The hotel was old however the staff was very kind and friendly. The location is great. The rooms were clean, but some of my towels needed replacing they were wash but old. They have a nice breakfast and indoor pool, free wifi and get this I was able to make local and long distance calls without any additional charges. I would stay again.

This is actually the forth stay at this hotel I like the fact that they are pet friendly. We have always found the staff to be very accomadating. The continental breakfast is supposed to go untill 10 am but we went down at 9 and it was just about wiped out. I paid $63 for a room and got my money's worth. A hot shower with good pressure, a mostly comfortable bed and quiet. The pillows are not great but I don't expect luxury for $63. I would stay here again as opposed to going to the Country Inn where they charge $116 per night.

Main problem was antiquated air-conditioner which made as much noise (when operating) as a steam-engine, and constantly woke us up whenever it came on during the night. We had to decide between shutting it off and coping with high temperature and humidity of outside air with window open; or shutting windows and being constantly awakened by the airconditioner. […] Mattress was also board-solid and stiff, opposite of what my wife and I prefer. My wife and I were returning back home after a road trip, while we decided to take a break for the night at this venue. Our experience started a little shaky as we had to shift our rooms a couple of times (first room keys did not work and second work was not cleaned after previous stay !!). The receptionist was honest to tell us that she just came over […] for the shift and the previous person did not hand over adequately. She then offered us an upgrade to the luxury room - which turned out to be pretty neat and good. Unfortunately, we were just staying overnight to utilize the upgraded facilities, but we appreciate the gesture. The morning breakfast was rightly adequate to get the day started. Nothing fancy - waffle maker, bread toast (just 1 toaster - makes it a little longer to wait), juice, cereals and coffee. We didn't use the pool or the gym, but it looked fairly clean. I do have to mention though, it is a little tricky to get to the Hotel after you take the exit from I80 - so make sure you have a GPS or a map. Overall - perfect for one night stay. Read more

All of the people working at this hotel were exceptionally friendly. Overall, it's a pretty good value for the price. Our room had no refrigerator for medication & we were told by one employee she could do nothing about the situation even though the hotel was very big and very empty. There was also missing furniture in the room. Another employee resolved the situation regarding the frig for us but we had NO internet and the pool heater was either not working or set […] very low and there is no " Adult Time " verses " Kids Time " in a very small pool. Very clean. Freindly staff. Good location. Great rates. There was a problem with the heater in our room and the staff was very prompt in responding to our complaint. Unfortunately the problem couldn't be fixed but the staff worked together, quickly to get us into another room, without any hassle.

Don't try to fit 4 people in a double room!! Smallest beds I have ever seen in a hotel. The are actually adouble bed-NOT A FULL. Have not seen these beds in years. They are only slightly larger than a single bed. Very unfortable for two people unless thay are small children. The stay was okay but breakfast was pour- nothing hot only cold items except […] for toast. The only fruit was oranges. Also not microwaves or fridges in rooms and the microwave in the lobby broke the first night we were there and was never replace. The bathtub was filthy and the towel and wash cloth on the side of the tub had a brown tint to it like it had been there a while. The TV did not work properly and has to be 20 years old. A worker just walked into my room less than 5 minutes of me being in there. The breakfast food seemed old and stale and there was nothing hot prepared. Bathroom was not the cleanest and of corse the drain was slow! Alto of space in the so called suite rooms but no chairs or tables just open floor where another bed could go. I would have benn better off going to a more modern cheaper hotel. Won't stay here again!!!!!

I was taking my son to Oberlin to start college. Very impressed that there were print-outs of directions to Oberlin at the counter upon check-in, even though Oberlin is a few miles away. Good Points: Very convenient location (virtually next door to a mall and various shops perfect for last-minute college dorm shopping.) Extremely helpful, nice staff. […] Room was very clean and overall well-maintained. Nice, quiet location in spite of being very close to highway and amenities. Plenty of parking available near entry. Minor complaints: One of the double beds fitted sheets had a cigarette burn in it (although the sheet itself was definitely clean and pressed.) Nice helpful staff. Adult bookstore is nearest business. Room was large and sparsely furnished. Hotel was dog friendly. Worried that too many dogs had been in my room. Breakfast was cheap cereal and not much more. We needed a room for the night as we traveled through. It worked for this purpose. Pillows were extra extra firm.
