There were burn holes in the sheets, toilet paper stuffed into holes in the bathroom. This was supposed to be a handicap accessible room. If I had been in a wheelchair, I would have been unable to use the toilet or to get into the bathtub. The only thing that was handicap accessible was the fact that it was on the ground floor.There was also an extremely high level of street noise.

I wouldn' take my dog there, it was dirty,no servise,I couldn't get another pillow there weren't any.Had bullit holes in the window it was just a bad hotel and I hope you drop them like right now

The floors were not clean. I was afraid to take a shower. Coffee was bad and dirty inside brewer. Temperature of the room was extremely hot when I first arrived. Sheets did not fit bed.

Shower was nasty. I took a shower in there because i had to but - i will never stay at this hotel again.

My fiance and a few friends stayed here at an ok price. We liked the room it was quiet. We had minor issues such as the TV did not function properly and the blankets were a little rough but over all we enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

Station commander made the reservation which was 10 miles away from where I needed to be. Was no longer in a good neighborhood, I was treated nicely , it just wasn't what I was expecting. I had only had 2 hours sleep the night before I stayed in Tempe (Mesa).

Clean; near renovated "Old Downtown" Mesa, with 2 museums, Catholic church within walking distance. Complimentary "Continental" breakfast had unappetizing packaged danish, fairly old oranges, powdered creamer, small bottles of "Sunny Delight" but the coffee was OK. I thought the price a little much for the location, but fairly easy access to freeway, and I felt safe enough.

The immediate area surrounding the hotel leaves alot to be desired, although only a couple of blocks from a nice downtown area. The room had a very odd smell that even three room deoderisers couldn't remove.And although I booked a no smoking room with a kingsize bed, I was told they had me booked in a smoking room, was then switched to a non smoking room with queen size bed. The shower was an absolute joke, more like a tiny closet with a shower head in it.

We were given a smoking room-neither of us smoke. I guess there was nothing else available. The conditionof the room was fair-pretty outdated. The staff was pretty nice and the location was good for us. I would not stay at this hotel again...

"Could have been better"

The hotel room could have been better. It only had 1 out of three lights working. Someone locked the safe when they left and roomservice failed to open it when they cleaned the room. We called the front desk and they said that someone needed to go up to the room to fix these problems. Their problem was they only had one person working so we would have to wait untill the next morning to get anything fixed. Because we were only staying there for one night, this was a big disappiontment. Overall, i would not recomend this hotel.
