Front desk help was wonderful, they let us park our motorcycle for free. Bell cap service was great, they held our luggage until we were ready to check in and then when we were ready to leave.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very convenient location"
The Hotel was clean and the staff was courteous and very helpful! It was a bit pricey for the hotel amenities, but I am sure you are paying the extra for the 1 block to Fisherman Wharf access! The only real issue we had was that the wireless (which was included in our room rate) was almost nonexistent... We stayed for 6 nights and were only able to […] access the internet once or twice where it lasted for anything more than a minute before dropping out and disconnecting. My cell phone personal hotspot was my only reliable connection for my laptop... The hotel staff while apologetic was not able to do anything about it for us during the visit. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay close the San Francisco waterfront! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Beds were extremely uncomfortable! But, the location was so good that we all suffered through.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Response by Radisson Hotel Fisherman's Wharf We are happy to hear you enjoyed our location, but are sorry to hear you did not have a good night’s sleep due to the comfort of your bed. We know a good night’s rest is very important. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us and we hope for another opportunity to exceed your expectations.
When we arrived, the toilet in our room had been used. We asked to be moved to another room since we weren't sure if the room had been cleaned. A gentleman brought news keys for the room, but didn't offer to help us move our bags. The one bright spot was the woman at the desk who checked us in. She was very thorough and did her job well.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Response by Radisson Hotel Fisherman's Wharf Hello Scott B. We apologize for the disappointing service you received from our staff and for the cleanliness conditions with your guest room. Our team works hard to make sure our guests are comfortable and receive our best service. I will be following up with our bell team to make sure your experiences are not duplicated when moving rooms. I am thrilled that you were happy with the service at the desk as we strive in providing "Yes I Can!" service. We thank you for your feedback.
"Wonderful beds, service and location"
Location of hotel was perfect for sights, tours, restaurants and shopping! We had no problems when asking about restaurants and got good recommendations. Hotel staff was very helpful as soon as something was needed. Had a refrigerator even though info had said there would not be one. The beds were the most comfortable of any hotel we have stayed in […] - sleep number just like we have at home! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"You would think a Radisson was better."
The free internet was utterly useless. We could connect, but get nowhere so it was pointless and a false claim really. The bathroom was shabby with the tub not looking very clean. Room was average clean, with the bathroom worse but I was disappointed wit this Radisson .Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Response by Radisson Hotel Fisherman's Wharf We are sorry you were not satisfied with the condition of your room, including the internet service and state of the bathroom. We will discuss the conditions of your room with our staff to ensure all guest rooms are up to Radisson standards.

"Location could not be any better"
The hotel was close to the Fisherman's Wharf. Parking was a bit pricy for a night, but we were able to walk everywhere and did not have to worry about the car. We were able to keep the car there before check in and after check out. The staff went over the top to be helpful. The pool was heated and very nice.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Perfect for us. Short walk to North Beach where we had our best mealsGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not flashy, but served purpose"
We got what we payed for. Simple, great location and few amenities. We spent little time in room outside sleeping. If you want to hang out at your hotel or in your room, not the place. If you want location and simplicity, ideal.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
air mattress beds are terrible. They are unconfortable and dont' work well. System for exiting parking lot works only half the time. Needs upgrading. Price for parking is about 30% higher than anywhere else around. Don't recommend staying here.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great location ... Big bucks!"
The hotel is in a fantastic location, clean and the rooms are nice BUT it is very expensive. I looked around on line and found a "deal" by the time all the taxes were added, it was $438 (for one night). ON TOP of that, you have to pay $50 a day to park your car there. So the room ended up being about $500 with a view of the parking lot.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Disappointing , was told would have a room with a view ,instead we got a view of the roof ' no fridge in room ' no guest laundry , was charged per night to park my car , no in house food available , no further commentsGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"So close you can smell the salt air,"
We had a wonderful time. We loved that there was an entrance right out to the Embarcadero. We could step out onto the roof parking and see the panorama of San Francisco Bay, Alcatraz, and the activities on the Embarcadero. (Our room balcony was not quite high enough to see it all from the 2nd floor) . The hotel is so close to Pier 39 and the activities […] on Fishermans's Wharf. We did not like our room view of the trash cans when we checked in for the first night, so they graciously changed us to a room with a balcony and pool view for the next three. The first room had a fridge and large bathroom, the second had no fridge and a very small bathroom. Sleep number king bed was comfortable. (First room controled by remote, second by wired control. ) Consierge and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was always freshly made when we returned each day. Room was quiet but air conditioner was not, this would be our only real complaint and maybe the tiny bathroom with no towel bars. Only close choices for breakfast were I-Hop (long wait) or Johnny Rockets ( fair and quick service) We did not use the pool, but many people were enjoying it and the fire pit by the lobby. Be prepared for the hefty per night parking fees if you bring a car...that was really a shocker. . Parking everywhere is expensive in San Francisco! All in all this is a very good choice for a vacation at Fisherman's Wharf. We would stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel was rundown and dirty. The hallways were stuffy and smelly. The pictures on the website are not true representations of what it's like. The beds were uncomfortable and small. Many better choices in that area for that kind of money.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great location for Pier 39"
The hotel is across the street from Pier 39. Although the lobby and parking entrance are along the parallel block, the hotel has a hallway w room keys access that spills on to Jefferson Street (the Embarcadero) where the shops and restaurants are. Great location to walk to restaurants, attractions, etc. Onsite parking is $49 per day w in/out privileges. […] It's expensive but comparable to parking anywhere in that area. We were driving through the city so not much better choices. The room was very nice and roomy but small. Very clean and beds are air adjustable mattresses. Overall a nice hotel w pool and lounge patio w fire feature. Stayed with kids. IHOP next door was great too. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Location, Beds suck"
The location is fantastic. The employees were great. The room was clean. But for 300 plus a night plus 50 dollars parking and taxes the beds were absolutely, without a doubt, 100% some of the worst beds we have ever slept in. Both sleep comfort beds did not work. One was stuck on rock hard and the other marshmallow. But if you want to be where all the […] action is and not having to drive this is the place. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The location was primary consideration and excellent. Staff we interacted with were friendly. As other reviews implied, yes the rooms were small but didn't go there to spend time in the room beyond sleep and dressing. "Expensive for what you get"
It was a beautiful room with an incredible bed! Great location in the city. Heated pool (still not very warm) but it was outdoor - with the wind blowing and no cover it was too cold and not worth using. Had to pay additional $50/night for parking. Took me at least 10 minutes just to find our room - the hotel is designed kind of funky. Wonderful staff […] but lack of inter-communication. I received conflicting and confusing information, but issue was settled to guest satisfaction. Felt it was too expensive for what was received. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Right on Fisherman's wharf"
Parking was an additional $49.00, but everything we wanted to do was within walking distance (we did rent bikes 2 blocks from the hotel and rode across the Golden Gate Bridge, had lunch in Sausalito, and then took our bikes on the ferry back to Fisherman's Wharf). "House of Air" (loads of trampolines) was awesome! No free breakfast at this hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Best Choice for Vacation!"
I didn't know what to expect for this was a surprise vacation birthday for 4th of July weekend, but everything worked well! The only hard part, but not downfall, was finding the parking in the back of the building, but it ensures you have a parking because it's hard finding parking everywhere else. Pricey but it matches the other places. Rooms were […] nice and clean. Staff made check in and check out a breeze. Housekeepers got us anything we needed. Beds were comfortable and nice with those softness remote adjustments ad the bathroom were cleaner than most hotels. I'd definitely go back! Worth the price for the location of being minutes away from the wharf! All the touristy stuff js right there in front of the building! Trader joes and bars behind a couple blocks. Awesome hotel! "Resort level parking fees without the resort feel."
Pretty much what I expected from the Fisherman's Wharf area except the parking; overpriced daily rate a night for parking, even for guests of the hotel. This wasn't a resort. Just an average hotel, average cleanliness, average rooms, etc. It was close to the wharf so family didn't have a long walk to restaurants. An IHOP restaurant next door was convenient. […] The Lobby looked fancier than it should. Pool was average size but no attendant or lifeguard. Maybe they could use the overpriced parking fees for a lifeguard during the busy summer season. Just a thought. Parking fee was comparable to others though, so I guess not overly outrageous. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
It seems like the rooms are getting smaller. When I checked in the lady told me she may not have two beds for me and I had to tell her I paid for two. She seemed not to care. I would rather pay $100 more a night then come back to this hotel. The awesome location doesn't match the horrible service.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great hotel on Fisherman's Wharf."
We received very prompt and courteous service from the staff. We were upgraded to a internal room. There was a little noise from the pool. But we were not in the room much so it really didn't bother us. The city is redoing two of the public parking areas, so getting to the hotel area was difficult. The parking rate is out of control. I was not told when I booked the room how much parking would be. I really feel like this is something that should have been shared with me. Response by Radisson Hotel Fisherman's Wharf Thank you for your review of the Radisson Hotel Fisherman’s Wharf. We agree that parking is a premium in San Francisco and with our location centrally located in the Wharf, it can be very difficult finding any affordable parking. We appreciate your feedback, both positive and negative, and will review them with our staff in the various departments. Again, thank you and we do hope we will see you again in the future.

"Don't regulate my AC"
I DO NOT appreciate your policy of rigging the AC unit where the customer can not lower temperature less than 70 degrees. The arrows allow one to set the number only to 68, however, the room temperature was never less than 70 degrees. I spent 2 nights lying in my own sweat. This won't happen again, because we will never stay there again.Genuine Expedia guest review

If it weren't for Erik and Jonathon, we would have checked out immediately. When we arrived, we were told our room was not ready and that we would be staying on the fourth floor which was fine as we were early. Two hours later the staff informed us that our room was ready on the second floor. Upon entering the room it felt as I went into a time warp, […] old, outdated and extremely small. Erik got us our original room that had a microwave and small refrigerator as my husband needs his insulin stored in a fridge. All other staff excluding the housekeepers were rude and unattentive.
