continually. Our shower drain was less than adequate, the sink had little water pressure. I've gotten use to the Hampton Inns, etc. This is a huge facility, that is well maintained, but just too big...four 5 story buildings, moving luggage up into the room needed a call to the front desk for help...they put me on hold, I finally called the operator who got someone over to help us move. The location was great because it was close to Disney and surrounded by different restaurants. However, the rooms and building as a whole were mediocre for the pice. The bath tub had hair in it, the sink had what looked to be dried up tooth paste on the faucet, the carpet was dirty as my daughter's white socks were dirty within minutes of being there, […] and the binder that contains all of the hotel and nearby information was messy and the papers were scattered all over the desk. If it weren't for the empty trash cans, I would think the room was never cleaned. My big complaint was I booked 2 rooms and when I was booking it online, it asked me for the 2nd adults name so I listed it and paid for both rooms on my credit card..when it was time to check in, I walked up to the counter while the 2nd adult was still in the car with a baby. The front desk clerk insisted the 2 and adult had to be present, even though I paid for both rooms. This was inconvenient because we had to go through the trouble of getting the baby out of the car. Also, originally, the two rooms weren't in the same floor, which had I known that prior, I wouldn't have booked at the hotel. Read more

The setup of the property is a little inconvenient if you come at night. There was also no offer of help to the buildings on the perimeter. Also, the absence of an airport shuttle was very frustrating. Besides these things, the stay was fine, but they should look to improve these things to achieve an exemplary experience.

This was our 2nd year in a row staying here, and it will be our last. 1st room was very close to highway traffic and the smell coming from the room was unbearable. So, we asked to switch our room, and they did so. 2nd room was ok, rooms are very dated and this one had a small musty odor as well. 1st night we had wonderful, friendly service at the bar/grill […] area, so we returned a 2nd night only to have a mean, unfriendly bartender who made us get out of our seats and order our food with her at the bar. She was very rude as well as a majority of the staff we came in contact with. Pool by our room was closed the whole time so we had to go across the hotel and use the other one, elevators weren't always working, I had to ask them to change the printer ink so I could print my boarding pass and it took 5 people and 20 minutes to get it done, I could go on and on. I've booked this hotel several times, and once again, it didn't disappoint. I got checked in with no problem at all, and got settled into my room in no time. The room itself was immaculate and more than enough for my needs. The only two (relatively minor) issues I had with the room itself was that it was on the top floor, in the back of the building, […] meaning to get to my car to head out for the day took a couple minutes. Also, while the complimentary wireless signal was very strong (the strongest I've ever seen in all the times I've stayed at this hotel), I kept having to agree to the terms of the wireless every 20-30 minutes. It got kind of annoying after a while, but like I said, those two issues were relatively minor, and would in no way stop me from booking this hotel again. Read more

My stay with this hotel wasn't satisfactory. The first day of our stay, we left early to go to Disney only to find out that our door was left unlock by the hotel housekeeping all the time we were gone. It's a good thing we didn't leave any valuables in the room. My daughter went to the front desk to report about it the clerk just ask her if we have […] a hard time closing the door. They did not have the courtesy to offer or ask if we want to change room, so we just stay in that room for 2 more days since we are always out all the time. And the sink is clogged. All rooms are facing to a balcony, They have a cheap motel type of look. First night our room was facing the highway and it was so noisy. Terrible night. Next two nights they switched us to a room facing parking lot. It was much quieter but when people run in the balcony in the morning, they can wake you up. The room was tiny, old looking. The beds […] were not that bad. They had plenty of towels buy only one soap. To get another shampoo or a soap, you have to walk a long way thru parking lot to the front desk which is in another building. Breakfast is not free, but looked pretty bad so we went to Panera, 10 min away. They have a coffee machine at the lobby if you'd like to pay $2.50 for a cup. I recommend driving to and parking at Disney because hotel shuttle is a small bus and used by multiple hotels. It fills up quickly and can be a really bad end to your wonderful Disney experience. We saw other hotels had big, comfortable buses just for their guests but ours was a nightmare. Several people couldn't get on at night. They have people selling discount Disney tickets at the lobby. But you have to endure an almost 4-hour torture at the Wyndham time share resort. They say no pressure, but it was an extremely high pressure, horrible experience. I almost fainted in the end. Overall I would never ever stay at this hotel again. Just pay s little bit more and go to a decent place. Read more

Let me just start by saying, the first room we got a key issued to was already occupied. Having 2 small children and not getting their until way past their bedtime, it was VERY frustrating to have to load them back up and go back to the office to get a new room. When we got in our room, it was just ok. Nothing outstanding about it. I pulled back the […] sheets and they looked like there were a couple of dirt spots on them. The beds were VERY firm. So firm that when I woke up my side hurt that I was laying on. The location was pretty good. Very close to downtown disney. Probably about a mile away. Have stayed here many times before and this time did not disapoint. I HIGHLY reccomend staying here if you want to stay in Orlando for cheap yet in a nice place! Only concern pool was FREEZING! and breakfast was a little over priced (as was supper) for sure a 5 out of 5!!!
