My room was located right accross from the ice machine - which had leak and every time I walked out of my room my shoes had had wet. Also, there was a smoky smell in the room - and I thought the hotel was smoke-free.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We were on a family outing to go to the Chicago Bears training camp (close by). The pool was a little small, but ok. Hot tub was nice. Hotel was hard to find & we drove past it 3 times before we found it (tucked back away from the main road & no signage).

"NICE HOTEL, HORRIBLE BED!"

WELL MOST OF THE NIGHT WAS SPENT LISTENING TO THE PEOPLE IN THE NEXT ROOM ARGUE AND SLAM THE DOOR! THE BED FELT LUMPY, LIKE I WAS LAYING ON A WAD OF COTTON. AND THERE IS NO WAY I'D MAKE COFFEE IN THE BATHROOM, THERE WAS NO MICROWAVE OR FRIDGE, WHICH IS SOMETHING I LIKE. THE EXERCISE ROOM AND THE POOL LOOKED INVITING.

I really enjoyed my stay here. We were in that town for only one night, we were about two hours away from home. They allowed us early check in with no issues at all. They were friendly and professional. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was really clean. There was a bag of food left in the fridge from someone before us but that didnt really bother me. It was quiet, clean, and i felt really comfortable. It's next to a few other hotels and right in the middle as far as price. either way it was pretty cheap and i was really happy with my stay

The hotel is right by the Mall and in between a couple of other hotels. It was just a little difficult to spot from the road. My only other complaint is that the air was on high when I walked in the room so it was freezing. Everything else was great.

"A littlle run down"

I stayed at this hotel during Chicago Bears Training camp and it was really busy. The staffed accommodated my early check in and rushed to get my room ready, unfortunately our sheets were damp and the room smelt really musty. I would have preferred to stay at one of the surrounding hotels. All in all though I got this room to sleep in and that was it, so it met my expectations with a very comfortable mattress.
