"Ripped me off for $250!"
Never would I recommend someone staying at this hotel nor would I ever stay at this hotel again. An additional $250 charge was applied to my room for supposedly smoking in my room when I don't even smoke nor did I even pay close to that for each night. Explained to th manager that I do not smoke nor did I smoke in their room and they refused to refund […] me my money that was fraudulently charged to my room. "Great location... Small rooms"
The location to Fisherman's Wharf could not be any closer. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms however were small and overpriced. The sleep number bed was horrendous. "Nice stay with a bad experience"
The hotel is great and it was nice in general. However, the flush choked twice and one time was at late night in which case, we were asked to fix it ourself! uhhh What? "Great stay on the Wharf!"
This hotel really exceeded my expectations after reading some of the other reviews. We had a great room. Updated nicely. Great bed linens Great bed. Great water pressure and quick hot water. Great towels and lots of them. Nice vanity with room for toiletries. I mean the room wasnt huge but it was efficient. plenty of room to store several suitcases […] and several huge drawers for clothing. Great balcony with view of the water over the parking garage. Some reviews complained of street noise. I paid a bit extra for a courtyard view and glad i did - noise wasnt bad at all - just sometimes we could hear some other residents but thats to be expected. i would say this is more of a 3 1/2 star hotel or even 4 but we paid way less than the 4 star hotels nearby. The pool was really warm! We swam when it was in the 50s outside. Tough getting out in the cold but still fun to be able to go in in the winter. The water was clean and the pool was decent size. The outside fire pit was awesome. Great place to enjoy your wine from Napa. You can enter DIRECTLY on the wharf from the back entrance of the hotel We didnt even know this was there until 3 days in. VERY convenient. NO breakfast but there was a coffee bar you could pay for in the hotel. good vending selection with reasonable prices for drinks and candy. wifi was free and fast. I stayed here because it was the only hotel available under $600 during the Sales Force conference. It was horrible. They had an air conditioner that was basically a hole out to the street and all night I could hear people coming and going. I barely slept and the bed was not comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. We loved the easy access to fishermans wharf. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean. The downside is its a very old and outdated hotel. The sleep number bed they boast about so much was horrible. My wife and I both could not get comfortable in that bed. The pressure would change, both sides […] could be set the same but one side was higher then the other like it had hills and valleys. Basicaly those beds are a glorified air mattress. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very conveniently located. The back door exit is direct in front of Pier 39. A lot of souvenir boutique for shopping, many tour boutique around for bike, segway, city, Muir wood, Golden gate park etc. The hotel itself is fair. It's old but has been renovated. The hotel has a great location - right across the street from Fisherman's Wharf. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel was not luxurious, but very clean and the rooms were nice. Having read the reviews about The Radisson At Fisherman's Wharf, I was skeptical as to what I might find. Got there and found that their remodel was completed. We really wanted a bay front room I was told I couldn't get one because I didn't book directly with Radisson but with Hotels.com. The front desk clerk was very helpful in getting us a 4th floor […] room, on the corner of the building, so we had a partial bay view. The room was nice, clean but a bit on the small side. For the price I would have expected an in house restaurant w/room service and a cocktail lounge. They do need a second set of elevators and entry door from the bay side as it was a very long walk to our room.
