Was a good place to spend the night, beds were very comfortable for my wife and myself. Stayed here because hotels are too expensive on the weekends in Galveston, wasn't very far at all from Galveston. Breakfast was a little more than the usual continental, had some microwavable breakfast sandwiches and pancake sausage sticks. Would stay here again for sure. Hotel was very close to interstate but not right beside it so noise level was very good, several eateries right around it also, as well as shopping centers.

Let me forwarn you, the bed is like sleeping on cinder blocks. It is terrible. My husband and I stayed with another couple at this hotel and was very happy with the apperance of the hotel. The problem was that we didn't get to sleep the entire night after a long day of driving 3 hours to get to our hotel after the wedding that we attended. We personally feel as if it would have been way better to spend an extra 20 dollars to stay at HIExpress or Fairfield. Other than that, the front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful in any situation needed. Quick check-in!

Great location next to the beach and in the middle of everything! We stayed one night for a cruise leaving the next morning, and left our truck at the hotel. It was taken care of and was perfect location for taking a cruise.

The staff need training on interactions with guests. When a guest with a cane is walking down the hall, the staff should get out of the way, not expect the guest to go around. Small incidentals not available at the hotel and front desk staff were uninvolved in solutions. Expected more from a Sheraton.

Coffee maker was filthy and there was creamer in the room that required refrigeration. Ironically at the breakfast table in the restaurant part of the hotel they had the type of creamer that DOES NOT require refrigeration.

The hotel staff were very friendly and even allowed us to check in early. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately with it being spring break there were lots of children and teenagers so the noise level was very high. Even with that we would definately stay here again.

Hotel stay was basically fine, but not what I would have expected from this hotel brand. It was spring break and the hotel was very crowded and noisy. We were originally put in a room right near the reception desk and near the elevator. There are four rooms along this corridor and it is unfair to put anyone in these rooms. It is a major thoroughfare […] and people aren't quiet because no one would expect that guest rooms would be put there. We asked to change and were told the hotel was booked. The next day we were switched and the new room on a higher floor was better. It is a narrow building and everything felt a bit squishy. An example of this is that once the bathroom door was opened, you couldn't walk around it. Bed was very comfortable. Also there was no real good place to hang out, as the lobby couches are right between the entrance and the reception desk. Read more

Room was sufficient and clean. Breakfast service in the morning was terrible. After seeking out service, food was delivered wron, cold. Each person recieved food at different times and finally my daighter was served cold food and it was incorrect. They had the nerve to charge us for it!!!

The room is clean and comfortable, the location is great, walking distance to most of the restaurants. The only one thing that can be improved is the service for the breakfast. It seems that there were only 3 waiters to serve, we (7 of us) were there sitting in 2 different tables, one waiter took the order and left the other table waiting. When the […] food were served, other 3 of us were still waiting for the waiters to take our order after several reminders. When the food were served, we did not have the fork nor knif. The only downfall during my stay was the A/C. When ever it turned on it shook the room n I had to turn up the volume on the TV. Great location and price. The staff was very friendly when I checked in.

It was convenient to the Strand where we spent most of our time. Does not have good views, but we only used the room for sleeping and didn't mind not having room service, views, etc.... Overall was very clean and nice.

This was a nice hotel and we'd stay again. It was up dated and comfortable. The wall were thin and you could hear other guests, but it was rambunctious and it was during waking hours. We ate at the cafe & while it was nice, I wish there was other selections. Our toddler picked up a piece of chicken from under the table which means it had not been cleaned […] from the night before (as we were eating breakfast). The stay was great, I would stay again. I did not like the slow elevators though. The beds were extremely copmfortable and all necesseties were provided. Great area right across from Pleasure Pier!

Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and friendly staff. If you plan on bringing DVD players to let your kids watch movies... better think again because there are no HD video ports. Aside from that, our stay here was awesome! Highly recommended!

Had a nice stay at the Four Points by Sheraton on the Seawall. The hotel is showing its age a bit, but they seem to do their best in keeping it up to par. The rooms have a strange layout with the bathroom door opening outwards into the path of traffic in the room. The hotel was great and conveniently located. But the most outstanding feature was the front desk and restaurant staff, simply awesome and extremely helpful and polite. I definitely recommend it and would stay there again if my travels took me back to Galveston again.
