"Perfect Location on the Wharf"
We had a wonderful stay, one of the highlights of our vacationGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Located smack dab in the middle of the fishermans wharf! Even has a back entrance to the hotel between shops! Muni car stop less than a block away. We will never stay anywhere else! The staff were amazing and very knowledgeable. Great shopping and food just feet away from the back entrance. You will not regret choosing this hotel!!!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good location but does not meet the standards"
I have stayed at several Radisson Hotels and have had a very comfortable stay. When I booked this Hotel I expected it to meet the standards of a Radisson. The location was great close to all the main attractions. When we checked in the hotel staff was very courteous and friendly and at my request they gave a 2 double bed room. But when we walked to […] our room the elevators were very old and smelly the hallways were dark and narrow. The room was terrible , it was small and very less lighting and since my room was on the 2nd floor it was extremely noisy. The roadside traffic, tourist and foot traffic. We just couldn't rest. The room was warm so we turned the AC on and even that was too noisy. Very outdated. This Radisson needs upgrades. I wouldnt stay at this hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Very close to Fisherman's Wharf"

"Close to Pier 39"
Computers down when we arrived. Front desk manager awesome, took put name for a list to process. Parking Nightmare, could hear conversations / screaming through the walls.Genuine Expedia guest review
Response by Radisson Hotel Fisherman's Wharf Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. We understand how important a quiet environment is and apologize for the noise you experienced as well as the parking problems. Your feedback helps us prevent situations such as this in the future. We hope you will give us another chance if you are in the area again.
The staff was very kind and helpful. The bedding was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean; however, the sleep number bed did not work. Additionally, I was disappointed that there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby, and the weight machine in the workout room was broken.Genuine Expedia guest review
Was a good stay but a little bit noisy because of the street just outside. Hotel looks worn outGenuine Expedia guest review
The location couldn't be better. Literally walk out of the rear entrance onto the main strip of fishermans wharf. Pier 39 is a 2 minute walk away. As are many restaurants, ticket sales outlets and shops. Hotel staff where helpful depending who you spoke to. Wouldn't recommend using the business centre. Used it for less than 2 minutes to print tickets, […] charged $14.99 even though upon signing in it stayed $5 for 10 minutes. This is provided by a third party so got no help or interest from hotel staff. Rooms where clean and served the purpose. Would stay here again as the location is great. "Review of room and overall experience."
The room with very hot and stuffie when I got there. I turned to air up and still was very hot and stuffie.Genuine Expedia guest review
Location was terrific... That made up for the hotel being older and a little run down.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not up to Radisson standards"
This is an acceptable place to stay if you're on Fisherman's Wharf on a budget, but beware if you are accustomed to the cleanliness and comfort of other hotels in this class. We waited nearly an hour to check in, because the servers were down. The staff were avoiding eye contact with guests -- we learned the situation from fellow guests. They kept a […] wait list to call people in the order we arrived once the servers were restored, but the desk clerks didn't all follow the wait list. The carpet was dirty in our room. There were no "do not disturb" signs for the door, and room service woke us with their knocking in the morning. I'll pay a little more and stay elsewhere next time. Response by Radisson Hotel Fisherman's Wharf Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We take the time to listen to your constructive comments, so we can continually improve our services.
The location is perfect. It is close to everything on fishermans wharf. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are nice , but I was not a fan of sleep number bed. Noise level is a little high unless you're on top floor. We could hear lots of foot traffic above us. I chose this hotel for location and it was great.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great locating to Wharf!"
We often stay at another hotel nearby but found this one to be more central to Wharf, it is great!Genuine Expedia guest review
Not much space for the price. I realize it is a tourist area but pictures were misleading.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great location but pricy"
I found this hotel very convenient. It is located just across Fishermen's Wharf Pier 39. Staff in the reception was kinda not so nice in the beginning but eventually gave me a room with partial view of Alcatraz. Outside of window is not clean though, so when I took picture of the view from the room, the dirt are shown. Room is a little small, but it […] was ok for the 3 of us. Beds are comfortable. Self parking is really expensive, they charge us $50 for parking in addition to our over $300 room rate for 1 night stay. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Very disappointing stay ."
We stayed here, and for the price we paid ,the rooms were very small , No light in hall way of the room w as it was near to every thing .thanksGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great Location for most San Francisco Sights"
This hotel was pretty good. It met all of our needs but it didn't 'wow' us. The beds were uncomfortable (too firm for our preference) and the air felt damp so we didn't sleep very well during our six night stay. Also, when we checked in Thursday it was very late (we had just traveled 10 hours across the country) and the front desk staff wasn't very […] friendly or inviting. However, we quickly moved on because we knew it was late and we had so many exciting things on the agenda. This hotel was located in the perfect spot for us. It's a short walk to the pier to ride the ferry over to Alcatraz and to all of the Fisherman's Wharf attractions. It's also a short cab ride to AT&T Park and the other surrounding neighborhoods that we wanted to explore (Union Square, China Town, Pacific Heights, etc). If location is your number one priority, I would recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet enough - slightly expensive for what they are - but that's to be expected in San Francisco :) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Sleep number beds"
Our experience over all at this hotel was great, the bell fellas, and the concierge service was great considering how busy they were during this time of the season. This being said, what was most disappointing was the beds. We were pretty excited about having the opportunity to have sleep number beds in our room, not so thrilled about two double beds, […] but it was tolerable… The complaint is this about this Radisson…IF….You are going to have sleep number beds…MAKE SURE THEY FUNCTION, and aren't pumped up so from your guests wake up every morning in back pain. Yes, we asked for it to be looked at, and no it wasn't handled before we left after a 3 night stay. again, everything else was satisfactory, however CHECK…you beds and make sure they work or request a different room immediately, as our patience with the situation landed us with really angry backs for most of our stay. "Great location, but a bit run-down"
This hotel is in a fantastic location if you are vacationing in San Francisco. It opens right onto Fisherman's wharf, close to everything. This is the reason to stay here. The hotel itself was OK, but sort of old. One of the two sleep number beds didn't work, the thermostat was wonky, reading about 10 degrees too high, and the elevators sometimes didn't […] work. But it was clean and comfortable enough, and the maid service was very good. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Great price and location. The hotel could use more elevators in the rear part of the hotel. Overall probably the best bang for your buck. It's right on the wharf and in walking distance to many places. I will definitely stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Convenient for visiting relatives on Russian Hill"
Because of a death in the family we made a hurried trip to San Francisco. Since it had suited well all our needs back in June we made reservations with Radisson. They obliged us with an early registration and graciously met all our needs.Genuine Expedia guest review
"San Francisco 2014"
Access to Fisherman's Wharf was exceptional. The staff was very helpful and eager to please. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The concierge service and management service we received was exceptional. The only thing that I didn't care for was the size and comfort of the beds. They were sleep number beds, but they were only doubles and not large […] enough to accommodate myself and my husband. We had to sleep in separate beds. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
The location of this hotel is the best to get to Fisherman's Wharf, The Cannery, Pier 39 and F line street car. The staff are proffessional and friendly and are willing to help with any of your needs. The only thing is this is an older hotel so the walls are thin and the windows are single pane, there is street noise if you are on the outside rooms. "Weekend at Fishermans Wharf"
We had a good experience. We didn't like having to pay for parking at the hotel. The location was great and rooms were clean. They didn't have any kind of complimentary breakfast, like most hotels do. Overall it was good.Genuine Expedia guest review
"God for a short stay."
The hotel met its purpose. It was cheaper then other nearby hotels and the room was nice. Customer service at reception was wonderful. Recommendation: Please ask for a room looking at the pool. It's more expensive, but rooms with street view cannot block much of the noise coming from outside.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great stay close to the Wharf"
Hotel was great for family of 4! Close to all the fun things on the Wharf and parking was included until 6pm on day of checkout, which was great since planned on seeing Alcatraz on our checkout day. Air conditioner was a little loud, but wasn't needed since temperature was tolerable (for us) during our stay.Genuine Expedia guest review
Location was great and the staff was fantastic. Wished there had been a fridge for leftover food and cold drinks, and a microwave.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Conveniently located, & friendly staff !"
I think room could of been cleaned a little better , bed sheets were questionable . Though staff tried to be helpful .Genuine Expedia guest review
Room was not very nice for the price. Staff was great!!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Enjoyed the proximity to the sights. What I did not enjoy was the unwanted second double bed in the room that took up most of the room space, making it difficult and cumbersome to maneuver around with luggage. Overall a clean, comfortable and well located hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Small rooms in great location"
Location is great. Room was quite small. Parking fees are excessive and paid too much for a phone call that I thought was a local call. Concierge was very helpful.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not too happy"
I was really miss lead by the presentation on the website. The beds were not of the greatest quality Amenities a bit out dated. Lobby shabby. Overall vintage 60s motel with some updates was the feeling I gotGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Vacation with a child"
The hotel was so great. Nice people at check in. Super fast when I needed more towels and they called to make sure they arrived. Love that this hotel has a back access right onto the wharf area. It made it super fast to go to dinner or tourist spots. Great stay. !!!Genuine Expedia guest review
Room clean. Housekeeping very nice. Asked for a balcony view - got room 2040 - a palm tree was the view we had (disappointing - never used the balcony). In order to see anything had to go out of the room to the top of the parking garage - which was a beautiful view. Concierge staff helpful.Genuine Expedia guest review
Loved it!!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The quality of the room was up to par, common areas the same. Only stayed one night but most amenities seemed better than average. Neighborhood caters mostly to the tourist crowd and out of town folks would appreciate the proximity to the usual visitor lures.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Parking was an issue. Hotels charge nightly to park your car. There are some that don't, but those are not near as nice. I found Radisson to be the cheapest. As they only charged $39 a night plus 14%. Others, such as Hyatt was $50 plus 14%. Location was awesome! If you exit out the pool area you are right across the street and in the middle of piers […] 39 and 41. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"It was ok!"
This place was ok! A balcony upgrade cost me 100.00 extra per night... Which isn't horrible it's california after all.. But our bathroom sink was like falling down, and super cramped. Had to do hair and make up in the closer mirror. The bed was a sleep number and was horrible... You do not get free parking unless you buy the room through hotels.com, […] make sure it included. It was clean, Nice walking distance and lots to do around, great food places. But overall I'd prob stay somewhere else next time just for room comfort.. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"The hotel was at The Embarcadero"
I did not like this hotel at all. At checking the people there were very friendly and very professional. The hotel charges 39$ plus 14% charge per night to have your car parked at the parking space. Which i think it should be free or at least charge less. The moment i open my room it smelled terrible. The smell was like when carpet gets washed and it […] does not get dry. It smelled moldy. My room did not have a small fridge. The room was not spacious. My brother in law stay in the same hotel for the same amount of time i did and his room was very spacious and it had a fridge. The Beds were supposed to be sleeper # beds and one of the beds the remote control did not work at all. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"House Keeping needs training"
Location was very convenient to Fisherman's Wharf, public transportation and other tourist sites. Room was comfortable but if you didn't put dirty dishes in a certain spot they would just leave them. Appeared they did little other than change towels and make beds. We stayed 8 days and a sheet change would have been nice. "Dated hotel. Does not live to the Radisson brand"
Expecting a much nicer hotel. Strong plus: locationGenuine Expedia guest review
The location of the hotel is perfect for dining, shopping and catching ferries or other tours. Also the front desk was very helpful with our questions and Tara, the concierge went over and above to help us get a rental, tickets and discounts for tours. We would go back again for sure.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It is an excellent location. I found the rooms to be very nice. The only downside I found through the whole trip was that the maid seemed to not really clean the room. We never got a new bag for the ice the entire 3 nights we stayed, we didn't get new cups nor did they bother to take the cups that had already been used, and little things like that. […] Other then that the bathroom and bed were very nice. I would stay there again! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
