Beautiful building ! and excel location ( if u dont mind the so many bums in the close Plaza )...Parking is huge, so I dont know why the reason for valet, I guess its a downtown touch to make the place look HighClass....we had a small baby, but they dont offer small groceries as Milk bottles, you have to ask for room serv...in the closer Plaza, no conv […] store have it....Albertson 30 minutes away....so, be aware...Beyond that, the bulding its awesome ! My husband and I stayed here with our one year old son. The location was great as was the hotel itself. However, due to our age and having a baby (I can only assume that was the reasoning unless it was racial, but unlikely from observations) we were treated by staff as if we didn't belong there. Ignored by the front desk staff after I watched them promptly […] attend to others. I wasn't wearing my diamonds and was in jeans and a comfortable shirt when I spoke to them. The people they attended to quickly were all dressed 'to the nines' so to speak. We were treated well when there was a man at the desk who I can only assume was a manager. We got in late and had been driving all day and therefore we weren't dressed up for dinner at the hotel restaurant and were treated as if we didn't belong there as well. They even seemed shocked we ordered meals rather than just an appetizer. Same story with the valet, minus one very sweet gentleman who I unfortunately didn't a name for or see him again during the stay to thank him for being the only person who made us feel welcome. We are very well off and enjoy not having to be dressed up while on vacation. This hotel would be wise to remember that whether or not I look like I have money, I'm a paying guest and should be treated as such. It also took multiple requests to obtain a pack and play for my child. The hotel is lovely, but the staff needs training. Read more

The Inn & Spa at Loretto is excellent in every way. Located next door to the Loretto Chapel with it's miraculous staircase and just two short blocks from the historic Santa Fe plaza, the Palace of the Governors and several other amazing sites. The room is beautifully done with a comfortable bed. Great bathroom (or average size). You will love it!

The hotel, service and location were perfect. The Hotels.com representative gave me wrong information about breakfast. He said kids under 16 were free and adults were 7.99. This information was totally inaccurate. The hotel was wonderful.

While the hotel itself was very nice, it is not the place to dine or enjoy a cocktail. Prices for all food and drink were very high, even considering that it is the plaza in Santa Fe. Try Del Charro or Santa Fe baking company for good meals at a good price.

The staff were very cordial and the restaurant was good. However, our room was cold and their was a loud noise from the heating system all night that kept us awake. The hall ways were very cold and the hotel is in need of updating

It was a great Christmas vacation. The room heater is very noisy, such that you can hear even the neighbor room heater. The window in our room did not shut tight.

This was a great place to stay, everything was first class from the rooms to the food to the service. When we got our car to head out for the day they asked if we needed directions or a map, and provided one. The lounge has great live music and excellent food and drinks. Highly, highly recommended!

Loved the windows that opened and also the view from our room of the beautiful Loretto Chapel. We had a great time and really enjoyed the warmth and comfort of the hotel--the fireplace during happy hour in the evenings and the great food in the dining room. So easy to walk to Canyon Rd. and the Plaza.

the Inn and Spa at Loretto was our perfect get away. every person who helped us greeted us w/a smile and took care of us. housekeeping was exceptionally personable and went the extra mile for us. I took myself off for a solo weekend - Room Service and Massage being my main desires - This hotel did not disappoint! I ordered the "award-winning" Tortilla soup - Ah-Mazing! The Quesadillas and pane cotta for dessert were also really good! The Spa is smaller from what I could see - but quality all the way... each floor also has a private elevator […] to the Spa. Very professional staff; very clean with lots of atmosphere. Room was a bit small and a few issues with appointments: the only mirror was in bathroom and the tiny closet was also in the bathroom! Nice little terrace, got a great price on the room.

The Inn and Spa at Loretto is a great place to go to relax. The room is very comfortable. It is a bit small but the candles and four-poster bed make is memorable and special The pool area is also very clean and relaxing. Lastly the spa is amazing!

I was very irritated to find out that I had to pay $20 to park in the hotel lot ,in addition to the expense of the room. If you want to charge for parking, just add it to the cost of the room. Charging for parking downgrades the quality of the hotel. The best hotels valet park and do not nickle and dime their guests by adding an extra charge at check-in […] for parking. I won't be back.
