The hotel is a very nice location for attending any type of event downtown. Having a parking garage below is very convenient. Doors slam and wake in the middle of the night, need to have a slow quiet shut...overall great place and nice rooms...

Only issue was room nosie from the hall way, seemed that normal conversation from people walking by could be heard in the room.

I requested a room with two double beds and assumed that is what I would get. We checked in and walked into our room and there was one king bed. I called the front desk and was told the hotel was sold out and that is all they had available. If I made my reservation with the hotel; they would have told me. Where to start? The staff was rude and snippy. Although they had king rooms available and I had reserved our room almost a month in advance, they refused to give me (8 months pregnant) and my husband anything but double beds so our weekend together we ended up having to sleep apart. The entire window in the room was blocked by a ridiculous column. The […] beds are anything but comfortable. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, there was blood on the bathroom door and the wall. We attended a concert at the Target Center a few blocks away. This was the perfect place to stay; great bars & restaurants within walking distance any direction, great shopping opportunities, etc. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and all the staff was very friendly!

This hotel was great in terms of location, service, and comfort with 1 exception - the pillows. The 2 options for pillows on the bed were soft and lumpy or thin and hard. Didn't sleep very well because of it. Otherwise it was fine.

The Radisson is a great hotel with a great location. I ran the Get Lucky race which was in walking distance, and my husband and I attended the Girls BB tournament which was only two blocks away.

Rooms were nice. Beds very comfortable. Only complaint was the view from my room. Was expecting city views, but instead got a view of a balcony on the inside of the hotel that was not even accessible.

It was fantastic! The staff was particularly accommodating, both at check in and check out. I was not feeling well and had a 2 1/2 hour drive home on check out day. I asked if I was able to get a late check out. Unlike some other hotels it was no problem and no additional fee! Great staff, great stay!!

I have been staying at this Radisson on and off for years; never been disappointed. One complaint would be their "office area" for guests needs some better computers, but most people carry their own now anyway

I was surprised there was not a mini bar in the room. Also, i did not request it but we were given a handicap accessible room which meant most of the room was set for a wheel chair bound guest, we made do. Other than that our stay was very nice.

We thought the hotel was pretty nice. The elevators were incredibly slow even with 4 of them. Parking was a little bit of a hot mess but we were always able to find a place to park. Nice being located downtown but everything seems to close at a really early time. We travel to the twin cities often and have stayed in many of the downtown hotels. The Radisson is by far our favorite. The location is fantastic, right next to Macy's and within a couple of blocks of the Hennepin Theatre District and the Target Center. We attended plays and a Timberwolves Game and even walked from the Walker Art Center....in February. […] The staff is first rate and are extremely courteous and helpful. The restaurant has fantastic food and we even ate 4 of our meals there (we usually don't do that as we like to try new and different restaurants). THE WORKOUT facility is OUTSTANDING. We worked out every morning and very much looked forward to it. We flew into Minneapolis and the light rail is a terrific way to get downtown from the airport....for a mere $1.75. We were in town for the night for an event downtown. We found our stay very enjoyable and uneventful. The only downside was that it was brutally cold on Sunday AM, and the Skyway system doesn't open until noon on Sundays. We stayed here while in town to take in a show at THE Minnesota music venue - First Avenue which is a short two-block walk from the hotel. Everything was good or better. The one negative we noted was the tight clearances of the hotel ramp which is shared with the office tower above the hotel.

I've stayed here multiple times. This time it appeared the sheets had not been replaced. There were stains on the duvet. The shower curtain rod was loose, and shower drained slow. Staff servedy needs as needed.
