Everything was great i just picked the wrong time to stay there. There was a kids soccer time there and the staff had a hard time with them and couldn't control them. They ran up and down the hallway and waste hot coco underneath my door, but everything else was great i will stay there again.

The hotel was in a great location. You had just about anything you wanted within minutes of the hotel. Staff was courteous and the room was clean. Breakfast was average but I don't stay at a hotel for the breakfast.

Hotel was centrally located for us; was very friendly at front desk; cleaning staff was excellent; parking was excellent; fast elevator; exercise room ok with ample towels; morning meals were very satisfactory; and plenty of coffee on hand.

I am a person who cant stay at a raggety hotel so i hope my review helps. The location of this hotel in Addison was awesome. Around the corners from what it seemed like hundreds of places to eat!!! The hotel room it self was nice only complaint that may bother someone is that the coffee maker is in the bathroom next to te toilet. So yeah the restroom […] was a tad bit small. My MAJOR complaint is breakfast. It is a small room where they put out the food and there was ONE waffle maker that everyone wanted to use and per waffle its 3 minutes so 8 people in front of me times 3.... Means I had to wait 24 mins in line for a waffle. Then when 10 o'clock came around the corner the hotel immediately started packing up breakfast right there in your face while others are still trying to serve themselves. I thought that was poor of them!! Over all I was pleased with everything and outside of the snatching of breakfast as people were making plates I would say it was a great stay. Read more

I found Hampton Inn Dallas-Addison to be excellent. The rooms seem really clean and not that superficial once-over that you can tell most hotel rooms get. The rooms do not have that weird smell hotel rooms typically have. The duvet covers get washed after each guest, and the beds are very comfortable. I like that the Hampton is environmentally aware. […] A very pleasant surprise was the well-lit bathroom - I didn't have to guess about putting make-up on and getting ready - also a nice full-length mirror in the room. A lovely woodwork desk and wardrobe closet - the woodwork there and on the headboard was clean and polished. Sound insulation between rooms is good. I stayed both during the week and weekend and noise was not a problem at any time. Location is great -you can walk to several restaurants and drive less than a block to your choice of great food. Staff at the front desk was great. The breakfast was amazing - selection of food great, area clean, and the lady staffing it was always pleasant and helpful. And that smell of baking cookies through the hotel every day is wonderful! I am a woman traveling alone and this hotel turned out to be a perfect choice. Way better than the pricier ones around. When I return in 2 months I will choose the Hampton. You won't be sorry! Read more

Everything was great! The bathroom was somewhat small and it only had a shower, no bath! The air conditioner made a "wind" sound because wind was blowing through it on the outside or something! People slamming doors were very unpleasant the first night. Overall, I would definitely go back, especially for the price!!!

The room was nice other than a couple water damage spots on the ceiling. The bathroom and shower are on the small side. It would be nice if the rooms had a small fridge but they do have ice machines on every floor. I would stay here again with no hesitation.

We finally arrived after 1 1/2 hrs from DFW with the navigation system going crazy from all the construction detours. We just fell into bed exhausted. We were in town for a game at cowboy stadium. The hotel seems centrally located to most of the attractions. We had to change rooms after the 1st night because the a/c broke. I stayed with friends and the hotel was in a good location....lots of restaurants and night life close by. The beds and room were clean, updated and comfortable. My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. We travel very frequentlyand I am big on reading all reviews before booking my rooms. Although this hotel isnt going to give you the thrills and frills of a 5 star the breakfast was more than adequate and the staff was very helpful. Great hotel and close to many restaurants. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was much nicer than most hotels and included many warm items like eggs, hashbrowns, and Canadian bacon. Would definitely stay here again.
