We were there for a tumbling meet. The room was nice and neat. A few kids running the hallways at night but we were at the end of the hall and it was quiet for the most part. The pool was pretty chilly but the area was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast area is small but the food was decent. As a bonus, their free breakfast lasts most of the […] morning. My son was able to eat before his first event, we came back to the hotel to wait for the second event and he got to eat again for free. THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY NICE. UPON ARRIVAL CHECK IN WAS SMOOTH, WE GOT TO THE ROOM IT WAS VERY CLEAN, BUT OUR DOOR WOULDNT LOCK WHEN WE WERE LEAVING, BUT THEY CHANGED OUR ROOM NO QUESTIONS ASKED. There was a dirty wash cloth left on the shower rod and black hair on the walls in the bathroom. No bath mat. The room number on the phone was incorrect and the ink in the pen was dry. All night I could feel the walls vibrate from doors closing in the hallway. I reported these things to the manager the next morning and nothing was done. Unlike most hotels, the air conditioner was on full blast when we arrived. Felt cold actually. Very nice to not have to wait to cool the room down. Nicely appointed, clean. Breakfast had only waffles as hot item. Otherwise good. Would stay again.

The hotel itself was in very nice condition. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool is small, but it was heated, The only upgrade I would suggest would be the breakfast. It was kept stocked, but had a small amount of choices.

We stayed on the first floor and the carpet seemed very wet throughout. It was not from the air conditioning unit. Wondering if they have a slight ground water issue. Other than that the hotel was great. Stay on an upper floor.

Our stay was a good one. The rooms we reserved were clean and tidy. I'm not particularly fond of the bathtub floor being curved. It's difficult to stand comfortably while showering. But this certainly isn't enough to keep us from staying here again.

I REQUESTED A KING, NON-SMOKING HANDCAP ACCESSABLE ROOM AND BATH ROOM. THIS MEANS A SHOWER STALL, NOT A TUB WITH A SEAT. THIS WAS THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH THE ROOM. I THINK THEY COULD HAVE HAD A BETTER CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WITH SAY SCRAMBLED EGGS AND BACON AND/OR SAUSAGE.

Our stay at the Fairfield Inn in Bourbonnais, IL was very good. Other than a lengthy delay waiting on someone to come to the front desk when we arrived at 3:30pm the stay was great. Good room, clean, friendly staff and a reasonable breakfast. Will likely look to stay there again when my business takes me to the area.

Room was clean and cleaning staff was friendly, but the service at the front desk left lots to be desired. Not only did a maintenance person have to go back to tell her we were there to check in, once she came out she acted as though I was interrupting her. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I'm used to better service than that.

you think about and they give corporate rates but no inconveneince rate or at least notify you so you could make new plans. fairfields corporate offices if they retiled the floors they would probably shut down the offices notify employees not to come in to work but no let the guy show up we will take his money and say we will probably never see him […] again and laugh the tilelayers told the manager that the the tile would setup in about 8 hrs but if you tiled your kitchen or other rooms would you want somebody walking on it after 8hrs so corporate culture crap gets there way no more fairfield inn Read more
