wonderful! Would like it if ,they would relax their checki n time a little, we are from out of time and got there 2 hours early and had to wait to sign in and it looked like the rooms were already ready and clean.

This is an aging motel in a safe commercial area with easy access to I-5. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and sink area were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly. We were treated extremely well by the staff, who were polite & efficient. The location is very convenient and easily accessible to the freeway. The motel is an average motel. The furnishings and fixtures are dated. However, everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Check-in and out were fast. The breakfast was very basic. The motel is easy to find because it is right off the freeway. There are several fast food restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel met all of our needs. The breakfast had many great choices. Only complaint is that laundry detergent was purchased and also change was made availble to me to launderr clothes. Afterr opening the laundry detergent I later found out that I could wash my clothes but the dryer did not work. This was very inconvient to me.

the hotel is quite run down. Our room door looked like it had been kicked in at some time and the lock wasnt repaired correctly. Pool was nice but there were never pool towels. Staff very polite and helpful and the breakfast very good.

The only thing we noticed is that the staff has a hard time keeping up with the need for extra blankets. I'd suggest the owners make a point of buying more to have on hold. The picture of the pool is also very deceptive as it's actually quite small--but well kept.

I personally would not stay at this hotel unless I really had no other better choice due to the fact that it sits next to the highway and you always knew when a vehicle went by and you could always tell when a train went by due the horns going off. I ended up switching rooms which wasn't the hotels fault but I did notices that both rooms needed repairs. […] You would think since the owner did undercover boss things would be in better shape. The hotel was next store to a arbys and the delivery trucks had to use the hotel parking to leave the restaurant after deliveries. Found everything adequate, a reasonable place to stay for an overnighter with kids. Pool was ice cold but hot tub was nice. Breakfast was good- waffles, cereal, yogurt, biscuits, thing like that.

My husband and I wanted to spend about 5 days in the area to visit the San Juans and Anacortes etc, for our tenth wedding anniversary. We reserved the room via Expedia for 5 nights. Big Mistake. Thanked them and when we came back that evening - there was no coffee or tea. We had to go downstairs to the front desk and beg for coffee and tea. One day we came back after being gone all day and room wasnt serviced at all. Coffee pot broke - they had no replacement. Construction going on - and a police raid next door. Talked to front desk - they said "oh it's okay" - but disconcerting. Our keys hardly worked. We had to go get them re "magnetized" - twice. Room wasn't cleaned when it was cleaned. Finally had to beg to get our room cleaned. Then we were relaxing on saturday morning - and someone banged on our door saying "maintenance" - we have to change out some furniture. "sigh"....had to jump in the shower, get dressed and leave while they changed furniture. Just was not a relaxing hotel for such a large chain. Breakfast was lame and small. BUT!!!! The staff - especially the night shift guy - was amazing in the front office. Very dissapointed for such a large chain. Beds were very comfortable though. But no comfortable seating in the room.
