The staff was cool at best. The reserved room was had a king size bed. The previous guests were smoking pot in the non-smoking room and the staff still booked us in the stinking room. We said we needed a smoke free room and " the only thing they had" was a room with 2 double beds. The hotel was empty. We'll see if they revise their pricing. The hotel is dark and uninviting and in need of much work. It was a very nice place on our last stay in 2006.

I thought it was an ok place to stay despite the reviews previously written. The place needs some minor upgrades to become more of a three star hotel, but it definitely isn't a one-star. The rooms were clean, as were the common areas. The front-desk staff were friendly, but can be more efficient....meaning speed up check-in time! Overall, I would stay there again.

Very poor choice at any price, the only good thing I can say is: it seems safe while here. The room is dirty and there are holes in walls and stains on floors. Amenities are missing, like toilet paper, ice bucket has plastic bag liner replaced only once per week, not daily. Very poor choice for very low budget. I would not stay again. I slept sitting up in the desk chair; the bed and the side chair were both too soft to be usable at all. Holes in linens and blankets. Refrigerator had mold growing inside, and was unplugged, hence the mold.

In all the years that I have been travelling in North America, I have never seen such a disgusting hotel. It was absolutely disgusting. The hotel was filthy, and the bedspreads in the rooms had dried bodily fluids in them. There was trash on the floor and dust and dirt everywhere. I wouln't stay at this fleabag and I would encourage everyone not to go there.

Bad service, after waiting for half an hour give us the room key and when we entered there were people using it, after this we were given another room which was a smoking room and the sheets were dirty, finally after an hour we had our room, we were informed that breakfast was included and when we went to take it was horrible, seemed an alms, really bad

This hotel was awful. It smelled like smoke, was disgustingly dirty, run down, and looks nothing like the pictures. The lights didn't work and the adjoining room door was open. We did not feel comfortable there and left right away.

The room was humid and even the air conditioner would not take the humidity away. It smelled like old, stale cigarette smoke. The room had NO windows, it had a door that overlooked a common area, so in effect, there was no natural light. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even on a budget - it's just not worth your money!

While not ideal for a long vacation, New Bedford Inn and Suites was comfortable and inexpensive for a brief stay in the area. We would not choose to return for an extended vacation, but it was an economical choice while traveling.

The room that I stayed in at the New Bedford Inn & Suites was anything but clean and comfortable. After spending all day at the Newport Folk Festival, my friend and I were exhausted and therefore hoping to crash comfortably, given the price that we paid for the room. This was difficult to do after finding numerous stains and hair in my bed. I had to call the front desk twice before they bothered coming in to change my sheets. While changing my sheets, the clerks threw my comforter on the floor, and replaced the original stained sheets with new stained sheets.

Room was dirty, sheets on bed had burn holes,blankets had burn holes, drapes torn off of wall , pool was not open to guest, breakfast bar was terrible at best, a/c not cold at all land it ran when it felt like running. Hotel staff not friendly at all seemed as if guest were a disctraction to their day. The room we were in was at the back side of the hotel a three minute walk from the front lobby. The parking lot was empty at all times leaving me to think there were rooms at the front of the hotel I could have stayed in.

When we checked in to our room there were dirty towels on the bathroom floor. Personal items in the garbage. The bathroom was dirty. Whn we went to the front desk, and after much discussion he agreed to send someone up to reclean the room. What we got wa a very nice gentelman who was told we needed new towels. What we needed was a new room which they were not giving us. The sheets were stained and dirty. They had a party going on in their hall room, which was obviously more inportant than the comfort of their other guests. Safe to say, we will not be booking with them anytime in the future.

Not my favorite place to stay. Should have taken advice of previous guests. Hotel is dated, less than clean and awkward in layout. The entrance was less than welcoming with dirty front doors. Our room had no trash can in bathroom, no other mirror other than bathroom and the remote was broken. Breakfast was dismal even for continental style and we chose not to swim for obvious reasons. While the front desk clerk was pleasant, it was not enough for us to consider a return trip.

After being given an occupied room and going back to wait a while at the front desk we were then informed that only smoking rooms were available. The room was filthy, water-stained walls, cigarette holes in the comforter, mold on the shower curtain, etc... Avoid at all costs.

Was not happy about our first room was suppose to be non smoking but it smelled of smoke Did change rooms but was woken up at 1 am with someone banging on our door questioning about our names and were we in the right room?? wanted us to open up the door but we refused. When i tried to call the front desk found out there was no phone hooked up!!! Could not sleep the remainder of the night For the price of the room was very un happy with it.

Did not realize this hotel harbored live ins. Felt like we were the only guests. The toliet paper roll was broken, white stuff all on the wall over by sink, the bathroom ceiling looked like it would cave in and the remote control (least of the issues) didn't work. The sheets were cleaned and the AC worked. after we checked in we get a knock on the door asking if we checked in. Very bizzare stay.

Pros: Near New Bedford, staff was polite, good for a one-night stay, relatively large hotel (but most areas are empty), pet-friendly. Cons: The room and in fact, the whole hotel, smells like mold and curry. Saw a stain on the pillow case. No coffee maker in room, ice bucket has no plastic bag, and when we turn the door handle from the inside, it fell off. Alarm clock was broken. Breakfast only has a few bagels and danish and muffins with only 2 types of jams, and orange juice that turned into water by 8am. Very expensive for the price. We only chose this hotel since it's the only available pet-friendly hotel by Cape Cod on a 4th of July weekend. Thankfully we only stayed there for a few hours. Bailed out in the morning as soon as we could.

No record of reservation. Kept waiting at the desk for a half an hour while front desk clerk tried to find the manager on his phone. Kept awake all night by drunks outside the room making too much noise.

I found this hotel to be kind of a dump. The door's swing bar lock was broken off, and not repaired. The bathroom walls use a rough plaster effect that looks really cheesy, and seems like it may be done to make it simple to patch without looking any different than the last patch. The breakfast bar was very sparse. Fortunately, we were only staying the night and leaving in the morning.

Our room was doublebooked., with it occupied after we had checked in. To make mattersworse, the mgmt, appeared to be unaware and unappologetic. We were offered no compensation except another room which was substandard.

simply horrible staff had no uniforms guys running arround with their pant below their butt pool was falling appart room carpet was coming off stains on the walls just horrible would not stay back if they would pay us my kids had realy bad expirience the only good thing about the hotel was one girl at the front desk she was the only one profesional feel bad for her that she has to work in such bad place

このホテルが何故にHotels.comでリストアップされているのが不思議な位のホテルでした。 明日にでも営業を停止してもおかしくない状態です。 シャワーはチョロチョロ、アメニティーは小さな石鹸のみ、ルームライトも暗く、要するに一つ星を付けるのも難しい感じのグレード(以前はそこそこのモテルだったと想像できるが)、これから設備などの改善をしないとホテルとして営業するのは難しいのではと想像するが)  とても他の人にお奨めできるホテルではありません。(Hotels.com側でもリストアップする前に十分調査をして欲しいですね)
